Staff at this store were very helpful and polite. First, I was greeted upon entry which automatically sets the tone right away. With that said, I was able to find a particular product (Freetress Clean Therapy) that I wasn’t able to find on my side of town. When I went to checkout at the register, the very nice gentleman behind the counter also signed me up for their rewards system. Huge selection and great prices. Will definitely return!

I literally just bought 3 bags of hair from this place 4 hrs ago . A frequent shopper at that, I ended up not using the hair . but I was refused a refund for the bags of hair due to COVID . Like I was just in the store. What’s the difference of somebody coming in and touching the bags of hair hand after the hand TOUCHING THE MERCHANDISE .I could under stand if it was days later or even clothes . If it’s closed packages hair same day return . I should have been provided a refund . I can exchange my other things that’s mailed. I will not be returning .

Arrived at the store at least 3 to 2 mins b4 closing and to my surprise they were still open! China was there to greet...she was very pleasant and ready to assist(even tho I came in just minutes b4 closing). The store was very clean and it has a lot of varieties of different products. I was able to find what I was looking for (after I went to plenty of stores...thank God...I was tired of running around 😫). Jimmy took care of me at the cash register. He was also pleasant AND on top of that he made sure I was taking care of!!! Thanks for the wonderful service...I will be back!

I recent came back to buy a wig that was on budget, human hair wig, with ocean waves but after a week or two it started acting a like a synthetic wig. Im not sure if it was labeled wrong or something but Ill buy another wig but carefully.

They have knowledgeable staff and I can not stress how important this is to me when shopping in a beauty store. I love talking to employees that know the products their store is selling. Don’t visit this store if you’re an African-American, dressed for a cool weather brisk walk!!I frequently visit Hair City and drop, at least, $75 - $100 per month. Their products are reasonably priced, and the staff is usually very friendly.However, not today.As I mentioned, I was dressed in layers during my walk, but decided to stop by for setting lotion.Bad choice!Within minutes, I was “harassed” by two different young females, who repeatedly asked within a few minutes of each other....,“Uh, Ma’am, can I help you?” Even after I said, “No thank you.” I heard another asked, “Can I help you find something?” “Ma’am, Ma’am....”One female even had the audacity to wave her hand in front of my face as I turned away from her - heading to speak with management about the offensive stereotypical approach I was encountering - just because.The owner took one look at me, and turned back to doing whatever - unapologetically.If you want to be treated as a Respectably Valued Prime Customer, while wearing sweats and a baseball cap - Go Someplace Else!

This is my favorite place. It’s my second home! You can literally find everything You need in one store from hair products to toe products they have it all!

The cop seeking people out in the store asking them if they have been helped (2 or 3 times) is not a good look for them. If I wanted help I would have asked for it. Normally its an ok experience but this last time they watched us like we were up to something.

This was my first time in the store, being that I live on the other side of town out by seaworld. I went into the store between 9 -10am, after getting my hair done. I had several items in my hand. The guy at the register ask was there anything he could help me with because they were about to close in 20 minutes. I didnt pay to much attention to it but thought it was rather odd. I will probably not visit this store again

When I walked in i was welcomed to many hellos it felt very warm. All the employees were very nice they all asked if i needed anything as well. I love their music selection, they play everything from old school to gospel i love their music. They have such a braud selection when it comes to their wigs and hair. They even carry a good selection on brazilian hair. Their hair is priced well too, compared to other i would go to hair city first. Between the friendly faces to the well priced hair I just love it. And no im not just saying this i know from experience. It just a great place to buy hair, get eyelashes installed,order wigs etc. Just go one day and youll see the great service ! :)

These people lie and they lie big time. They charge you for EVERYTHING little thing like a wig cap and they never have 1B in stock. They say you have to tell the people that work there to order it and they will.
