Honestly a very frustrating experience. They did a poor job and took two days for an oil change! I called in the day before at about noon seeing if I could get an oil change. The guy said I could come in at 9am and they confirmed the appointment. That morning I got there the lady seemed confused but knew I was there for a oil change so it didnt seem scheduled rather someone just left a note. I asked them if theyd be able to do it and they said yes. I left my keys and heard nothing for 6 hours before I went to work. I called and they said theyd do it between 4-5pm, 7 hours after I dropped it off. I called back at 5:10pm and they said itd be done 30 mins before close! And asked me to pick it before 6pm! The next day the oil drain plug was not tightened and there was leaking oil down my transmission because they did not clean up their mess. I also asked them for an inspection under the front of my car and they said nothing about it. When I took it to another place they also immediately told me my ball joints and outer tie-rod ends were blown which they can easily see when they cleaned out my oil. I waited 9hrs and overnight for a messy oil change and they said the owner worked on my car!

Weve been bringing both of our cars here for over three years and have always had a positive experience at Auto Service Experts! More so today, I called yesterday and specialist was able to squeeze me in this morning and my car was serviced within an hour despite the fact that they were short staffed! If you know this place, you know its a hive of activity, so being crammed in and taken care of so quickly was incredible! Owner was both pleasant and professional! Always great and reasonable prices. I cant recommend it enough!

I had my 93 F-150 at another shop for almost 4 months and $7k later my truck was still not running properly. I brought it in to Auto Service Experts, it took Carlos 1 day to figure things out and got my truck running as it should, and all it cost me was a diagnostic fee. Outstanding Job Carlos and brother. Im a disabled vet and full time college student. My car was running poorly and after I couldnt troubleshoot it myself I searched and found Auto Service Experts to be arguably the best in town. After Carlos diagnosed my car I learned the 3rd cylinder failed and I needed to replace the engine. Carlos, Lina, and Mario were instrumental in working within my budget and getting my car back on the road. Definitely recommend. Ill use them again if/when needed.

So glad I paid the diagnostic fee, but I needed techs that actually knew what they were doing instead of trying to cut corners-something I couldnt afford. I had a windshield wiper problem where the wipers were getting stuck and wiped inconsistently. I brought it to two shops and they blamed it on the motor and loose arm attachment. Carlos diagnosed it fast and correctly and fixed it fast where the issue was a arm attachment calibration, wiper, and sensor issue. He was also very customer service oriented. I will be going back go these guys for any future car issues.

When I picked up my car (I had the A/C system recharged), the owner, Carlos Rodriguez, told me about a vacuum leak the engine was suffering from, due to a faulty repair I made when joining two dissimilar plastic pipes together with electrical tape. The high under-hood temperatures melted the electrical tape, causing the vacuum leak. When I explained to Carlos what I had done to my car, Carlos then proceeded to correct my faulty repair on the spot, right in the parking lot, at no expense to me. The care and concern displayed by Carlos went above and beyond the initial repair I originally sought. Should I ever need any A/C work done on my cars, then I will entrust that work to Auto Service Experts. I received a high quality repair with a concierge-level level of customer service. I dont write 5 star reviews often so when I do, its well-deserved. Id taken my car into the dealership for multiple (and costly!) warranty repairs trying to fix a cylinder misfire issue, never with any success. The car finally out of warranty, I resolved to fix the issue one more time before giving up and selling the car. After discussing my problem at length their receptionist named Lena, she was able to guess exactly which car I had! When that happened, I knew Id reached out to the right place. Then I met the owner Carlos and was no less impressed with the level of professionalism of the shop. Turns out it was the carbon buildup on the intake valves of my car... after a cleaning procedure removing the buildup (Carlos took pictures before and after) the check engine light has stayed off! I went to have some work done on a 2001 Chrysler 300 S. A/C wasnt working and they had made a repair to my car previously in which they were professional, quick and courteous. This last time I went I asked for a quote after the service writer tried to sell me a part within the A/C system that did under no circumstances need to be replaced. After that, I ask for a quote and they give me a piece of paper with the quoted price on it. I ask for an itemized quote and I get a flat amount for the labor and a flat amount for the parts. This is the kind of stuff that shops who rip off customers pull. The least amount of transparency possible to get you in as a customer. Do not patronize this establishment unless you have money to blow because youre guaranteed they will take it from you, whether the vehicle needs it or not.

Went in and got a quote for my A/C in my Kia. Originally the quote was for a bit over 12 hundred. Seemed high but I was going to go with it. I needed a couple weeks to get it done, they said no problem just call before so we can order parts. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I called back to get things rolling. They inform me that they lost my previous quote. Few hours later they call back and give me a quote for almost 15 hundred! I decided that if I was going to pay that much I might as well go to the dealership anyway. Car A/C is now fixed and I paid under a grand from a DEALERSHIP!

ASE did a great job for me! My Toyota had a severe oil leak which left a trail of oil everywhere I drove. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve gone to. Lena is very polite and courteous and the mechanics are very quick and efficient. It was a headache and half dealing with my insurance but the people here definitely helped take pressure off. 10/10 will return.

My rav4 had 2 a/c issues. They replaced the the vent actuator, but they said they could not find the freon leak. They had the vehicle from Tuesday to Friday. My husband, who is hard of hearing, lifted the hood and could hear the leak on the high side ac line. I paid over a 100 dollars for a leak detection test. I would not recommend them.

Called to get my ac checked out and they said I could bring in my car any day before 2. It would take 2 hours to get it checked. When I decided to bring it in they told me I would have to drop it off and that they would have a diagnostic by 2pm (4hours later). Lady at the front desk seems like she hates her job and rude.

I took my car in for problems with my A/C. They told me it was my compressor and condenser that needed to be replaced & it was going to cost me $1,400. I ended up checking with my dealership for warranty on my car and I ended up having warranty on my car. Took it to the dealership just to find out it was just an ECV valve which was a lot cheaper. So either they were trying to screw me over a lot of money or they were incompetent with figuring out what was wrong with my car.

I have been dealing with this shop for 10 years. It is the only place I take all of my cars. Carlos is second to none in diagnosing cars and getting the job done right the first time. I will never take my cars anywhere else. I have nothing but positive things to say about this family owned and operated shop.

I just moved to texas from Florida about a month ago. Found ASE from my Google search. I am very happy I found them. I thought my car had a leak. Came in with my 3 young children where I was offered a ride home while they diagnose my car. I waited three hours the most, if that. No leak. Nothing wrong. Plus they waved my fee. I have never been to a mechanic shop that will go the distance to ensure everything is okay and not charge you an arm and a leg. There was a great atmosphere in the waiting area. Receptionist is very sweet and professional. These guys are great at what they do. If you know nothing about cars just ask and they will school you in the easiest way for you to understand. I had an electrical issue and took my Cadillac to another shop. Although the mechanic had my car for nearly three weeks, he could fix the problem. I read some reviews about this shop and decided to call them. I spoke with Carlos (The Owner) and he seamed to have the knowledge necessary so though I was anxious about spending more money I went ahead and had them attempt the repair. I dropped off the car and Carlos gave me a ride home. During the ride I asked him more questions about his experience and that of his mechanics. His answers made me feel much better about leaving my car with him.If there is any complaint I would have, it would be that I asked for daily updates but had to call in myself.The bottom line is, I wont recommend anyone unless I feel they sincerely deserve it and in this case they truly do!Carlos if you are reading this, Thank You for being an honest Man! and thank you for doing such a good job on my car!

I had heard about this place from my brother in law. He raved about them.My mothers car is old and needed repairs, but due to the age the car it could have been several problems. Typically Im a DIYer when it comes to car repairs but my Mother needed a vehicle fast and so I brought it up to this shop. I walked in the door and was greeted by a complete professional. After a quick form and chat about the vehicle, we were to be notified by the end of the day of the possible vehicle issues. I was happy with my visit here to auto service experts. They diagnose my AC very quickly and replaced it even faster than I expected. When I picked it up and drove it it wasn’t cooling properly so I took it back to the shop and they found an electrical issue and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Ever since the ACs been blowing cold and I even have a two year guarantee on it and couldn’t be more happy.

I took my car to a national chain shop 3 times for the same code. 3 times. Those bozos couldnt figure it out and kept charging me diag fees each time. Techs kept private notes, so of course the next guy had no clue what had been done.Wife finally klonked me on the head and said to look elsewhere.I took the car to Carlos and his team, and they quickly figured out it was my catalytic converted had failed. They used an IR thermometer, which apparently was beyond the abilities of the techs at the national chain.The repair wasnt cheap, nor did I expect it to be. They delivered a first time fix without a fuss.Im giving Auto Service Experts 5 stars, for their fast service, honest pricing, thorough work, and explaining the issues found in easy to understand terms without talking down to me. Whats more, a few weeks later I got a text from Auto Service Experts following up to make sure everything was still good!TL;DR: Dont go to a national chain auto shop if you care about your car, take it to Carlos. Because its clear he and his team care just as much.

This shop is great. The got me in and out fast and they didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. I am new to the area and was referred here by a friend and im glad I gave them a try. I will definitely use them again.
