I needed some body work done and I dropped off my 2021 Lexus with John. My car was repaired and ready a lot sooner than expected.The workmanship is excellent, you cant see where the damage was. I didnt know how it would look due to the three stage paint. John was very friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He made the process very easy. I highly recommend Service King and John

Service King went above and beyond to repair my BMW. My 1 year old car was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and now it looks as good as new.They paid attention to every detail, like installing the taillight with the original BMW decal. In addition to fixing the damages, they detailed the interior, washed the exterior, drove my car to my house, and returned my rental vehicle!I’ve had great service in the past from other places, but this business by far exceeded my expectations. Sent my car here for hail damage repair. Took them 7.5 weeks to complete. When I went to pick up my car there was a 2-in gash on the side of the passenger-side front door that went deep. I couldnt believe my car was finally ready just to discover body damage inflicted by the shop. The manger offered to take $100 off of my $500 deductible for the inconvenience of not being able to pick up my car when I went there the first time and having to leave it with them for 4 more days. When I finally got my car back I immediately noticed very loud wind noise coming from the passenger side windshield (or window), even when going as slow as 35mph. It was NOT like this before I took my car to them. When I called the shop reporting this issue, they told me I had to pick up the manager and take her on a test ride to replicate the noise. During the ride the manager told me “all cars have wind noise”. I found the remark condescending, as I’ve been driving for over 30 years and know this. The issue was the loud and constant wind noise sound was a new occurrence happening only after I picked up my car from Service King. Of course, they denied having anything to do with it, so now I have to spend more money resolving this issue. I will never take my car there again.

Body and paint work done as a result of the recent hailstorm. Service King kept me in-formed about each detail and time allotment. Although I believe the total shop time was past my expectations, they were accurate and honest about each part of the car being repaired and painted. Their quality was represented in the paint finish, which I had the biggest reluctance in believing there would be a direct match from side to side of the car But, after having it back for 10 days, it looks very good, so far.

I ended up going to a different company because I couldnt even get past the initial lady on the phone. The phone disconnected and she never called back so I felt it was for a reason. Glad I dim caliber was so much smoother and I felt they cared about me.

Service King was great! They helped me connect with my rental car, kept me up to date on my repairs, and even let me come in on a Saturday to pick up my car when it was done. I will definitely recommend them to my friends! Hopefully I won’t need to come back but if I do I will be happy to know they will take great care of me!

Quality of work not the best. Tailgate doesn’t really fit right and they left bolts on bumper and box loose. Noticed bumper starting to fall off about a week after repair. Reset and tightened myself. Then found bolts holding the box onto the frame loose. Have to slam the tailgate to get it to latch on the right side. Past that no issues but didn’t expect to have to redo their work myself.

Service King Collision fixed my car that it looks as a brand new car. The technitians did an excellent, wonderful and professional job.

Horrible they kept my car for over a month and have already brought it back because parts were falling off. Also had to bring it back because they didnt put tire sensors on claiming they didnt know they were missing. What a crock. You dont see the TPM sensor light on. Didnt you run it through diagnostic testing? Dont take your car to these crooks and liars. Im sitting in their office now waiting for my sensors to be put on. Theyve had my car 6 hours for 2 tire sensors. Give me a damn break.

I used Service King after my vehicle was recently damaged in a hit and run. From day 1, they kept me up to date on all my repairs, any delays, and answered all my questions patiently no matter HOW many times I called. Huge shout out to this location, especially Claudia for taking care of me and my truck. Hopefully I dont ever have to, but would DEFINITELY use them again!

Had a good experience here. We had to wait awhile for an appointment after the huge hail storm in April 2016, but this is one of the places the BMW dealership recommended. It took around 4 weeks to repair major damage, but their work was excellent and customer service (Marge) was top notch.

I took my vehicle to the Service King off of Broadway to repair the rear bumper of my car. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in, they took photos of the damage, and I had an estimate within 20 minutes. The job was done in less than a week and they even sent me updates on what stage of repair they were at along the way. I highly recommend this location and company. Their service was outstanding.

I had a black n white leather Dooney & Bourke change purse in the arm rest compartment n its not there anymore n I had a small bag of tools in the trunk n the bag was wide open, they make u sign a wavier for anything that is missing or lost items. I told the girl there n she said that its nothing like this has ever happened. Then y do they make u sign that paper!!!!!

I brought my car to Service King for body damage repair after a minor accident. The service was good and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was updated on every step of the repair. The entire cost was covered by insurance so I cant review the cost value, but for the right price I will be happy to bring my car back there for any future service needs.

Bailen was great to work with. My truck was in a pretty bad accident. The first representative I got was at a different location and was terrible. Luckily they transferred my vehicle to the Broadway location with Bailen. He called me regularly about the status of my vehicle. When I had to go back for additional repairs he was very helpful! He picked up my truck from my job and dropped it off. I will keep coming back to service king because of the service I received from Bailen.

Did a horrible job on my wife’s sienna 3 yrs ago under USAA claim; had to stay on them constantly and they almost refused to fix a poor bubbled paint job they did on the kick plate under the sliding door and didn’t get the rolling minivan door on it’s track properly and had to go back for it too. Avoid, much better options even just down the street south of them.

This place couldnt be more mis-named. Our repair was rescheduled, Margie did not respond to 2 voicemail messages and an email message. We showed up, were told to wait, 30 minutes later we were told we missed our appointment and would have to reschedule because they had other customers to attend to! Other than the poor woman behind the counter, who was very nice, we were treated like we were the problem! Well be going to Caliber. Dont waste your time at Service Gnome, they cant spell service. Gave one star because zero wasnt an option.

I would recommend this location- they were very helpful and coordinated with Enterprise for the rental car for me. Repairs took a week and I got text updates the whole time so I didnt have to wonder. Didnt price gouge on parts like some shops try to get away with, and they even straightened out my license plate that was crumpled in the accident so I didnt have to stand in line at the DMV to get a new one. Car was washed & tires were shined when I picked it up which shows they have respect for your car/investment.

This place is hit or miss. Ive taken a car here before and had excellent fast quality service. Ive taken another car here and got poor service that took an extremely long time.

I had my wifes car repaired here and it was a great experience. I received txt message updates as our car was being repaired. The service was excellent.

Nothing but excuses. They were late getting my truck finished, and only offered excuses. They were waiting on some trim pieces, and I got tired of waiting and picked up my truck anyway. They claimed they would have someone call me when the trim came in and come install it, but I am still waiting. I am sure since I paid already they dont care anymore. Go somewhere else, most of these positive reviews were written by their staff.

If i had an option to put no star, i would. I bring in my sentra to get the door replaced (JUST A DOOR) because a truck bumped my parked car causing my door not to open and the window wont go down. Well i drop off my vehicle at 8:30 am on JUNE 29, 2017 at this SK on broadway. I chose the earliest time so that my vehicle could get fixed and repaired earlier. Well the machine notifies me through text that my vehicle wont be ready till July 7, 2017. I decide to give them a call on july 6 th. I speak with the mechanic after his lunch break, and he tells me they are still waiting on the door, they they havent received a new shipment of my door. Mean while im getting texts from their machine saying that my vehicle is 60% done. Lies because it hasnt had any work done to it because they are still waiting on the door. How come the mechanic couldnt notify me about this, instead of having me under the influence that my vehicle is getting ready??! So Serafin Gonzalez (the mechanic) tells me were pushing the date to the 10th of july, it should be ready. I told him ok you let me know soon as that door comes, you give me a call. He never called me, i had to call him the next day friday july 7 and he tells me oh yea the door is here it came. Your vehicle is being painted and buffed. it will be ready on jul 10th once a technician installs the parts inside your door on monday july 10 because saturday they dont have techinicians working. I give them another call on jul 10 and i find out that Serafin Gonzalez, is on vacation so another guy is taking over and Chris (the guy taking over) tells me Your vehicle is being painted right now, its in body shop. I told him No chris, Serafin told me that it was ALREADY being painted on july 8th friday, the ready date is today july 10 today. The vehicle should be ready for me to pick up. Chris tells me that they will need to push the date further back for tomorrow. By now im upset. My patience has finished. Serafin Gonzalez lied to me, his customer, i trusted my vehicle would be getting fixed, not neglected and giving idiotic excuses and lies. Serafin lied to me about my vehicle getting painted on friday because it was not. I have brought three other vehicles at this location in the past three years and have never experienced problems like this until now. I told them Im being given the run around and lied to. I missed my work because you guys pushed the date and now your pushing the date AGAIN? No sir, I dont have a vehicle and i need my vehicle because I do have work. And i no longer trust Service king. Dont bother coming here, they will lie to you to cover their ass. They arent who the used to be.

They didnt match the paint I had on my car

Poor poor poor customer service when I walked in no one was there at the initial front desk only at the computers and stuff and nobody acknowledged the fact that I had walked into the building, nobody asked me if I needed help I kind of walked around like an idiot trying to get somebody to say something to me and figure out who was supposed to help me everyone looked at me like I was Dumb and then when I finally did get to speak to someone none of what they were saying was accurate with what I have been told previous to coming in and then on top of that they basically acted as though my problem wasnt important enough for them to want to take on, and also implied that no one else would take my vehicle in. For a driver who experienced an accident that was not his fault and is now in need of the repairs its very unsettling to walk into a business like this that basically treats potential customers like crap before they even get service.

Watch how your vehicle is painted. Mine was cloudy, I made them do it again.

My new car was taken in for front end repair, and was returned with new scratches. After pointing this out I received attitude from a female employee who suggested I not drive it through so many automatic car washes. I am very compulsive and only allow the car to b hand washed by myself or a detail facility.

Given the poor attitude of the female employees working in the office, I wouldnt trust these folks to work on my vehicle. I would expect the same crappy attitude in the event the work were to come out unsatisfactory, and lifes too short to deal with people like this! Moving on...

I arrived and I felt like a burden almost to be seen by someone to give me an estimate on my damages.
