This man was extremely disrespectful and rude. I went in to purchase a juice for my daughter for her breakfast. Simple transaction that this man made into a whole ordeal. He was bothered that I had disturbed him from sitting down and scrolling on social media. He was upset that I was paying with cash and not with my card. He was extremely rude and yelled at me This is extremely unprofessional of any employee. Telling me that I should be paying with a card! Telling me that anyone in my “Karen” status needs to learn respect. I was the one that greeted him with a good morning, something that he should be doing to the customers. When I asked for the receipt he was very reluctant in giving it to me. After seeing that he is clearly not Laura as the receipt shows it makes me wonder why. I did go back in to ask for his name and he would not give it to me.

Saleswoman was very curt and unhelpful. Asked if there was a water fountain nearby to fill my water bottle and she said she didnt know and I would have to go ask airport information. My daughter and I each bought 60 dollars in trinkets. There are water fountains and water bottle filler outside of restroom... less than 20 ft. Wish I were rude enough to return purchases.

Omg!This is the absolute best chocolate Ive tasted! And Im from New York and I love chocolate. I had a pecan cluster with dark chocolate and caramel.I only bought one in the airport before I got on the plane at 5:30 in the morning so I didnt think that I wanted to eat chocolate that early in the morning. Boy was I mistaken. all I could think about was having another one. I kept wondering what the name of the shop was. Maybe I could order some on line or something.It wasnt until I got home and unpacked that I found the receipt. Im still hoping that Ill be able to order some online.If youre ever in San Antonio Airport look up this shop. Its worth it.

I had a long layover and was pretty excited to see a store with gourmet chocolate. I ordered 4 pieces and, although pricey, I didn’t mind spending the extra money to treat myself. I took one bite of a caramel pecan cluster and a small piece fell off onto my shirt, along with a live maggot! The lady working didn’t give me any trouble when I went back to return everything and offered me a free water, but I’m still horrified.

Best chocolate ever! I bought to have on the plane. Wish I had sampled them before I boarded. Definitely would have bought more. I hope I can order and have some shipped.

I watched a racist cashier falsely accuse a #black airport employee of theft! I reported the manager on duty to Airport police for physically assaulting the young man. I will call the ownership and report the actions of the staff here. They are deplorable and racist towards African Americans! Ill blog about it as well. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
