Rather than helping my dad get a good deal on an affordable car he was taken advantage of and manipulated into a deal he could not afford. We learned a hard lesson so please if you’re reading this STAY AWAY from this dealership.
Had a very good experience here. My sales guy Dwight was a great guy to deal with, I appreciate the help he and his managers gave me getting the deal done on my truck. I would absolutely send friends and family their way. The only complaint I have is with their detail guys...I took the truck back to get detailed and it didnt look any different then when I took it in and I also noticed damage to the vehicle that wasnt there before. But I would absolutely go back there in the future!

What a joke this place is! Drove 2 hours to look at 2 vehicles, talked to sales 3 times confirm prices, always same as internet prices. WRONG! They wait til they have you seated to show you the price on a piece of paper that has a “reconditioning” fee tacked on( in our case $3600 more) than the price. When asked about it they say there’s fine print under every vehicle they list saying they can charge more. So basically that fine print gives them the right to get you in, thinking you found a great deal just to up charge you!! When we walked out they send their sales manager to follow you and hassle you. Went to other area dealerships and no one there has ever heard of this bogus fee. If the dealership is reading this, which I’m sure you are, you know how that situation went so don’t come at me. You’re frauds and misleading the public!Also when arrived car wasn’t even ready yet, told same as others on reviews, 2 hours wait, even though I was told it would be ready. I’m convinced their answer to everything is 2 hours. Most frustrating experience and they’re not worth the time.Salesman Aaron was nice, too good for this place!
IPAC Nissan is the best place in Texas to purchase a new or used vehicle. Mike made the purchase of my new car an awesome experience that was easy, quick and enjoyable. I had my oil changed, transmission flushed and air filter replaced. I heard a shaking the next day so I called and I was able to be seen the same day and it was nothing major just the cover to the air filter area was not as tightened as it could be. It was corrected in less than 30 min upon my arrival. and was treated very professional and polite by ever person I was in contact with. From the advisor the cashier the person who accepted my phone when I called. Great job

I went in for an oil change and received an overwhelming list of items that needed to be fixed. Almost $900 worth. None of these items were brought to my attention a couple of months ago when I was there. It was just too much. However, Sandra was an absolute delight and was not pushy at all. She explained all the deficiencies and gave me piece of mind of the things that required immediate attention and the ones that could wait a bit more.
If I could give 0 starts for this dealership I would. Terrible service was manipulated into getting a 60,000 dollar truck car sales men kept talking about “ what if I worked over time” drove off with the truck only to realize they let me drive off without my copies / paper work also traded in my Altima that they had originally told me they would give me 7,000 for it and came out to be less than 4,000. On the 11th day I made the decision to return the truck due how high car payments were going. To be just to find out when I finally got my paperwork ( not even the day I returned the truck had to literally call and leave voicemails for weeks) that the car payment was higher than what I had agreed to. ($993 monthly payments)Unfortunately I signed and now I lost my Altima I traded in and my credit is about to get really messed up because then didn’t want to unwind although the bank helped me fight this case for a month. Had car sales man tell text me things like “ you sure you don’t want me to bring the truck out for one last drive ? You sure you don’t want to take it it will sit in our dealership for 3 months just have them repo it from you !!!” Excuse me what ?!!?! This place is complete fraud they don’t care about you and they are liars please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere . This has been a nightmare for me!!! This is going to follow me for years and I don’t wish this upon anyone !!! These men are jerks, terrible service never ever again.

I saw a FB ad and inquired. I was greeted by Lloyd who assisted with the process so that some time was saved when I arrived. He already had me approved before I got there. Ray was my amazing salesman that helped me along the way and continues to help and answer any questions I mean even after I left. I don’t have the best credit and I had a trade in but Lloyd and Matt got me in a 2021 Altima w 9 miles on it. The last part was w Cassie and Ray to go over the ins and outs of my car. She was very knowledgeable and checked on me a few days later as well! I have never owned a new car and things couldn’t have gone better!

I am enormously disappointed with the service center. I made an appointment to have a service light turned off due to changing a tire. This task could only be done at a Nissan dealership according to the warning notification. I also asked them to check on a humming sound and was told I could go for a test drive with a technician to diagnose the issue. Sounds simple, right? Plug in a computer, press a few buttons, test drive aaaannnd done.Well I waited nearly 3 hours for this simple task. I was assigned to a service advisor Carlos. As the service center was closing, he’s leaving and hands me off to someone else to give me my vehicle.I spoke to a couple guys who were very nice and tried to be helpful. Then I speak to John. He said if I come back tomorrow, he will personally do a test drive with me. No, thank you. I wouldn’t want to wait another 3 hours for a test drive.Overall, this was a bad experience and all they could say is sorry. They get one star because they actually turned off the service light.

Incredibly rude staff. Misled about wait time. I was told it would take 2 hours but lasted almost 4.5 hours with no one bothering to keep me informed. I had to seek out assistance and ask what was going on - being overbooked is NOT the customers fault, so please reevaluate how many appointments you make! Male cashier was Incredibly rude. He left as I approached to pay my bill and spent the next 15 minutes in the bathroom as the female cashier was having computer issues and needed to repeatedly restart her computer. Overall, an Incredibly horrible experience and I will not be returning. Ive come here on 4 separate occasion for oil changes and never had any issues but I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to IPAC when we purchase our second vehicle next year.

Was given full attention when buying vehicle. 2021 truck, bought it used with1500 miles. Only came with one key. They said previous owner just gave them one. Found out later it was turned in next day. They couldn’t find it. They kinda said too bad, that’s what you get. Bought $60,000 truck and they couldn’t make it right with $200 key. Went 3 times to talk to manager, they were too busy. Full attention before purchase, ignore you after. I will remember this when I talk to others about buying a vehicle.

Jerry provided amazing customer service. It is evident that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. He clearly communicated all costs that I was responsible for and did an amazing job at working with both the manufacture warranty as well as the extended warranty purchased through an independent company. There were no surprise charges upon picking up my vehicle and he quickly provided a rental vehicle for my use.

Worse buying experience ever. We had a True Car price for the car we wanted to buy, but when the sales manager came out with the price he added a $2995 reconditioning fee. We walked out. What a scam. We went to Principle Volvo and bought a car from them. Great 5-star sales experience with Principle Volvo. We were even able to negotiate a price below the True Car price with them. We will likely NEVER set foot on Ingram Park Nissans lot ever again. I have attached a photo of the car we bought at Principle Volvo.
Very deceptive. Bait and switch. Very unethical.Went in tonight to buy a 2015 Altima they had listed on their website and on Carfax for $14,900. I looked at the car, it was in the service area because they just took it in on trade. Told them I would buy it before I ever heard it run. When the salesman came back with the price they added almost $4,000 before TT&L. When I questioned him he said they add $3641.00 on every car. I asked him if they are going to add that to every price listed on the website and he said yes. I have the conversation recorded on mi phone. So just know that if you go to Ingram Park Nissan to buy a car with a price listed on their website, they will jack the price up $3641.00 on you then use the lame excuse that in the fine print it shows they can add anything they want to. I will continue to let everyone I know if the deceptive trade practices they use. I will also file a complaint with the AG’s office.
The experience was great. I have two vehicles and completely trust Nissan service. Then again I have purchased 20 vehicles in my life from IPAC.

Waited in my car for 15 mins before anyone came to acknowledge my appointment. This is whole no other cars were in line and associates standing around talking. Clearly not putting the customer first. While the rest of the visit was satisfactory, that initial first impression was not.

I went to for a recall on my Nissan Altima and was given excellent and timely service.
Gentleman who helped service my Murano was very talkative and friendly .Although everything was positive he forgot to walk me to my car after the service. I could not find it anywhere and had to ask someone at the outside counter to help me out. I think the car should have been brought over to me not me having to go look for it. The service did take a while for just tire rotation and balancing over 1 hour time. Overall I will still consider coming back when its convenient because I dont live in San Antonio.
Dwight was awesome! We are very satisfied with the service at IPAC. After not being able to get help finding a car elsewhere, we spoke with Dwight at IPAC and he was able to get us into a new a new family vehicle the same day! Will definitely be returning in the future when we are ready to upgrade!

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for 6 months now and I noticed this new service director likes to discriminate against his employees and threatening their employment in front of costumers. As a paying customer with this business I expect for the company to treat their employees with respect also. iPac, you need to check your service director or find a new one.
Worst customer service from the manager Albert, Rude and tried to lie, I busted him, The service director Ted was no better he is a joke. Now I know why benson dealerships are suffering. Bad service. So here is what happen took my car in for oil change and tire rotation, the next time I used my car their was scratching noise. I let them know right but I was not able to get the car in till 4 days later. They said I damaged the car, haha I have a dash cam and said I will let them go thought the footage to prove nothing was hit. Ted said he was not going to do that and that if I wanted the car fix at iPac Nissan I would have to pay full price. This service department management is a joke. Stay away
I went just to test drive a car, and ended up leaving with it. My sales associate was Dwight, he was kind knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to negotiate monthly car payments. Would definitely recommend asking for him when looking for a car!

I came there for service recall was told 2 hours and 4 hours pass car was not ready service adviser did not update me on whats goin on. I have to knock on the service window and ssk for update. Told me theres no update in his computer. He went to check the car came out with the car and told me its done but no paper works was given to me.instead ask if i can wait but im tired already so he said he will email me the paper works . As a customer you cant stop thingking if the car was really being service.

I’m pretty upset with the service department. I received a coupon in the mail for free oil/filter change. I need one, so I made an appointment! Couple days later I show up on time for my appointment only to be told it’s going to be a 2.5-3.5 hour wait. ***for my appointment time***. Asked if there was a shuttle that could take me home, Service guy tells me it’s gone. I Asked if he could see when it’s coming back, comes back to tell me his manager said it’s taking 2 people home & could be an 1-1.5hr wait. Asked if he could call the shuttle to see how far out he was. Told me he didn’t answer. Felt a WHOLE LOT like not only he didn’t care, but wasn’t really willing to help me in any way.I headed to take 5 oil change. Quick and easy. Go there instead MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!

Absolutely worse car buying experience ever. I had many questions regarding pricing and financing. I told them upfront where I wanted my payments to be and what I was going to give as down payment. Not once was I able to get answers. I went from needing a co-signer for a vehicle I really wanted to we can get you approved for a vehicle that was only $1700 cheaper with no co-signer. . Which was a vehicle they pushing on me from get go and payments were outrageous. Nothing but a scam. I highly recommend Carmax I applied for financing online was approved instantly. I chose my down payment and payment amount. The responded with the approval amount( which keeps me where I want to be in monthly payment), interest rate and monthly payment. They follow up with a phone call explain the process and off you go. Now all I have to do is pick the vehicle that is within my price range.

Two recalls, completed in a timely manner - everyone most polite and helpful. Jerry even checked to make sure I was on the shuttle to work.
I visited the service department on August 7th to have my cabin air filter changed. They told me I needed my brake fluid flushed and I had already had that done by this dealership in February. Now the week before, Gunn Nisaan did a free oil changed and noticed the brake fluid needed flushing. This means that Ingram Park did not change the brake fluid when they were supoosed to. I think because they know they messed up, they did it yesterday. I need a place I can trust.
The Sales Manager, Matt is absolutely amazing. The experience is the best I have ever had when buying a car. My credit is less than stellar yet he was able to get me into the exact car I wanted with no money down and my payment is less than my previous one. I highly recommend IPAC!!!

Back on February 28th, I brought my car in for a brake flush and engine air filter change. On August 7th I brought my car in for a cabin air filter. During this visit I was told that my brake fluid was dark in color and needed changing which the week before was told the same thing at Gunn. I thought Gunn was trying to rip me off, but when Ingram Park told me the same thing, I knew that they didnt change the brake fluid in February. This has broken my trust in Ingram Park extremely. Why would they not do services they are are supposed to do. These are my brakes and that isnt to be played with. I am now reluctant to ever doing business with Ingram Park again
Jessica was an amazing customer centered employee/team member. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. Because of her customer service we did get the additional work done on our vehicle there. We will be back to get the other items cared soon.
