The dresses that fit my style and vision! Not only did I find my dress but other accessories that put the finishing touches on my dress. Liz at the front desk was very personable and willing to help with whatever questions we had regarding the purchases. The store is beautiful and the inventory is vast. This store will make any girl feel special.

This costumer service at this store its awful I tried to go few times and every time I called they said its closed like yesterday in their website said they were open and the lady told me it was closed, I was 5 min away from the store so I go back home and today I called before going there I was 10min away from the store and it was 5:13 and the lady told me it was closed but in their website said is open until 6 pm

I had written a review before receiving our order. All I can say is that I am greatly disappointed with this store and how they try to make more money off of their customers.My daughter needed a size 4 and they insisted she needed a 6 (all because of 1). They ordered it and the dress was huge!!! Of course they wanted for us to do the alterations there. I insisted in exchanging it to a 4 since THEY made the mistake and they said we would have to order a new one. Right, like we are throwing away another $450+ in the trash.So displeased!!! What a RIP off!!!

Wow. This is the place to go. They are amazing. From start to finish. I’m pretty clueless when it comes to anything fashion. And needed to rent my tux. They helped me with every part of my rental. They had so many great options! I got measured and had my selections made without any issues and they are fast! Highly recommended. They are great people too!

Tremendous selection of dresses! The staff have wonderful patience in assisting our niece with trying on several dresses and crowns for her up and coming quinceanera. The staff were very professional and caring. They even offer lay-a-way!

We went to our appointment with Maggie without any idea where to even start. We told her a little about my daughter (the Quinceanera) and within minutes she showed us the perfect dress. We had looked through the catalogs and actually overlooked this dress because the pictures in the catalog didn’t do it justice. When she first suggested my daughter try it on, we weren’t thrilled, but she did anyway. We are so glad she did! No other dress after that even came close. It was just perfect for her. We are so happy we came here and so thankful to Maggie and all the ladies there who were also very nice and helpful.

Prices are pretty good and there is quite a bit of selection to choose from. If we hadnt of asked so many specific questions about certain products then we may have left with nothing. The staff member that had helping us was ok but not super helpful as far as finding what we were needing. However cant really complain on the item that we purchased since the shipping time was only about a week.

I went to 7 different places looking for a dress for my Goddaughter. wish it wouldve been the the first store i wouldnt have waisted so much gas in my car. You cant go wrong buying here.

My momma needed a dress for our cousin’s wedding and us Mexicans can sure throw some over the top weddings! Lol! So we had gone to Macy’s, Dillard’s and JCPenny to find the perfect dress and nothing we liked for her. I searched online and came across this place; called and the lady who answered my call was so so nice and asked what my momma was looking for in a dress. I told her and she said, Yes bring her in and we can show her dresses of what she’s looking for. We go the next day and the 2 women working greeted us and I told them I called the day before and one of them said, Yes let’s take a look of what we have. The only downfall is that they didn’t have many dresses to try on in her size but one dress the woman pulled out from rack and asked if my momma had seen this one. I was in awe. It was a little bigger than her size but she tried it on and it was gorgeous!!! I just loved it! We sent pictures to my pops and he said yes get it! They took her measurements; called company and made sure they had in stock; they did and dress was shipped out that day in her size! It took exactly a week for dress to come in. We went to have her try on and the woman who does alterations was just as sweet! She did her thing and the following week dress was ready! We went to have her try on one more time and it was perfect! I was so so happy with their service and help! Super nice and just so extremely helpful. I totally recommend this amazing place and we are definitely going back for her dress she will need in January for a Gala.

Amazing service and the best selection out of all the dress stores we visited in San Antonio. Dont even waste your time comparing prices to different places. They definitely had the best deals and are very flexible with payment plans. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I dont usually do reviews but I love this dress shop, they have the most gorgeous quince dresses.We were frustrated after going to every single quince store in San Antonio and finding the same dresses. This store has very unique beautiful gowns.The ladies there were awesome. I highly recommend them.Thank you ladies!!!!

Great dress shop. Everyone is super friendly and has advice above and beyond just purchasing a gown.I bought my daughters quinceanera dress here. The owner and staff went above and beyond during her fitting. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs a quinceanera dress and dama dresses!

Even though the staff was friendly and they had a lot of selection their refund policy is unethical. I placed a deposit at 6pm on Thursday, an hour before they close. They told me they wouldnt be ordering the dress until the following Tuesday because thats when they place their dress orders. I called at 11:30am the next morning (Friday) to cancel the order and get a refund. Spoke to Mike and told him the situation, He told me he would call me back. About an hour later I received a call from Mike and said they couldnt refund my deposit because the order was already placed. He said you signed a contract so no refunds. I said that doesnt make it right. It hadnt been a full 24 hours and I was told the dress wouldnt be ordered until Tuesday. I dont see why it is so hard to just refund me my deposit.

We went to a lot of stores shopping for my daughters prom dress. I should have started here first as we had purchased a Quinceanera dress before. They have the best selection, with the most unique styles and the staff was so accommodating as she tried on a lot of dresses until she found the perfect one. Thank you!!

Great service here and great selection great prices

I came back in July to look at dresses, my daughter loved one and we inquired about price. We were given a price then and today when we show up for fitting they are giving us higher price on it. What a rip off may I say! This is not qualitity customer service.....you would assume cause the dress its getting older prices would go down instead . Or are they just making praces up??? If you shop around please write prices down some places are just not honest with what they give you. Poor customer service.....very disappointed!

We live in Del Rio so we googled quinceanera dresses in San Antonio this the first place on the list so we called even though you need an appointment she said we could come in and look, I am soooo happy we did!! we walked and Laura greeted us ... she was AMAZING, & HELPFUL. my daughter is very tiny so it is hard to find her size but long story short we found a dress she loved that was only slightly big, they will alter....the whole experience was like 30 minutes!!! we were so happy with their service! I highly reccomend this place!!!!! Thank you for making our search a speedy and wonderful one!! God bless yall

There was a very small selection. The two ladies were more eager to get us out the store than they were to make a sell. So we left with our money in pocket!
