Buying a car from Infiniti of San Antonio was the best experience Ive ever had for purchasing a car. So much of the time consuming stuff was done before I even came to the dealership to test drive and sign paperwork. My cat and I love this vehicle. I purchased my previous Infiniti at a different dealership and it took about 6 hours to purchase a car that I had arranged financing for myself and had already picked out the car before I arrived. Not fun. Servicing that car at Infiniti of San Antonio was consistently excellent. This team is efficient, courteous, and professional.

If you are in the market for a used vehicle, please make sure you are aware of a reconditioning fee infinity of San Antonio is adding to the invoice. The recon fee should never be passed to the customer and if the dealer chooses to do so, then they should not decrease the price of the vehicle. The dealer wants to present themselves as transparent but adding this fee to the final invoice isn’t a good way of doing business. The dealer must conduct their due diligence for every used vehicle and prepare the vehicle for the showroom. The cost it takes for the dealer to get the vehicle up to their standards is the investment them must take in consideration.

Nice facility but I would question recommend services. I changed cabin filter myself a month ago and they still recommend to replace it. Also, even if you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait close to 2 hours. β€œSorry I’m busy” if I ever decide to contact you to see if you could address any concerns.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful vehicle from this location. Our experience was definitely 5 stars not only because we found the car we wanted but because of the excellent customer service we received from Carla and Carlos. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was on point and to ensure we got what we wanted at a great price. If y’all visit this location ask for Carla she will genuinely get you what you want and she will not rush you into something you don’t want. I think the dealership should make sure that the customer knows that they should get a loaner car before they take their car in for repairs.When the customer calls to setup an appointment, they should ask the customer if they need a loaner car. They should be able to tell the customer when a loaner car is available before setting the appointment.A service repair should also be available to let the customer know if the repair will be completed the day of the appointment or if it will take longer, so they will know to ask for a loaner car.

Glad I chose to go for my coolant flush and multi-pt inspection. They did a great job and even let me borrow a car (super easy process), so i was able to run a couple errands and such during the day. Excellent experience from start to finish. My husband and I called ahead to inquire about a specific car and Kenny immediately was able to provide us with details and have us come in to take a look. Our sales associate was Alejandro and he was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Our experience was unlike any other car dealership in that it was completely pressure free during the entire process. We test drove several new cars, decided on the perfect one, applied for financing, traded in our existing car (and got an excellent trade in price!), completed all paperwork (paperless, which was awesome), introduced to the service department, and left with our new car purchase in just about 2 hours. This was an exceptional experience from the moment that I arrived for my appointment. I was meet immediately and asked what I needed and did I have an appointment. Everyone was masked up and very professional. Then I was turned over to Kimberly and she did an awesome job of handling everything else. My experience with Infinity of San Antonio sales team was absolutely amazing. It was a low pressure transaction and their staff was very professional. I told Chris that I was comparing two vehicles one at Infinity and the other at Carmax. I only wanted to see the vehicle as I had an appointment with Carmax. He took his time explained the features and gave me his card and told me he would see me when I returned. I went to my appointment and was disappointed with the customer service, so I returned to Infinity. Chris was with another customer and Ashton stepped in to assist me with the purchase of my vehicle. I completed the sale with Ashton and it was very smooth. Chris came in to apologized about not being available and ensure me that Ashton was more than capable of assisting me with the purchase. I purchased a 2021 Infinity on Aug 2, 2021. The first week I owned the car, it had a horrible noise . The mechanics took 2 days to find out the car had piece Styrofoam in the dive shaft that wasnt unpacked. The second week, I was in a Starbucks line and this car shut off and had an error message that read system malfunction. Again, I had to return the car for repairs and they updated the software. The third week, my drivers car seat wasnt operating. Again, I returned it for repairs. I picked up the car and put in my garage where it stayed until I returned from vacation. Upon return, the car windshield was broken. I firmly believe the car windshield was installed incorrectly as there isnt any damage except a crack. The car has been in maintenance more than I have driven it!! I took it to the manager and of course, they say they wont fix it. The sales manager Brian Wells was supposed to call me back Monday Sept. 6th. His customer service is unsatisfactory as I had to call him everyday till he finally responded on Sept. 9, 2021. Do yourself a favor and dont buy an Infinity. I have purchased several new cars in lifetime that include Ford, Saturn, Toyota, Honda, and SAAB. The Infinity is the worst purchase I have ever made.

I purchased 2 cars from this dealership and one being recently (about a month ago and the 2nd 11 months ago). I’ve been trying to reach with a specific person in finance and he has yet to return my call that they have supposedly hand delivered to him because his voicemail is always full so you can’t leave a message. The customer service is beyond awful and you would expect more from an Infiniti dealership especially when you’re spending $45,000 on a car. I just have a simple question/status update and it would take all of 2 minutes to answer and I’d hate to drive an hour just to ask, but at this point I guess I have to. Our salesman Issac was great but we all know that one bad apple in a company can ruin your entire experience. Get it together Infiniti of San Antonio!!

Ricky the director and Kenny on Drive are still number 1 in service imo. Those two bring customer service and showing that Infiniti cares from a 3 to a 5 easily for each end of the spectrum of service. They also make it look like its second nature (you can tell when someone doesnt like their work). Kenny has always gone above and beyond(this guy deserves the recognition). Kimberly also always goes above and beyond for my stuff. The front desk girls have moved mountains and stayed on the phone with me during a crisis of me driving off wo my keys (that were never found) turning car off and then needing batteries for my backup and helping me when they DID NOT HAVE TO DO A THING and I didnt think to ask for help. Everyone here just takes the initiative to making life easier. Service runs smoothly and with zero wait time, every single time. Keeping my car up to date always comes so easily because of these folks. Thank you.

Had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. Gave it two stars because Brian Wells was very nice to talk to on the phone today. The rest of the time I spent emailing & corresponding was with Ashton and it all goes down hill from there. I completely understand that right now is a difficult and competitive time to purchase a car. We have two SUVs that are too small and figured I would give looking into the QX80 a go. Worst case is its a tough time to purchase a car; so we wait it out the chip shortage issues. When you are spending $75-80K on a car I dont think its unreasonable to focus on a specific color combination that suits you. Its a lot of money and a handful + of years that you are driving it. Most cars are going for MSRP, I was looking to see if I could pay ~2k under MSRP, cant hurt to ask right? Ashton sent me a list of the QX80s under MSRP and they consisted of red exteriors and the dark exteriors had the tan interiors (which is not ideal with little kids and two dogs). I let her know those color combinations were not ideal and I was focused on a darker (not red) exterior and Toffee or Graphite interior. Her response & I attached the text message to this review So you dont want ours that are lower cost then the others, but you also dont want to pay the full price for the color you want? Nothing more I need to say. The rude delivery on that message as well as the grammatical errors are enough to turn me away.No one wants to be treated like that when they are spending close to $80k or more out the door on a car.

I called in to get inquire about the price of a key, the fob and programming. The gentleman in service could only provide me with the price of the key and fob, not how much the total cost would be to program. I asked to be transferred to service where β€œMichelle” answered. I asked her what would the total price be for everything becauseI wanted to schedule and appointment etc. Michele’s response as if she was irritated, β€œWell I don’t know, I only know the price of the programming”. I can calculate math, I was asking to ensure that once I arrived, there would be zero issues with the prices provided. I recommend the parts/service department are cross communicating when customers are being transferred. I called the location in Austin and the employee Orlando assisted me within 4 minutes with a grand total price and was very patient and professional while doing so.I will make the trip to Austin to have my vehicle serviced, rather than 10 miles to San Antonio Infiniti.

Well I guess any Dealership is good at the time to sale, but what about when you need cancel or return something.Well I got a car frome here, very happy because was my first car and the Manager work with the bank for I was able to get it.!!!!IMPORTANT!!!!After like a 1.5 years I got into an accident and the insurance company told me was total lost and I had bumper to bumper insurance that I got whit the Dealer (they use KAR) you can cancel the insurance and get some money back, in this case you have to do it with the dealer because you get it with them, I never get my paperwork done, I call more than 20 times and went at the dealer at least 5 times, the desktop lady remember my voice for so many times that I call her. They even sent me fake papers to just dont call any more ( I had it on my emails) and when I call them back because the money take like 10 weeks, was not even done, log story short, I never get my money back. IS BETTER that you get the insurance on your own. maybe I can sue them because of the fake papers but let see what happens.
