I came in not expecting to find anything because I waited last minute to buy a dress for a wedding that was 3 weeks away but I was completely blown out of the water. The ladies there helped me out and worked a miracle. They got me into this gorgeous dress and It has pockets! I’m super thankful for their help!

I absolutely LOVE Impressions Bridal! I had traveled out of town to find my dress when in reality, my dress was there right down the street from my home at Impressions. Elise, the BEST gown consult EVER! She made trying own gowns easy and not stressful at all. I told her exactly what I wanted and she found it! I am an old man with no need of a wedding dress. I have no clue how future daughter in law roped me into going to the fittings, but it did happen. Staff was very friendly and tolerant of me. Staff knew from experience to give me a wide berth and I just sat happily in a chair. Since staff had enough experience to check on me and then to leave me alone, I had a wonderful nap. They earned, in my point of view, five stars for sure. Future daughter in law is happy with them also.

I found the dress I needed and they even helped me out on the price which was a life saver because I really couldn’t afford it but really needed this bridesmaid dress ASAP. Thank you so much!!

Impression bridal has a huge selection of beautiful dresses to choose from. The entire staff was so helpful and they were immensely detail oriented and got me the perfect dress on the first try. I needed a rush order and one of the girls went to Houston personally to pick up my dress to ensure it arrived to me in time. They were wonderful, helpful, and the sweetest bunch of people. If you are looking for the newest bridal trends, or a classic style—they have it all. And, on top of the beautiful gowns, they are all reasonably priced.

I am absolutely in love with this place! I am so happy with the service and the selection. I went to several bridal stores before this one, and I wish I would off went to this one first! Heathtreaded me amazing I felt like a beautiful bride in a perfect place where I found my wedding dress.

Chaudoin is amazing! I was nervous going into my appointment today and she had such a calming presence about her. She listened to what I liked and I found my dress right away. She was so helpful and made this experience so much more enjoyable!

This was the fourth bridal store I went to. The attention that Mariah and Tany gave was unimaginable. I knew I was going to feel something when I would find the dress but a full out crying was not expected. They listened attentively to what I was wanting, looking for, even down to the sentimental details and alternations that I wanted for the perfect look. If I could give more stars I would. The BEST experience any bride could hope for. Save yourself time and energy and go to this location specifically. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my sister-in-law got our wedding dresses from here. This was the first and only bridal shop I went to and found my dress after trying on a few. My consultant, Charlsey, was amazing! She was so attentive and knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t! The dresses are so high quality, have so much detail, and are a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

With two weeks until my vow renewal ceremony, I called Impressions Bridal after a very bad experience at other Bridal place. The person answering the phone was kind and very attentive to all my wishes and desires for a simple wedding dress. The very next day I had an appointment. I found my dress withing 10 min and I loved it. I didnt feel pressured yet at the same time all attention was on me. Solymar was amazing, she was very sweet and encouraging, she truly made me feel welcomed and important and so was Rachel. They both made me feel beautiful and genuinely complemented my dress. The very next day I got an appt. to do alterations on my dress because I wanted a high and low and it was no problem to them at all. I couldnt believe how easy and fast it was. My alteration person was amazing so sweet and fast and super talented. My dress was done in 1 week from the day I went to look to pick up time. This place was amazing and my dress is beautiful!!!:)

Charlsey made finding my dress quick and easy! She listened to what I liked and knew the dresses well, including what modifications could be done. Im thankful it only took one day to find a beautiful dress!

Charlsey was well informed and made the process of finding my dress enjoyable. She answered questions I didnt even think to ask about ordering time, alterations, etc. She gave full details on each dress she pulled for me to try on, and she kept my preferences in mind when she selected them. I cannot express enough how much I love this place! I know close to nothing about wedding dresses and was so nervous going in. My best friend and I are both engaged so we went together to pick out dresses and the entire staff was so excited for us and really made it a moment to remember. My stylist Chaudoin, BEST EVER, made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with me. Absolutely the best!! Ask for her! She will take the time you need to find the perfect dress!! (Spoiler alert: my best friend and I both said yes to our dresses within minutes of each other)Beautiful dress, amazing employees, and great deals and prices. Went to go look for a gown for my neices sweet 16 and it turned out to be like a scene from the Selena movie. Lady followed us around and told us we would be better going to north star mall. Little did she know we were coming prepared to spend money. Never again

Hands down the best service I received from the staff but particularly from Ms Chaudoin. She was extremely helpful throughout my visit there. I loved that she asked essential questions from the beginning to try to narrow down the style of dress I had in mind. (Dont get me wrong, they will show you as many dresses as you want. I even tried a dress twice because I was indecisive.) They have a large selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses!Most importantly, I felt comfortable and not rushed or pressured into buying anything. I say this because I had already tried other bridal stores and my experience was much more pleasant here.

This was such a fun experience, we were given our own huge room in the back and the dressing room was huge!! The tall girl cant remember her name starts with a C was super nice sat down and went through very thorough questions to bring the perfect dresses. I was really torn between two dresses and they brought a veil, a belt, and a headband to help me get the full effect to decide. I am so excited to show my fiance my dress on our big day! Not to mention they have a cute little flower wall to take pictures with your girls!! Will be recommending this very professional shop for all the future brides!!

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Im getting married in April so Im glad I found it. Im a pretty curvy lady so any other shop I went into made me feel less than beautiful. When I went into this bridal shop, I got a stylist named Joe. He asked me many questions about the date, my hubby, the dress, and my personality. I love the sense that he was trying to see what dress goes for me. Every dress I put on made me feel like a princess but when I found THE DRESS, I knew I was in the right place(excuse the weird face, I was excited 😆)

I accompanied my daughter shopping for her wedding dress. After visiting a couple other salons with a variety of experiences, I can say with all honesty this was a fantastic experience! Sheri was great! She asked questions and listened to the answers. She provided excellent service. Put up with our multiple changes of heart and at the end of the day we left with a dress! Well, with a receipt and a dress on order :-). The salon had the small boutique feel, but with a much larger selection to choose from.

All i have to say is Impressions Bridal did not let me down. from walking into the store till i walked out. Staff is super friendly and Knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance to find my dream dress. Mariah accommodated my bridesmaid, mom, and I for our entire appointment. I will say she is an excellent consultant and took the time to listen in on what kind of dress I was looking for that made me feel my absolute best and confident in. The dresses she picked out were stunning and I felt torn on trying to pick until she pulled out the last dress that had a combination of everything I liked about the dresses I was shown. After trying it on, I fell in love with the last dress and it didn’t break my budget at all! Mariah is outstanding on finding my dream dress and veil! Two WEEKS before my wedding, I realized that that dress was not going to work, and we went to Impressions Bridal. I came into this beautiful boutique not know big what to expect at all and a little overwhelmed, but the lovely ms Chaudoin helped me every step of the way! Impressions Bridal was the first store I visited and I drove from an hour away. I didnt have an appointment but Charlsey helped me right away and helped me pick out a dress that was under my budget. I got lucky it was the first dress I tried on. She was the best help and it made my day so much easier especially since my wedding is just around the corner.

I SAID YES TO MY DRESS! My consultant Chaudoin was absolutely marvelous! I get stressed pretty easy with shopping in general. Looking for a wedding dress was even more stressful then I imagined. But Chaudoin made the process seamless and exciting! My little girl dream of finding my dress turned into reality! 10/10 recommend having her as a consultant at Impression Bridal!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience and it’s unfortunately still not over. My bridesmaids went in and ordered their dresses In June. We were quoted 12 weeks for normal delivery. They gave us the option for rush delivery which put us at 8 weeks. I paid for the rush for each dress. 8 weeks comes and no contact at all to us from impressions. I called 4 times before a manager finally got on the phone and told me the dresses were not here and not going to be here for yet another 4 weeks. They were not even going to call to provide us this update. Had we known it would take 12 weeks we would not have ordered the dresses. David’s Bridal quoted the 12 weeks to us and we went to impressions because they offered the rush shipping. David’s was half the price for much prettier dresses but we needed these done as quick as possible. They are offering $30 off alterations now when the dresses come in but my girls have their own seamstress who is obviously charging way less than impressions so the lousy $30 at this point is nothing for them. Dresses are well over $200 the $30 rush was paid by me just nothing done to compensate my girls or the fact that had we know it would take 12 weeks we would have never placed the order. Hailey the manager has tried to be sweet but at this point im stressed I have girls upset who were promised these dresses a week ago and hailey has a manager she’s constantly referring to that will never call me. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.!!! The number one reason im so upset is because of the lack of communication. 4 times I had to call besides each of the girls calling daily for them to give us a straight answer. David’s Bridal has dresses half the price and even nicer! The ONLY reason we didn’t do David’s was because they up front told us they could not do a rush order on the dresses we wanted. IMPRESSIONS has made these last 7 weeks before the wedding a nightmare.

Such a wonderful experience! I want to give a big shout out to my consultant, Chaudoin. She listened to all the things I was looking for in a bridal gown and she took it to the next level. She brought things that I definitely was looking for and some that she thought I would like. I ultimately chose a dress that I never thought would look good on my body. The shop was very accommodating. After purchasing my dress, I came back into the shop and tried on other dresses just to make sure it was the one. The consultants and seamstress were all very knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in my skin and my purchase. Thank you Impression Bridal!

Elise knows what she’s doing! This was an amazing experience and definitely will highly recommend to all my soon to be engaged friends. She was patient to make adjustments with pulling dresses, quiet when needed to let me soak in the dresses and even have time to walk away for me to have privacy with my family. I didn’t realize how overwhelming and stressful it is to try on dress after dress and being able to have a moment alone with your guests was appreciated. I love that Elise would distract me with questions about the groom, wedding and proposal to let me refocus on happy memories. It lifted my spirits when I felt defeated when a dress wouldn’t work out. Elise was very informative with customization options and truly grateful for a wonderful experience.

From the time I went into the building to the time I left, the service I received was excellent. I went in just to browse not knowing that they prefer for you to have an appointment, and within minutes they had someone available and ready to help me with what I was needing. Solymar was my stylist and she was phenomenal. I am very picky and I had a direct vision in my head of what I was looking for and considering I only wanted black, my options were very limited. Not only did she help me find my dream dress, she took her time to really understand what I was wanting and how to make sure I left with no doubts in my mind. I definitely recommend this place. They are very professional and they really pay attention to the little things to make your wedding day the best it can be.

My mom and I absolutely loved working with Solymar. She was very knowledgeable and was in tune with my likes and dislikes. I will be forever grateful to Elise and her manager Rachel for their effort, understanding and knowledge they provided when I visited Impression Bridal. I am from Austin and drove to San Antonio twice on separate weekends to be helped by Elise. I went to 4 local shops and then 3 in San Antonio and NOTHING beats the environment/vibe of this shop. It felt like such a lux experience (the lightning, private try on areas, robes provided) without the uppity snobs who decided what dress fit your body type instead of the dress you desire. Elise listened, grabbed a style I saw online and then made some suggestions. She was informative but never pushy or made me feel rushed. I was hooked on the last dress I tried that had everything on my Wish List (and more!) but it was Slightly over budget. I left that first visit thinking ok, thats the dress to beat however nothing did. I came crawling back to Elise hoping she can work her magic and find something under budget- and she did! A gorgeous alternative. Thats when Rachel came in and really helped create a custom dress in mind that would work under budget. She was fabulous and my best friend and I were having a good time envisioning her creation. However, I tried on The Dress once more and that spaghetti strap runner up dress couldnt even compare. EVERYONE knew it was THE ONE . There was nothing to adjust. It was unique and gorgeous and cry worthy (which I did) and I said Yes, ofcourse this is the one. I could literally wear a garbage bag over my head and still feel beautiful. I was told it was a newer design and honestly loved every intricate detail. They reassured me to pick a dress that was Me and both women agreed this was Extra but Me in the best way possible. I felt heard, seen and most importantly beautiful. Elise and Rachel worked their magic and I was able to get my dream dress within my budget- I was so relieved! THIS is the bridal shop you need to visit. They deserve your time and coin. I cannot wait to shock each of my wedding guests with this dress and its all thanks to Impression, Rachel and Elise.Also, best wishing on your wedding day Elise! I know youre gonna sparkle!

Went to Impressions bridal on a wimb after leaving David’s Bridal pretty let down. Thought why not stop in after a bad experience over there, AND LET ME TELL YOU!! They are so great but especially SOLYMAR, she is SO HELPFUL and sweet. I felt like we were legit friends after the visit. Not only did it change my mood but walked out with the perfect dress!! Solymar made the experience so easy and fun. Thank youuuu so much queen!!

The service here was absolutely amazing! I had Elise help me pick out my dress and she was the best! She made sure I was comfortable with all the styles she brought me, she listened to what I wanted and what was looking for in a dress. I loved that she even brought me dresses that actually fit or were close enough to my size so I can see how it would actually look on me! I said yes to the dress and I would definitely recommend this bridal store to anyone!

I went to San Antonio unplanned and I called 1.5 hour before closing to see if I needed an appointment. They gave me an appointment an hour before closing. Mrs. Charlsey sat down with me and we talked about the venue and what I wanted. She hit it on the head. The first dress “the big sparkle” won me over. I tried multiple but came back to the first one. I’m so thankful for Mrs. Charlsey!

I got married in 2018 and just never got around to reviewing... they were a light at the end of the tunnel for me. I was shopping for my August wedding in the spring time and because I looked so young a lot of stores assumed I was there for prom. Everyone kind of wrote me off as not serious or not someone they were willing to invest time into (looking at you Davids bridal)But the consultants here really made me feel listened to and cared for and even gently pushed me out of my comfort zone which I am so glad for. I told them I hated sequins but she showed me a dress with lace, mermaid style with TASTEFUL sequines and cried with me and my bridal party when it hit me it was the one. They worked with me to get the price to something I could afford and the dress was one of the highlights of my wedding day. I will cherish that dress forever.

This shop was amazing. Even though Id tried on at multiple other stores already, I still wasnt really 100% on any of the potential dresses I had in mind. I only had 1 detail that was a must-have. Mariah and Sherrie helped me out. I gave Mariah a couple of photos with a couple of shapes that Id liked so far, and some things I didnt like and she took it an RAN with it. I only tried on 3 dresses here because nothing beat the very first one I tried on. They were both knowledgeable, and answered every question I had with honesty and truly took a big weight and stress off my chest in helping me find the right one. I look forward to getting it altered to me and wearing this dress on my special day!

I went to two other bridal stores before going to Impression Bridal and I wish I would have just skipped them. Impression Bridal has some of the most gorgeous dresses. Shelby made my visit unique and connected with me instantly. She knew exactly what I wanted and tried her best to find it for me, which seemed to be a weak point for the other two stores. Before coming here, I tried on about 16 dresses and the first one I tried on at Impression was the one. Shelby was patient with me as I tried on two others just to confirm the first one was my dress and walked me through the whole purchasing process. I highly recommend this place to any soon-to-be bride.

My consultant was Mariah, I came in bummed about having to try on dresses because I’ve had such bad experiences these last few weeks trying dresses, and Mariah, she was just so sweet and attentive from the get go, she asked me how my previous endeavors had gone with dress shopping and I only had horror stories for her; she set her goal of getting me into something I loved and she got me into about 5 dresses before I broke down into tears because she had me in the dress that made me feel so beautiful, confident and like a real bride, even more than I could have imagined. Chaudoin was such an angel throughout the process of finding my perfect wedding dress! She was so patient and very much tried to envision my vision and my style. I went into David’s Bridal like any bride would do first to get an idea of what I wanted. I was super frustrated there and then headed across the street to impressions and found my dream dress the very same day. Shout out to Chaudoin for helping me say yes to the dress and for giving me the best ideas for add on pieces! Honestly, I knew I was going to find my dress here. My older sister found hers here as well as my best friend. I just know I’ll be back to find a bridemaids dress for the next wedding that I’m able to attend :) Not only was Chaudoin an amazing stylist, but the crew and management were so kind to my party! They have such helpful tips and made us feel super welcome. The GM was so kind and even took a minute to look at my dress and reassure me that it was going to look amazing. (I’m sure she was crazy busy) This crew is just the best!! You need to come here, I promise they will make you feel at home and they have the best selections of dresses here.

About 2 weeks ago I went to Impression Bridal to look for a wedding dress. I had such a professional and wonderful experience! I worked with a super sweet girl name Chaudoin. She was so helpful, so informative, and overall amazing! She made sure to ask about the plans for my special day, what styles I was leaning towards, and my BUDGET! (Not all places ask for this and I thinks its so important!) She pulled some beautiful dresses for me to try and a little over an hour in we found THE ONE!!! She went over how paying/receiving my dress works in detail and what to expect looking forward. She even checked in a week and half later to provide an update. I had an amazing experience here and with Chaudoin. If youre looking for a wedding dress this is the place to go!

Had the best experience shopping for our daughter’s wedding dress today at Impression Bridal. From the moment we walked in the store the staff was the most professional and courteous in the business. Our consultant, Charlsey Medina, was very attentive and helped select dresses that matched the wedding venue. Make sure to ask for Charlsey the absolute best!!

Did not have a good experience. Took my niece to try and find a prom dress and they were absolutely no help. When we walked in we weren’t greeted, i asked if they had a prom section, they do have a huge sign that says “PROM GIRL” out front, the lady quickly passed us off to someone else. When we were shown the prom selection the first thing she told me and my 18 yr old niece is “all the big dresses are gone.” My niece is a size 12 petite, she’s not “big” so we were very surprised by her statement. After her telling us that they probably couldn’t help us she suggested we “go to Macy’s.” I did tell her that we don’t shop there and told her thank you for her time. And really, thank you.... we went with a beautiful $1300 Marchesa dress from Neimans and had a WONDERFUL experience there!

Impressions Bridal was on top of things from the moment I booked my appointment! They sent personalized texts and asked for inspiration before the appointment so they could pull the right dresses. During the appointment, the customer service was amazing! My stylist, Chaudoin, sat down with me and really listened to what I wanted in a dress. She was very nice, patient, and made me feel comfortable during the entire appointment. I ended up finding a dress that I loved but it was my first visit to a bridal salon and I had another appointment at another bridal salon nearby. We ended up leaving and going to the other appointment and my experience there was so TERRIBLE I practically ran out of that store and drove back to Impressions. When I came back, Chaudoin was in another appointment but the store manager (I think that is her position), Sheri took me to a private room and let me try on my dress again! She knew all the tips to make me feel beautiful and confident in my choice. I instantly bought the dress! She stayed with me through the whole process of filling out paper work, trying on veils, etc. I am SO happy with my decision. I had such a great experience at Impressions. The entire staff is amazing and I have nothing but good things to say.

My first “impression,” was one of the worst and most awkward I’ve ever had at a dress shop. As soon as I step foot in the door there was about 4 in the front desk and instead of greeting me they look me up in down, some didn’t even acknowledge and I then had to awkwardly tell them what I was looking for. The man at the desk was so dismissive and when he asked what I was looking for he didn’t even listen or seem to care. Simply made me fill out a sheet and was very rude about it. Solymar was so nice to me and made me feel welcome, although they had nothing that fit me or was what I was looking for. If they would have listened to what I wanted they would have saved me time and effort of looking through the dresses they did have. Their jewelry is a complete rip-off for what they try to charge for it.

Mariah was absolutely amazing!Being a woman who has never dreamt of her wedding day and how it would look, was pretty overwhelming after learning the many choices I had to make. Especially concerning my dresses. I had already tried on quite a few dresses months and days before arriving to Impressions Bridal. It amazed me just how fast Mariah was able to find a dress that I fell in love with. I didnt want to take it off and tears rolled down and a smile of pure joy came to me as a similar quote and feeling of when you find the one you just know filled me. I truly appreciated the gift Mariah has. Her selflessness and ability to connect with you goes beyond any bridal experience Ive had. Thank you for putting your necklace on me to add that finishing touch in creating the vision I had in mind. Impression Bridal is such a fantastic place! I cannot say that enough. When I went to SA to go dress shopping, I didnt even have them on my list. I had some extra time between appointments and they let my family and I WALK IN ON A SATURDAY! Thats crazy! The whole staff was so welcoming. Thanks to Heather, I actually ended up getting my dress from them. Heather was SPECTACULAR. Before asking me about what kind of dress I was interested in, she asked questions about my fiance and I, which I thought was really nice (I was so nervous). She really set the tone when she brought out my dress options. All of her choices were beautiful! The first one I tried on was the one I ended up getting. I highly recommend going here. Heather and the rest of the staff will welcome you and help you find the dress. I promise your experience here will be worth it, even if you dont end up getting a dress with them.Good luck! :)

I went to try on dresses yesterday and I loved this place. The staff was amazing, very nice and friendly and attentive and had AMAZING style. The environment was clean and beautiful.

I gave myself a week to calm down before leaving this review. If you are planing on coming here for your wedding dress, read this before signing anything!I can’t believe I left my bridal appointment CRYING because of the way I was treated. My consultant and the store manager were both incredibly disrespectful towards me. They made me feel embarrassed in front of my mom and mother-in-law. I never expected a bridal appointment to leave me feeling so sad.I recently changed my mind on the first wedding dress I picked out at this store. I made sure to contact the store to cancel my dress before the deadline stated in my contract. They immediately gave me a lot of issues because they apparently ordered it a day early. Luckily, they were still able to cancel the original dress order, so I made a second appointment to keep looking for my dress. At the second dress appointment, I found two dresses I loved, so I told them I needed to sleep on it to decide. Well it wasn’t until then that they told me I had a deadline by when I had to order a new dress, which happened to be that very same day, January 31st! They NEVER told me I had a deadline by which I had to have a new dress ordered and it was NOT in the contract. The store manager insisted that it was stated in the contract. After I insisted that it wasn’t, she left the room very upset and hostile and stated she would go grab the contract to show me. We both read over the contract together and no where on the contract did it state that my new dress order had to be ordered by a certain time. The store manager even tried to say that it was “implied” by the wording in the contract that I had to order a new dress within 3 days of cancelling the first order. It obviously was not implied nor was it in the contract at all. The store manager then got angry, grabbed the contract out of my hands and crumbled it in her hands and stomped out of the room IN FRONT of my mom, mother-in-law, and maid of honor. I was shocked and just distraught at what had just happened. My consultant then tried to guilt me about the situation saying the store manager had already done so much for me. I couldn’t even answer. After changing out of dress, I couldn’t hold back my tears any longer. Shortly after this, the store manager comes back in and is apparently shocked that I was crying. I remember she clearly said, “Why are you crying? We hate to see our brides upset!” and tried to hug me. She knew she was the reason why I was crying. It is sad that she had such a different attitude just because I was crying. No one should have to cry before being treated with respect and professionalism. It wasn’t until after she saw tears that she made phone calls to “extend the deadline.” It was a very unpleasant experience that I wouldn’t wish on any bride.I’ve come here for event dresses in the past and thought it would be great to return for my wedding dress. I was even planning on bringing another family member here to find her wedding dress, but I was wrong. I felt pressured, rushed, and disrespected. I’ve given myself a week to calm down and think about the situation and I still deeply regret ever coming here.Edit: I was contacted by someone who was very nice and professional. I was able to get a refund.

Shelby was amazing! She knew exactly what type of dress to pick out for me, based on what i said I liked. The first dress was amazing, but the 4th was it. She combined all of the dress ideas, into one and found an amazing winner. I would highly suggest you ask for Shelby when you go here. You won’t be disappointed!

I went in today not knowing what I wanted or where to start. Solymar and Sherry went out of their way assisting me to find my style. I never thought Id find my dress so quickly.
