Bought a car from Friendlys Auto Sales from them and 3 weeks later the transmission went out on the car. They refused to fix it and kept telling us that there was nothing wrong with the Transmission. Never again would I buy a car from them. I had asked Charlie to reimburse they money for our trade in which was $700 he said no. Beware this car lot is a reap off and they have mechanics they dont even know what they are doing. BEWARE THIS CAR LOT IS A REAP OFF DO NOT BUY FROM THEM A WASTE OF MONEY.

Absolute best used car dealership in Texas. Instead of settling with high interest rate finance companies and other cricket used car lots give them a try.As of a few months ago their APR is 7% to 9%. One of the lowest APRs in the entire country for folks with bad to fair credit.

They sold me a car that is over heating with water leaking in my car i asked if it could be fix and they said it has to come out of my pocket the owner tryed blaming me and asked how do i know it was having problems i had a mechanic that i know look at it i told him they expected for the problems to happen when i tested drived it not to mention the guy told me he had only 15 mins matter of fact when i bought the car the car died on me the first day for me buying a car 500 down went down the drain and even tho i repoted it as soon as i noticed the problems i have to pay out of pocket for the parts to get fixed they made an appointment for me to take it in but they want me to pay the towing fee to take it in smh this is the worst place to buy a car heres a picture of the radiator leaking smh im so disappointed

Don’t buy from them. I got a vehicle from them and their incompetent mechanic kept telling me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. At 3am driving down the highway going to work and my lights start flashing, speedometer and RPM is going from 0-120 all at once is nothing. Ha. Then when I turned it off it won’t start again. They wouldn’t even get me into another vehicle. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

Very unprofessional they sale broken cars I would recommend to NOT buy here ! 💯

Cant believe this place . I was 2 days late on payment and 1 week late on insurance a d they picked up my car on rigsby HEB got out at 5 am to no dam car a d had to uber to southwest side. When I went to speak w them I was told I had a 10 day grace period a d when I bring it up she said no Selena didnt say that I said yes she did or I havent had left I would have paid insurance there a d waited on car payment. They just took 1700 down 1 month ago. How dare they do that to people . Especially during covid knowing its hard right now. Now I have to wait to see if they will continue the finance process of car if not they stay w 1700 plus 200 deferred payment. I cant believe it . People are so greedy and rude. Never go there... Beware they take cars to resell again a d make 50,000 on a 12,000 dollar car.

If you wanna buy a lemon this is the place for you !Might have a messed up alternator, might have a messed up engine. Just know you’ll be missing work and it’ll be in their shop for days. I got lucky enough for my car to fall apart within the 30 (yes only 30) day warranty. But I’ve had minor problems since the warranty was up. It’s never ending with these cars.

Charlie was a pleasure to work with and super awesome. He made sure I was put into a good and reliable car. Will for sure be doing all my automotive purchases through them now and in the future.

Don’t go here, you get what you pay for they are not willing to help once you get the car off the lot, they don’t check the cars before they sale them. Get proof of a full legal inspection before buying any car! They just want your money and will make it easy for them to sale you a broken car .

My experience here was beyond awful. charlie was awesome in getting me into a car, but literally the day I left the car lot with my car it broke down saying ENGINE COOLANT OVER TEMPERATURE. Had it towed and was told the car was being worked on and being fix, once I got the car back again it broke down AGAIN. Pancho the mechanic stated that nothing was wrong with the car and everything was fixed obviously not if I was stranded for the second time, so then I was told that the car was being sent to a specialist mechanic. I have not even had this car for a full week!! Im always getting the run around when I call and ask for Mike, so I called the financed department and see what I could but was told I wouldnt get my money back even when this was not my fault. should never put a car out on the lot if it is no good from the first start! please do not waste your money here

The name is useless literally every single person at this location was the opposite of friendly from the owner to the workers. There was only one smiling face which was the guy selling the car Adam thats it, they have easy financing but from the moment you walk in every single man in this location looks like and acts like they need more training in being friendly!
