Though it may differ from person to person and the staff has other customers to attend to; there should be a better way to get the process moving before they loose a customer. VERY Disappointed. I called Alma to ask if they still had the 2012 Hyundai Sonata that was on their website. She said yes. I told her that I would be there in about 30 minutes. She said she would be there when I arrived. I arrived and they said she left. The salesman then asked what I needed. I told him that I was there to see the 2012 Hyundai Sonata that Alma was supposed to show me. He then lied to me and told me that it just sold but maybe I would like to see other cars on the lot. I said thanks for being shady and wasting my time. Would never do business with them.

RIPPED OFF, $2000 *STOLEN* FROM ME!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. There are a lot of dealerships on San Pedro, dont do business with this one.It was my first experience buying a car, I put down $2000 of my hard earned money as a down payment. I will admit I was naive as a first time buyer and did not ask for a receipt, but I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. A few days later I go in to finalize everything and come to find out they got rid of the manager who was helping me (I use the term helping loosely). They tell me he was caught stealing money and there was no record of my down payment. I called the cops and was informed that there was little I could do with no proof of my down payment.I warn you not to do business with this company, you will be burned.

Reason why I give it two stars is because they have a greats selection of cars that are well kept and very nice! But I went to Cloud as I was told by a friend that He gets it done and that I would leave with a car. Also told by him that he works with all kind of bad credit and he will be able to do the $1000 down and if I needed more a deferment... Well I was there for a good 5 hours+ test drive the car and everything but coming to find out I needed a Sponsor not a consigner who hasnt had any repos or foreclosures on their credit. and so I called quite a few and I finally got someone to do it! And next thing you know he went through one bank but they wanted to much, and he says well Im going to try another bank but they are closed so Ill start on it first thing in the morning and he will call me back and tell me where Im at. Day goes by and he never called so I called the next two days and he says he still working on it when hes finished with another guys he will finish mine up.. smh and I called again to see how much more he needed down ( because he never told me that ) and he never gave me a anwser just that he was STILL working on it! One week latter and I have yet to receive a car! Also I came up with $1000 more dollars but Im glad he showed his true colors! I would love to return but I wont be returning to him. This review is long, but very detailed. If you are considering this place, this is a MUST READ:These guys straight up lied to me. I bought a car from them about 6 months ago and came with a pre-approved auto loan from my bank. They claimed they could beat the rate though, and that it wouldnt take more than an hour (it ended up taking more than 4). However, my one stipulation was that I would be the primary account holder for the loan and my mom would be the secondary so that I could increase my credit more and she wouldnt have to be the primary on any more loans. They said they would do that, and came back finally with an offer with a lower rate than the one we already had. I once again asked to make sure that I was the primary and that my mom was the secondary, and they said yes. A few months later, I found out they had lied and put my mom as the primary and me as the secondary so that they could get a rate that actually beat the one we already had. And this is after asking them twice to make me the primary. So technically, the car isnt even in my name, and whenever I take it places to get serviced, they sometimes give me a hard time because Im not the official owner. Thats downright ridiculous.Also, when I looked at the papers they wanted me to sign, the price of the car was more than the amount we had agreed upon. I pointed it out to them, and they simply said to just sign the papers because it wasnt official yet. Yeah right, like Im going to trust them with that. We said we wouldnt sign until the price was changed, as they were trying to charge $700 more than what I had been told. They did finally fix the price, though.Also, I found out that they had lied to me about the tread of the tires, as they said that all the tires had to be at least 6/32. Also, there were 3 different brands of tires on my car, but they said that was perfectly ok and that there shouldnt be any problem with handling. I had an expert come to my house after I bought it, though, and he said 3 of my tires were 4/32, one was 6/32, and that its a bad idea to have more than one brand of tires (especially with different tread levels) for a AWD vehicle like mine. I even asked him to show me, and he was telling the truth. I should have trusted my common sense and ignored the car salesman. The car would pull right constantly after a month, causing me to get 4 brand new tires - an expense I hadnt counted on.Also, there is something else wrong with the suspension or possibly even frame, as the car wobbles left and right. And when turning, sometimes one of my tire makes a weird clicking sound. When idling, sometimes my RPMs drop below the 500 mark, and my engine starts to rattle. The title was clean, but I suspect that maybe the car was flooded/got in a wreck and the previous owners never reported it. It ran fine for the first month, and then started displaying all the problems. Atlas Autos might have even just temporarily fixed it just to sell it, who knows.The funniest thing is that they force you to write a google review about them after buying a car, all the while someone was looking over my shoulder. They didnt go away until I told them to. Thats why this place has so many good reviews: the pressure of someone watching you while writing a review about them often makes people rate them more highly. Very unethical practice if you ask me.TL;DR: Atlas Auto manipulated and lied to me several times, and even pressures you to write good review about them after buying a car. My car started having problems after 1 month, putting more financial stress on me. They have questionable/unethical practices, and it would probably be best to avoid them.

This place sucks.. internet price was $14k went in to work a deal with the manager & he said that was cash price & the vehicle was actually $18k.. after some yelling they would give me the car for $14k... Filled out app for this vehicle and was never given an answer about it... This car lot needs to be shut down..

I touched a salesman called the Jesus whose help was terrible. I had 3 hours in the Dyler and I still went without a car. Because I had the nerve to tell me he and his manager would pay $ 1200 to December 9 did not pick up my car, because I put a very high Daow ... Terrible place is not recommended at all.
