The towing company picked up my car on a Friday and within a week my car was ready however, once I picked it up and drove home from sa to hondo it was ok, once I got into hondo, it started doing the same thing again. My car has warranty so I only paid for towing, however, I feel like nothing was done to my car. They replaced the battery and I happen to believe it should have been the alternator. So I basically paid for nothing

The first time I brought my truck just a month after purchasing it they only cleaned out a part instead of replacing it. And told me if it happens again theyll change the part here I am again and. They made my appointment for 8:30 a.m. and 3hrs later theyre barely taking my truck in to look at it. The service department manager I believe her name is mary is very rude and since Ive been her she made and elder lady cry refusing to let her use the restroom. So she attempted to walk across the street to you the restroom and peed herself on the way. She also has high blood pressure and refuses to let her sit inside because she doesnt have a mask.Edit add: my vehicle was supposed to be in the shop for 3 days they said. Here I am over 8 days later still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. On top of everything they dont provide a rental for my vehicle being worked on for so long. ZERO STARS👎

Would give zero if I could. Bought a car from them last October since then its been in and out of the shop. One time the entire wheel assembly fell off the car while driving it. This past week had a leak from the power steering. Diagnosed it at home with a mechanic so I didnt have to spend 2 weeks in the shop. When they got the car they stated there was no leak. Told them there is look harder. The next day got a call there is a leak and they would fix it. Got a call 24 hrs after that saying they couldnt find the leak and we can come pick up our car. If there was a leak not to put fluid in the car so they can find it better. Talked to several people in sales they offered no help with a car I had less then a year being in and out of the shop. Be wary of buying and getting stuck with a car from these guys.

DO NOT buy from Byrider. They sell lemons. We took our car to get fixed, so we thought and it wasn’t fixed the first, second or third time. After the fourth time they wanted to charge me $51. They should’ve never charged us for an issue that the car had in the beginning! Please go elsewhere.

I Give this Car company a ZERO !! They Suck . My husband got a car here, 1 day later the ac broke down . We had insurance but had us pay for every car part . They don’t fix anything but want a payment so fast. Haven’t had the car for more then 5 months broke down while driving . We got an amount that we had owe but the amount never went down when we had 300$ payments every 2 weeks . The amount was still the SAME . worst car company ever !!

Pick up the car a couple of days ago and today on his way to work it broke down on again and every time the car is taken for service is a 50.00 deductible. I spoke to the CNAC REPRESENTATIVE bout my payments On a 07 FORD SPORT TRAC TRUCK I made our of first in payment in MAY I made our second payment in JUNE well OUR BALANCE didnt go down???? So it turns out that our 07 has a 4 Thousand Dollar INTREST!!!! LIKE REALLY!! That makes Our truck 18 THOUSAND!!! Are U kidding me its going to take 4 yrs to pay this truck off??? SERIOUSLY I could of went and purchased a 2017 or 2016 for 18 THOUSAND...... This is SERIOUSLY UPSETTING.... Beware of SMALL TO DEALERS

I have got 2 cars out from the car dealership frim the southside and they wanted us to get full coverage to not pay the collateral payment. I got the full coverage insurance and for a month they kept taking out the collateral insurance 3 times and they told us they would put it toward my car payment and they only put one of those payments toward my car. That was not right

I just bought a car 4 days ago new customer took my car in to get serviced and my AirPods that were in my car got stolen when I called to inform the manager they were missing Mary the manager told me there was nothing she can do because I signed a waiver basically telling them it’s okay to take whatever they want from my car and them not be responsible !!! A new customer taking my car thinking I can trust them and they steal from me! Instead of having good customer service trying to figure something out try to see who stole from me she did absolutely nothing!!!! Horrible management and horrible customer service!

My boyfriend bought a car here a few months back and the lady who sold him the car lied and said if he didn’t want the car, he could bring it back and get another one, but when he went to do that she quickly went to the manager and said she didn’t say no such thing.

So last year I took out a vehicle here, the experience was great at first. About 6 months in with the vehicle, I began to experience transmission problems. Being that my vehicle was 10 years old already I figured it was time for some maintenance. This would begin a series that would go back & forward with them 3 times. During this time I would still be making payments, while I was still renting vehicles & stressed on how I would make it in to work. Every time I called to check the status of my vehicle it seemed like they had nothing for me. I felt as if I was bothering Louie & the woman from the shop. During this time I would be out a vehicle. Just to have this vehicle completely die on me on the highway. Months later I was contacted by a resolutions manager Lisa Cantu only asking for more money. Saying that if I make a small payment the vehicle could be sent to the the shop to be checked. Why was this not done before the talk of any kind of payment would even be brought up. Long story short ....save your money. There are way better reputable dealerships that can and will work with you. Well the last time I spoke to Lisa Cantu she was rude & short with me. A couple hours later that day. I have a car again. Thanks to Micheal @ chacon newer cars with real warrantys
