Made an appointment for a simple oil change, thinking that since I had an appointment Id be in and out in like 30 minutes... 3 ½ HOURS LATER, my oil change is done. When I asked what the point of an appointment was if it was still going to take so long, the advisor literally told me, The appointment is just to see the service advisor, then its more like a doctors office where you sit and wait. Are you kidding me?! NEVER getting my Jeep serviced here again and MOST DEFINITELY never buying another vehicle from here.

I do not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Garrett Windham and the car was one drive away from putting my son in danger. 3 out of 4 rims were bent which increases the chances of a blowout and makes the car unsafe to drive. Additionally, all four tires were bald and one side of the front bumper was attached with tape.I was not able to test drive the car the night I purchased it because one of the mechanics misplaced the keys. So, I inquired about another car that was a different color but the same make, model, and price. Garrett Windham urged me stick with original car and told me it was the better car. Since they could not find the keys, Garrett Windham said hell make sure everything is good with car, have it cleaned, and dropped off. So I bought the car Saturday night and the car was not dropped off until Thursday evening. I believe that since I already paid for the car I was no longer a priority. During the five day wait, I did not receive a phone call or any kind of update on the status of the car. When the car was dropped off, the interior was still dirty and stained. I was told the stains would be removed but they were not. Garrett said they tried but the stains would not come. Its hard to believe the dealership did anything to clean it when the interior was dusty. My son went outside with a standard carpet shampooer and all the stains came out with ease, so Im sure there was no effort from the dealer.I contacted Garrett and told him I would like to return the car and he told me they do not have a return policy. I called to talk someone else but I returned to Garrett, this time Garrett told me I only had 48 hours to returned the car. And the reason why it was only 48 hours is because the car was delivered and not driven off the lot. I asked to speak to a manager he said the managers were busy. I also ask for their return policy in writing and it was not provided.Overall, this was a horrible experience and I feel like North Park Toyota took advantage of me.

I wasnt too happy today. The young man that greeted me was friendly and did a good job welcoming me. I felt welcomed right up until the service rep offered me an alignment, with my truck only having 20,000 miles, and a $40 oil additive that I declined. After that I felt just pushed through. My truck wasnt washed and all four tires are reading different tire pressure and none of them are at the recommended psi.

Overall our salesman was fairly nice, but when it came to the “deals” they were offering us it was pretty terrible. I know dealerships usually highball everything but this was insane. And at the end when we asked for a copy of the numbers to go home and call our bank to compare interest rates on the loan they wouldn’t provide it for us or the sale price of the car. Kinda questionable and as first time car buyers who knew the process it kinda felt like they wanted to pull one over on us. Decided to go to another dealership and got a much better deal on a much nicer car. If you wanna overpay for base model cars or get a low mile lease for more than the competitors are offering on nicer vehicles with more miles this is your place ! It is very important to shop around.

Awesome and easy service! My service advisor was John Garza. I went in for an alignment, and he took care of me and my car! Turns out I had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were past due.
