Victor made me feel appreciated, displayed a high level of patience with me as I was somewhat difficult, and considered my time throughout the entire process. It’s by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership as far as the sale goes. The service department is the worst though. I’ll be going elsewhere for service.

My experience in this dealership was super awesome!! I went there and Linda Luz just simply took care of everything. Although the waiting time was a little bit she just simply fixed everything for me. First : she took the time to listen to my needs. Second: she was patient enough to go with me through all the options and explained everything single detail of them. Linda Luz deserves 20 of 10. I wish all dealerships in San Antonio had sales rep this dedicated and professional.

My wife & I recently purchased our vehicle at our favorite dealership, BMW-San Antonio (we own two). The service we received from New Vehicle Sales Manager, Don Wilkinson, was excellent. Don was attentive, polite & accommodating in all our transactions with him. We highly recommend him & the entire BMW experience to everyone who will listen. Their customer service exceeds any other dealers by far. Thank you so much, Don! Then, if this is not enough, I ventured to their wonderful BMW Store to purchase a few items. I was taken care of by an individual named, Kenny Manny. Kenny was very polite, helpful & friendly. He was patient with me & explained my purchases with ease. I went to the dealership today, and Linda Campos was such an amazing advisor for me. She took care of my needs, the explained the details of the deal, and she just had marvelous customer service. Merry Christmas...to me? Just left with my new car and I am in love! Tony Abraham is the best - go see him. My lease was up on my car and I had my mind made up about what I was going to get until I started exploring and ended up at BMW of San Antonio. Tony is 100% the reason I ended up getting THIS car at THIS dealership. He goes above and beyond and never makes you feel like youre dealing with a car salesman. The dealership has a lot of inventory so youll be able to get something that works for your budget. Plus you get luxury and quality customer service, but without feeling like youre in a stiff or aloof environment. Never thought I was a BMW girl but these guys changed my mind!

Prior to this experience, I never wanted to shop at a dealership after numerous horrible experiences. I was hesitant to come here, but they had a car I wanted at a great price. Luckily, the experience was anything but painful! Zach Brown took great care of my partner and me. He wasn’t pushy in any way, none of the back and forth with the manager and haggling for things. It was a very pleasant and easy experience. We felt very well taken care of and most importantly, we felt heard. It was such a great experience, I would highly recommend working with Zach.

Recently brought my BMW in for maintenance and had Brian Rivera as my service advisor. I came in needing an oil change but also asked if anything could be done about a squeaky cupholder cover. Brian went above and beyond to get this fixed for me, and although it took longer than expected, he did great job keeping me updated on the status of my car. Very happy with my overall experience!

Disappointing. Though initially polite... most exchanges were automated and impersonal. The process made me feel dismissed as a female buyer with plenty of money to walk out with any vehicle I chose. When I asked about room to negotiate, it was very apparent I was not being taken seriously and was simply told no. I asked again and was told I could sign a letter of intent which protects the dealership but not me. I test drove, and when I reached out to arrange to purchase I got no response for 7 hours at which time I was told they sold the vehicle I was in process to buy. Not sure where respect and courtesy went but it could have achieved a 2nd buy from me since my husband needs a new car too. 0 for 2 BMW. I guess my expectations of elite service from your brand was not accurate. My mistake.

San Antonio BMW supplied me with a 2021 BMW M3. The sales reps were reasonable to deal with. The vehicle was supplied and delivered via transport out of state that I arranged. The finance department and manager was a disaster to deal with based on their lack of customer service. The finance manager lied about many things. Tim the finance manager told me that I did not have a good enough credit rating for 0.9% financing and that it would have to be 1.9%. I questioned this and showed him my excellent credit rating. Tim said you can only get 0.9% unless you have loyalty. I mentioned I had BMW loyalty and Tim said he would check on it. Chris, the finance director called me back and said I am not getting the deal, because they were going to hold the extra point on me at 1.9%. Plus they added a commission fee which is typically built into the price. On top of this, I was told that I could not provide my own financing, I could not pay for the vehicle in cash and my only option was to pay via their financing at that rate. He also ignored BMW loyalty and other programs I have which provide discounts. From my experience, you can conclude that this dealership is full of crooks who should not represent the BMW brand. They should be ashamed of themselves, the lies they push and the mistreatment of customers. Overall, this branch of BMW is not managed well and does not have the best interests of their customers at hand. The branch violates policies, programs and ethics in the BMW brand along with business in general. I highly recommend people AVOID this branch of BMW for any business or service that they offer. The only reason I bought a vehicle here is because there is no inventory, as I had to ship my vehicle across the country.

They repaired my vehicle after an accident and did an excellent job, however, one of the sensors was scratched and they said they would call me when it comes in. It has been months, I call, I dont get return calls. Often times their voicemail is full. I have also been waiting for a quote on a mirror replacement over a week from the photos. This is the second vehicle I have had from BMW of San Antonio and it doesnt live up to luxury car service. I get better service at north park Mazda when I take my wifes car in. It is unbelievable you cant get a return call. I guess I should have held payment until the sensor was replaced, but wanted my vehicle back.

Their service is way poor. I cant believe that they are luxury car brand.I am leasing BMW5 series and I tried to make a schedule for service and every-time when I called, they said they will contact later but never happened and When I called them they kept tossing me here and there over the phone line. It is so frustrating. I strongly recommend to buyer or someone who is considering lease car to find other place to get better service.

Purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz AMG 43 GLE from salesperson Theresa Vincent on May 27, 2021. Suffice to say, this was not a cheap sale for the dealership. At the time of sale, we were told be expecting our new license plates and extra key (we only got 1 at time of sale) in the mail as were 2 hours away. Fast forward to July 26, after a few attempts to call, I finally got a call back from salesperson. I informed her of no key and no license plates after two months. She said she would get me some new temp plates right away. Why not the permanent plates? Not sure. And now there was a no go on the extra key. Fast forward again to today, a full 3 months after the sale, and Im still driving with the original temp plates out of expiration date. I then decide to call the dealership and speak with the GM. Im sent to a man named Bud Pratt, and upon calling, Im told hes in a meeting and to leave a VM. I do. No call back. Hes clearly too busy for that. Now two full days after that, Im writing this review. Plain and simple, their service after a nice sale is garbage. Period. I have all of my story documented and would like to have one of those cute replies from the owner, but we know that wont happen.

They have the worst service team I haven’t ever experienced. No one ever returns your call. They sent a video with a explanation of the needed service but no follow up. No price, no time frame…I had to call 3 more times to finally get a call back. It just keeps going. Now I have been waiting for a call back on an Uber that was to pick me up at 4:00. I started calling at 4:05 it is now 4:41 and all they keep saying is transportation will call me back. Ridiculous

Love this place! Very low key and relaxed (not your traditional car buying experience)! I was in the market for a new car and had narrowed it down but had never driven a BMW and wanted to check them out. Enter car sales Goddess, Mimi, and everything went fast from there. I told her what I was interested in and she led me to a car that when I drove it I actually cried. It was so much fun! (And she was fun too!) It met my desire for a fast car but also one that was a little more practical with more room then a small sports car. After I drove it, I was SOLD. The entire experience was amazing. The only con was, I found out later that my trade-in was worth many more thousands of dollars, so I got hosed on that. But I hadn’t donemy research and that was my fault. Super happy with my gorgeous new BMW M440i! Love Mimi! All-around awesome dealership and would do it again!

My son visited this dealership to purchase his first car. His advisor was Linda Luz de Jesus Campos was unknowledgeable about the details of the vehicle. She expressed no enthusiasm in trying to help my son, and actually attempted to deter my son from purchasing the vehicle he was interested in. She lacked basic customer service skills, that would be warranted in this type of major purchasing decision. I would have never expected this from a BMW representative at a time when service is key to keeping and maintaining customers. My son went to another dealership, and was treated with the respect that all customers should expect. He purchased a vehicle that cost more than the vehicle he was interested at BMW. Maybe they felt he could not afford the vehicle, but were they wrong. Watch out for this advisor.. in need of additional training.

Review reflects the parts department itself rather than the entirety of the dealership. Ive worked for multiple BMW dealerships and never had the problems with the parts department I do here. Have called more than 5 times, been on hold for over 20 minutes sometimes, and never been able to get in touch with anyone in the parts department. Ill be taking mine and my familys cars and business elsewhere, even if it is farther.

I used the Service department for routine maintenance. My arrival was smooth and took barely anytime to get me going. I waited in the lounge area which was nice and relaxed. Of course having a nice place wouldn’t matter if the customer service is not there. My service advisor was Luis, and he is the best advisor I have had at any dealership. If there were negative stars, this place would get it....too many unethical practices to mention but use them AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I purchased a car and took to have a new key fob ordered. Took over 100 days to get back after they allowed it to rain inside. 3 times, I had to correct their math. Each time the error was thousands of dollars in their favor. I can write a book on what a nightmare this place is!

The waiting space, although is getting remodeled, contained beverages and snacks, with TVs abound. The showroom cased new editions to the BMW family and are available for your perusal. By far the most professional and caring dealership in San Antonio. The knowledgeable service managers - Maggie - whom I worked with was completely devoted to my work order and would keep me posted daily about what was happening with my X5. At the last minute, I wasn’t able to drive to dropoff my vehicle due to a family emergency so Maggie was both quick and efficient in providing me phenomenal service above and beyond what was expected. She scheduled and secured a loaner car drop off and someone to pick up my X5. Stellar customer service and excellent communication from Maggie and from Carlos - my BMW certified mechanic - who sent me a video of how and what he was fixing on my X5. I am so appreciative of all of the hard work and dedication that I was shown during my latest BMW service visit. Outstanding customer service skills, exceptional mechanical service, and fabulously quick turn around time so my X5 was back in my garage. Very thankful, magnificently impressed and extremely happy to own a BMW! ☺️⭐️

Bumpy start, but overall exceptionally satisfied with the service provided by BMW of San Antonio as I was finally able to purchase the car if my dreams. Utilized the build to order service and it certainly was nerve wracking, but it was great in the end! Sales agent was communicative and answered most all of my questions. He probably regrets me having his cell number though.

Totally got played here at the dealership. I picked this place because of the reviews & the salesman said they check all the vehicles before selling them to the public. I was going on his word. Drove ard with the saleman, AC blasting & all. He kept the car fax & only showed me the windshield wipers needed attention. We checked them out and they seemed fine. The next day I went to turn on the radio & it didnt work. We never turned the radio on in the test drive. I didnt discover this till the next day. The day I signed I never saw anyone in financing to close the deal. I emailed the saleman and didnt receive a response back. Few days later the brake lights went out. A week later the check engine light went on. The code was a P26B7 PCM. The tire sensor I knew abt & was going to fix that myself. The air I heard in the vehicle I thought was from the AC. But somewhere the air is seeping into the vehicle. I called to speak to a sales director who then told the saleman to tell me to bring the car in. I did so on a Monday & they kept the vehicle for 3 days just to change the brake light. I told them that Im driving ard with their paper plates on the vehicle & that people will see that they had sold me a vehicle with no brake lights & I had explained all the other problems. Ive called multiple times, left messages to speak to everyone & no one has called me back. The saleman, sales director, & the finance person. When I went to pick up the vehicle I described it to the service guy. Hes like we dont work on those vehicles. So that lead me to believe that it was never checked out before selling it to the public.
