Getting into a fender bender is never fun and coming from a person who babies there car, I’m very glad I took it to Majors.They came highly recommended by my dealership Gillman subaru. The owner, a really nice guy by the way, made everything easy and the turnaround time was almost non-existent. They handled all the details with the adjuster. The paintwork looks fantastic. They even cleaned out my car, a complete bonus of their service.Would definitely pick this place over any major service like “service king” or “caliber collision”. They always answer their phone if you want updates and always kept me in the loop. Just all around better service.
Had the front end of my recently purchased vehicle completely wrecked in a hitnrun at like 1:30 in the morning. The police were knocking at my door telling me my car got slammed into at 1:45... I was so mad!These folks took my car and were able to fix it to almost as good as new! Im waiting for a day off just so I can go pick up the last piece that was on backorder and has since shown up...I am so grateful to these guys! I hadnt even made the 2nd payment on it yet when it was smashed into. And I thought I was going to be upset with the work they did. I was apprehensive because I did not pick them, my insurance sent it to the dealership and they sent to Majors. They were very communicative, incredibly patient and friendly!I was pleasantly surprised; like a kid on Xmas!Thank you guys so much
A guy named John at this shop didnt properly install the kit and it ripped it off while he was driving last week. His entire rear diffuser is destroyed. Got slammed by a 40+mph wind gust. Rear diffuser and quarter panel ripped off and got stuck under his tire and sent his car skidding. The person is refusing to pay for repairs and fixing it.
John is amazing and I compliment his customer service acumen. Any car problems that ever arise for me this is my spot. If he cant fix I know he wont steer me wrong in the referral. Thanks for making my life in Texas smooth.
I had had my Nissan Rogue repaired, My Honda Accord, both wrecks not my fault. My sister just had her Honda CRV repaired. In these three experiences, very Professional, Timely, and Great bodywork, paint, and detailing was done.Great Job!!
Being from out of state and finding my car in need of bodywork, I might well have been at a disadvantage. Mr. Majors was entirely fair in his quote for repairs as well as for a major detailing undertaking on a vehicle that had been used for a lot of dog transport and had not been cleaned for 0ver 2 years. I was amazed at the quantity and quality of work completed - in a timely manner and entirely within the scope of the estimate. Were I to live here, Majors would be my go-to place for repairs and detailing. I would certainly recommend the firm to any locals in need of such services. Incidentally, everyone was pleasant and courteous - a pleasure to deal with!

OMG this place was amazing. I was in a hit and run and had a hard time with the person who hit me insurance, but when I took my car here and drooped it off they took over and I did not have to worry about anything. This is the place to go
This is the only shop I will let touch my vehicle when it comes to body work! A+ customer service, superb work. There was no sign I was in an accident! If your needing repair from an accident, or have a classic you are restoring, I highly recommend visiting these guys!

Worse service please I don’t prefer this place I went there to fix my car and they took more than 2 weeks for just open bumper and take pictures and send to my insurance company I was keep calling every single day to request please can you do work on my car and they said we r busy and sometimes they don’t even pick phone bad customer service and finally my insurance company totaled my car and I buyback from insurance company and then I went to this shop and they charge me 800$ for just nothing they charge me labor 300$ for open bumper take pictures and put it back and 400$ parking charge after I paid 800$ they gave me car as it is I gave him and they keep charging everyday 40$ parking charge it’s so weird I would say don’t do it here
Took my 2014 Ford Mustang there to get a performance exhaust and a spoiler put on. They were able to complete the work very quickly and expertly, they will always be my first choice if I ever need work done on my or my wifes car.

This place did good work but their organization and customer service was not good. Their ability to work with a schedule was lacking. It took almost 40 days to do some body work. If they had a system that kept my rental car time to a minimum is needed. They could schedule my car, call me when they are really ready for the car and I drop it off. Instead they had it sitting for weeks causing me to rent a car for 40 days instead of a week or two.
From the friendly staff, to the addressing of every need (if you ask nicely, of course), this shop went above and beyond to fix my vehicle after being hit by an uninsured motorist. Even after getting my vehicle back from repair, I heard a noice I hadnt heard before, and the owner of the shop was on his back underneath my vehicle in the front parking lot addressing it before I left. The owner even provided me transportation to work when they needed to install a backordered part that came in a few days after I got my vehicle back. I highly recommend Majors!

In April of 2016 my 2015 Mazda had been damaged in a hail storm. After calling around to multiple shops I was able to finally find an available appointment from a shop at its earliest, on October 18th 2016 at Majors Body and Paint. That day a supplement was written, and I was told to bring my car... back the following monday (October 24th) for an adjuster from Geico to come by and for repairs to be started. I began calling for status updates on October 26th. Each time I called the phone was answered by Juan. And for a week straight I was told that the adjuster had arrived and that they were waiting on the paperwork to be finalized before beginning repairs. In the beginning I was very understanding and patient since this was the first time I had ever had to deal with an insurance claim and repairs. I called multiple times for the next week, this time, Juan, had given me very vague details about the status of my car and told me that an additional supplement would need to be filed. Finally, on the 10th of November, I had called and was told by Juan that the shop had finally received the proper paperwork and would begin repairs the next morning. After speaking with Juan, I called Geico to confirm that everything was completed that was necessary to begin repairs. It was at this time that I was told that the only supplement in the system was the supplement that was filed on the 18th of October and that it had been canceled since my car was not in the shop when the adjuster came by. First thing the following morning (November 11th) I walked into the shop to ensure that repairs would not be started and had intentions to get my car back as I was 9 months pregnant (Due the beginning of December) and could not afford the rental car once my insurance had stopped paying (30 days of coverage). It was at this time that I spoke with Jr. I expressed my frustrations and concerns and he seemed genuine when apologizing for the inconvenience and stated that my car would be placed as a high priority and that they would help me if repairs extended past the 30 days by deducting the out of pocket rental cost by taking it out of my deductible of $500. I was then again apologized to and was promised that it would not take another 3 weeks to complete. I again called everyday for status updates and was pleased that the supplement had been accepted and repairs were started. After approx. 4 days of calling I was told that the rest of the repairs were waiting on a hood as they had ordered the wrong one and that proper one was on back order. I continued to call everyday and was told that they were still waiting on the hood to arrive. I went into labor on December 4th and didnt call for an update until December 6th. I was told that my car was currently in paint and would be put through reassembly and details and would be done by the end of the week, or monday at the latest. That monday I called the shop and was told that my car was IN LINE to be painted, and SHOULD be done by the end of the next week. When I finally picked up my car they told me that they couldnt get my back hatch to open and that I need to take it to the dealer because it was probably a computer problem. At this point I was completely done with the company, so I took it that day. When I took it to the dealership to fix the hatch, they called this shop to cover the cost of repairs. The owner then insured that his workers did quality work and that they were not liable for the cost of repair. It turned out that it was indeed NOT a computer problem and that they had forgotten to plug in a couple antennas. The Back hatch and passenger side door did not unlock because of their quality work and attention. This cost me an additional $350 on top of the rental cost I accrued. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will lie to you and cost you THOUSANDS of dollars.
