Did an online offer. Got 40,500 went in to verify and got offered 35k. Agent said because the online offer has been off and would never get that amount. Went to Carmax next and got offered 40,000 even. She said my car is available everywhere and I laughed because i knew it wasnt. Said she can show me a 1500 mile radius to prove it. I guess people are driving 1500 miles away to get a car? lol

As a seller I went in skeptical and came out converted. At least for me they didnt just meet all their promises, they exceeded them.Its consignment, you pay them for the privilege of listing your car on their website and parking it in their lot. They want $300 upfront and take a further $700 when/if the car sells. All in, youre paying about $1000 to sell the car.But they did sell the car, quickly, and for more than the price I expected. Im happy and I think it was $1000 well spent. Im certain I couldnt have sold it as quickly and for as much.If I have a used car to sell again, Ill be going back.

At first I had a problem with them cause they did not have the vehicle that I had applied for online. However after they explained the reason, we came to an understanding and they went ahead and showed me the rest of their inventory. I found another vehicle that I really liked and the part that really made up for the initial mistake was that the manager was great in working with us. He stayed with us even after they were closed and he was extremely helpful in making sure that we took the new vehicle home with us on that same day.
