First of all, Z Bridal is a dream come true. There are a huge variety of dresses to choose from, all of them simply beautiful from mermaid to ball gown. There is not a single dress I tried on that wasn’t gorgeous.Secondly, Shazia was amazing and made my entire appointment wonderful! She quickly picked up on my style and was able to pull dresses she knew I’d like, and removed ones she knew I wouldn’t love. She was patient with me as I took everything in and was there to help with whatever I needed. She was such a sweetheart and just made the entire process relaxed but also special.SO happy to have said yes to the dress!

I purchased a dress roughly in March or April for my 2021 prom from this location. The process went well and I had payed for the dress in full to own until I had asked to have the dress fitted on me.I payed 150 dollars for the fitting- 80 for the hem and 55 to have extra fabric from the sides of my chest tightened to have it more form fitting. I pick up the dress on May 6, two days before my prom day.The only downside is that the extra fabric that I had asked to be removed by my chest, wasn’t. The attendee had told me that the owner (who was the tailor) said that she could not remove the fabric as I had asked or that the dress would have torn in the very front. Instead she told me to buy fashion tape to stick the dress to me and would not refund the money.The attendee was so kind however and implied that agreed that I should have been refunded but due to her job status couldn’t state that she agreed.All in all the dress wasn’t what I had expected. It was nice but didn’t fit me like I had asked and payed for. If you’re going to purchase something here, don’t give them your money until you get exactly what you have asked for, or save yourself the trouble and don’t go here :) not worth the time, effort and money.Update: they replied saying I refused but she wasn’t there to even offer. She is absolutely crooked and the attendee even agreed. I change my mind. Never go here.

Amazing experience i found the perfect dress we did have a misunderstanding but it was a great experience overall the lady up front gave the girls and guys plenty of time to pay off stuff the dresses were very pretty to.

Gave it one star only because I had to select.So, went to this place to look at wedding dresses. Super sweet attendant, offers me to try them on, so I did. Fell in love with one of them. The girl says, You can put down any amount you can. This will lock-in the price, and you can make monthly payments. Cool! I paid a little towards a dress, and a veil. Mind you, I was just looking. Not ready to buy. My wedding is 13 months away.A week later, I get this rude phone call from the store manager. Rude. She says you need to come in right away and pay 50% of your dress in order for us to hold it for you. The catalog is being discontinued, and we need at least half of the dress price to be able to get it. I said hmm thats not what I was told last week. But, since Im not ready to pay you half, and I still have 13 months to my wedding, I will take my business elsewhere.Yesterday...I got another call. Demanding that I come in and pay. I said NO. She said well, its store policy. I told her she could keep the money, and she needs to train her staff not to lure people into paying what they can to later be told they dont refund deposits, and dresses are being discontinued.Ladies and gents, take your business elsewhere!In response to the stores comment below:I am glad I only lost $100 ($50 on the dress and $50 on the veil) and not the 50% required.*******TEACH YOU STAFF TO ENFORCE YOUR STORES POLICIES!!!!!!!!!!*********I was out of $100, and I dont really care...I wonder how much money you all make by doing this to people????

We unexpectedly came across this store while shopping across at Ingram went in and the lady in the front was right quick to help us. I asked if we needed and appointment and she stated that I did but that someone had cancelled and she could help she showed me different racks my daughter and i looked thru them. I came across a dress tried it on struggled a bit and she came in and helped me zip fit like a charm. She told me walk thru where the mirrors are at so you can see it completely, I was in love. Her and her assistant were very nice. The price was just in my budget! I said yea to dress!!! 🥰

If I could give ten stars I would. Shazia made this experience so great for me. I did not have a particular style in mind and had been pretty overwhelmed with what would fit me for my wedding and she helped me narrow down what looks best and found styles that really fit me and my body type. Shazia went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable the entire time and that I loved what I was trying on (it can get very hard to focus with lots of differing opinions from family/friends). Shazia made the process seamless. I would recommend Z Bridal to ANYONE and definitely request Shazia to help you find your perfect dress! She made this experience one I will always remember. I had my first appointment today with Shazia, I was a little skeptical about finding THE dress today. I was so surprised that due to Shazias experience she helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. If the service continues this way up to to pick up day. This will be the best experience Ive had.

My fiancé took her dress there for alterations and had the worst experience. Over the course of 3 months, she had 4 fittings and they still could not get it right. They completely ruined her dress. The beading literally fell apart in her hands and they did nothing to remedy it. She was left crying in the store. She finally took it to another bridal shop for emergency alterations as we only had 3 days to fix the horrible job they did. If you do not want to ruin your wedding dress, do not take it there for alterations. This is perhaps the worst bridal shop in town!! I implore you, save your money, save your time, save your wedding!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Wish I would have read the reviews before I going here. We ordered our dresses in January and they didnt arrive until April and were all sized wrong. They wont alter for free or at a discount. Alterations were going to cost another 100 dollars on top of the 200 we already spent on the dress. Never again.

In reading the reviews no wonder why they cant complete peoples dresses and alterations, it seems as if they make their own schedules. Online and staff said they open at certain times and of course no one at the store. Ive been watching customer after customer come expecting it to be open and no luck. This place sucks!To add I have noticed another customer mentioning the store not following hours of operation and the owners response was they could have also turned in the rented items on Sunday. Well... I was there on Sunday at 12pm when they say it opens and no one arrived until almost an hour later without apology of a few people waiting. So not sure if the establishment has emergencies everyday, but they should be more tentative to the customers need.

GREAT SERVICE & PLACE TO RENT A TUX FOR PROM BEST PRICETHANK Z BRIDAL

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time here! Especially not for a wedding! I bought my wedding dress here and, don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful. But alterations was way over priced. However, I still altered it there because I figured since the dress is from their store, they’d be the best option. I got my dress back, came back missing beads... A LOT OF THEM. Of course, I didn’t notice before taking it home because I was just so excited to get it back. So I left it go... so it’s not entirely the reason why I’m writing the negative review.I specifically told them I had a two month time frame. They told me, “we just need you to order by ‘x’ date so that we have minimum 4 weeks before the wedding.” This was end of January. I know because we went around my bday. Dresses were ordered no later than mid February (i would even say I most likely order first week of March). My wedding is at the end of March. They did not call any of my bridesmaids. The only that got her dress quickly was my sister. And she was the last one to order! I called last Friday to see why they haven’t arrived. They said they would call me no later than yesterday (Wednesday) to let me know that the dresses arrived. Did I get a call? No. Did my bridesmaids get a call no. So I called today and the dresses were there. Gee, thanks. There’s only three weeks left now till my wedding, and now it’s my fault that there’s a chance they won’t be ready on time?! Ridiculous.But I also had trouble ordering the dresses. I specially told the entire staff I wanted the girls to have all different dresses, emphasized that I didn’t not want any of the bridesmaid to have the same design. Same color, just not the same dress. And I mention it more than once. One of my bridesmaids could make it the same day as everyone else and I told her to ask for specific dress design/model numbers to try out (which details were provided by staff) so that she wouldn’t end up with the same dress as anyone. What happens. She ends up with the same dress as my sister. I did everything need to avoid this mistake fe having because I KNOW they don’t do refunds/exchanges. So now she’s stuck paying with expedited fees and what not because they won’t own up to their mistake! And los this just causes her to drop out of my bridal court.This place is not worth the damn headache.

This is a wonderful shop with an excellent staff that works hard, and goes out of the way to please their customers. They are in no way rude or racist, and the prices are comparable to the competition. I am glad I bought my daughters prom dress from Z Bridal, and we will be going back. I absolutely recommend going to Z Bridal!!!!

I Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went. It was the worst decision of my life they have terrible customer service and don’t care at all about the clients. They just want the money and don’t own up to their words. Employees were rude and told you off even tho it was their fault. I got my dress weeks late after they messed it up, after I finally got it they made me sign a waiver, and hours later I noticed the beads on my dress were all falling off and they did the alterations so bad it’s all coming a part. Save yourself the time and money and look for a better place please.

If I could give a negative star I would. A bride should not have to pick up her dress days before her wedding after having 4 fittings, paying for it up front since that’s required, having to go back numerous times because it’s not altered correctly only to come home with a dress falling apart! This place is the most unprofessional business, they are rude and racist! After seeing many comments and YouTube videos of other customers experiences it’s sad they are still in business. Ladies do your research on a business before you hand over your dress. We wish we would have done that prior to given them our money and business. We wouldn’t be left without my sisters dress days before she walks down the isle.

Bad customer service. My daughter got fitted and dress ordered. When we went tho pick up dress is too big. Then mgr charged us full price when she already had put a $40 deposit. If I could give a negative star review, I would. We had gone at 4:05 to look for mother of the bride dresses & quincenera dresses for my nieces. They didn’t allow my niece to try a dress on that was on a mannequin. The lady that was helping us was VERY rude when she started saying that they closed at 5. My mom was trying on 2 dresses and they didn’t fit and she kept saying “we can order from catalog once you order it” so basically you have to pay for a dress that you haven’t tried on yet. We all know that a dress looks different on different body types but she just wanted us to order dresses without her trying on a dress that fit.With my niece she said the dress on the mannequin is way too big and that she would need to order from the catalog and then she could try it on. Same thing, we would have to pay for a dress before even trying it on.My niece had tried on a dress that was her size and her only being 13 she is very shy about her body and things of that nature.So when it came to trying on another dress the rude lady told my sister “I don’t feel comfortable putting a dress on her that she doesn’t want to try on”She didn’t allow my sister to help her daughter to try on the dress. My sister was so excited for my niece to start planning her quincenera and the rude lady completely shut her down.You cannot successfully run a business this way.Being rude to customers is not okay.Trying to trick customers into buying a dress that they can’t even try on is the biggest scam of all. I hope people know better & don’t fall for it.Please go somewhere else other than this place.It’s sad because I have Bought my prom dresses before & the ladies that were there before were so awesome & FRIENDLY.We found the dress in a different store and I’m sure they’ll let her try it on even if it was too big.We planned on buying 2 quincenera dresses, Dama dresses, & mother of the bride dresses, etc.They have lost out on a huge sale. My sister had the worst experience ordered dresess and when dresses came in somehow the dress price doubled wth? The old lady who works there has no idea what she is doing.I called several times about the price of dresses and each time price was different. Dont waste your time or money. Update!! Still nothing done to correct the situation manager? My sisters wedding is in a week and prices on dresses still continues to chg ? She is not asking for deposit back not bc of financial struggle but bc your business did not hold up its end by providing the dresses at the prices we were originally given. The tuxedos were fair. Shoes were scratched up and owner claimed polish machine down. Owner didnt find a resolution like come back tomorrow and I will have a polished pair for you. It was here you go, this is what I have.

Never again will I give this place any business nor will I refer anyone to do business with them. The only good thing that came out of our experience here was the purchase of my daughters quince dress. Their so called diamond package sucked! The glasses for the court were plain when I was told they would have some decoration on them. The champagne glasses set were given to me in the wrong color. The color of pillows came in hot pink when they were supposed to be in maroon. My daughter choose a certain bouquet from their catalog, the one we received was horrible. The money box we were given was falling apart as soon as we placed it in our car. The owner had the ugliest attitude and doesnt know how to speak to customers in a respectful manner. This is one place that I will never step foot in ever again!

This place is one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t go by their hours of operation, then when you confront them about it, they shrug their shoulders and don’t even apologize for them being late. They were supposed to open at 11am and the guy didn’t show up till 11:50am causing me to be late to work. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes, but they quick to take your money. I will never deal with this place again.As for the “owners response” down below, first of all I would have understood an emergency, but you walked up smiling when you saw me in my car because I was parked right in front of your store. Second, I work Sunday’s and third, obviously you didn’t read my post because I was there TODAY, today being Monday before 11am and you still didn’t show up till almost an hour later.
