I used BB to get dresses for my bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and myself. They provided us with many options to choose from and helped to find other dresses when our original list didnt quite work out. Their dress selection is great as well. Working with them made it easy to personalize each dress for my wedding party.

WOW. What an incredible customer experience. Im a bridesmaid [living in San Francisco] in a bridal party mostly based in the New York area, so trying on dresses collectively wasnt really an option. Bellas amazing crew in West Hartford and SF were beyond amazing - they coordinated dresses for me to try on remotely (amidst a global pandemic), safely, and quickly. The highlight of my experience: they are generally delightful, empathetic, and kind humans through some admittedly challenging logistical hurdles. Thanks Bella crew!!

Bella Bridesmaid SF was so easy to work with. The Bella team was very responsive over email, was very professional in my in-person visits, and their online ordering platform was easy to use. As a national franchise, Bella had great coverage near almost all my bridesmaids, who were spread out through the country, making it easy for them to get fitted.Finally, Bella offers a great selection. I was looking for slightly unconventional styles (cocktail length, bright colors, structured fabric) and chose female-founded company Lula Kate. The dresses were gorgeous and well priced for their high quality – I was super tempted to order one for myself for future cocktail parties!

I visited this showroom twice and one Bella showroom and Houston, Tx and the girls at Bella SF were AMAZING. My second visit, I went alone and was determined to FINALLY nail down bridesmaid dresses as before I could not decide. The girls in the showroom were so honest and helpful it made the experience so much better for me. They gave truthful opinions of the dresses I picked while keeping in mind how my dress looked so they didnt look to similar. Cant say enough good things about how helpful the girls were. Also brides, they have a great selection of options that I was able to wear for my engagement party and engagement pictures. I can’t wait to see our vision come together on my wedding day.

Came here for a custom fitting for a bridesmaid dress. Had an appointment. The service was excellent and friendly. Very attentive, efficient, pleasant experience. My dress was already pulled and fitting room already ready, before I even got there.Overall a great experience! And cutely located on Union in a little nook.

Wonderful experience as an indecisive bride coming in here 3 times before making a final selection. I worked with almost all the girls here at different points, and they were all so kind and helpful.

Pros: In general, this place was great. It was incredibly helpful that Bella Bridesmaids has multiple locations across America. I live in Asheville, North Carolina and my bridal party lives in San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA. Having multiple shops that we could all visit for try-ons and to see dress colors in person was very helpful. Even though the dresses are a little pricey, we were all very happy with the fit and colors of the dresses. The shop staff at the San Francisco location was very helpful on the phone.Con: The only problem that I had was that they double charged me for a dress and then refunded me without telling me. Planning a wedding has some stressful components and I was grateful for Bella Bridesmaids until I saw the refund charge on my credit card. I did not know that they had kept an original charge and the dress was still being ordered. I saw this charge on my account at 9:00PM EST Sunday and I couldnt contact them until 11:00AM PST Monday. I really wished they had contacted me to let me know of their mistake and that my bridesmaid still had a dress ordered.

Called 1hr beforehand and the staff was able to squeeze me in. They were great!

I did not have a good experience with Bella Bridesmaid SF because they would not schedule a weekend appointment for me, even though I was willing to book one that would work with their availability.My Maid of Honor lives in San Francisco and I wanted her to try on and pick dresses at the same time as the rest of the bridal party in Minnesota. It would work for us to do this on a weekend, but not during the week day since my friend would have to leave work by 3:30pm PT at the latest in order to make the last appointment of the day on MN time ( 4pm PT/ 6pm CT).They would not accommodate this request or fit her in for any length of time on a Saturday. I asked for a shorter appointment and they would not do it. They also do not have any online scheduling system, as Annick pointed out, so I couldnt go through that route.One of the main reasons I picked Bella was because they had stores in multiple locations. However, if they literally wont let my Maid of Honor come in for even a short time on the weekend because SF is not the home store then I dont see how theyre different from any other shop.There are bridesmaid retailers who have many more dresses in stock than Bella and I plan to work with them going forward.

We walked in to ask a couple questions and the employees were super rude. Apparently its by appointment only so beware if you walk in off the street.
