I want to say Thanks to Chris and the whole Full Force Team that worked on my 2021 Silverado… I wanted a lift with 35s on 20x10 wheels. I can’t say enough how nice the truck came out!!! I did a lot of research and visited multiple truck lifting shops. Matt and Chris (the owner) welcomed me with open arms helping me understand what to expect and what I may need to make sure I set up my truck for the best overlanding experience. They both were patient and continued to offer outstanding customer service. They stood to their word in price comparing and when it was time to order and install. The team went beyond to make sure the lift was installed correctly keeping me updated with any changes. Matt even took the time to record and make a video of the process for me. Seems they only care for themselves. Ordered a leveling kit, they put a 2 inch in the front but nothing in the back. My truck is not leveled. When I told them about it...after waiting 2 hours...they said.my springs were busted. I took my truck to get looked at and everything is fine.Customer service is terrible. They dont return your calls or never get back to you when they say. Instead of trying to fix the issue theyre trying to charge me more labor. Ive tried 4 times to get them to arrange the issue. Sorry for the 1 star but there needs to be improvements.Edited * ^ my shocks* I just checked my invoice from the dealership and they checked the shocks & springs with a full body inspection why the truck was sagging. Everything checked ✔out good, and they told me a spacer was needed.

Staff had a great attitude and was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Did not have the look at me attitude that you get from these specialty shops a lot of the time. Nice to have a place nearby that specializes in trucks and wants to help you out.

Chris and his team exceeded my expectations! Very knowledgeable; listened to what I wanted, and pointed me in the right direction in terms of value and quality parts. They can get you pretty much anything youll want, and do an excellent job installing. I did notice they are quite busy, but in no way did that hinder my experience. Great place to bring your truck to. I brought my truck in to get leveled. I already had the kit, just decided I would let the pros do it instead. Other shops I called would only do the work if you bought the parts from them, which were marked up. They did a great job and I’ll be back for more work soon.

I stopped in to buys some aftermarket breaks and pads and waited around for over 25 min trying to find someone that spoke English that could help and place my order. The shop was open, lights on but no one was around that wanted to take my $$ or help. I also tried calling several times and no answer.

Place is still being worked on, but the family atmosphere is what makes this place special, he has amazing prices and great ideas... i would definitely recommend

Chris at Full Force Off-Road is great to work with. He did work on my 2017 Titan and its been a pleasure every time I speak with him. Customer Service is a lost art now days but Full Force is the exception. I went to shop for them to install a flip cover on my bed. When I picked it up I failed to notice that the rails were extremely faded from the sun and clearly not new. I came back the following Monday to speak with manager about it and he agreed that it looked old and faded. The receptionist questioned me from the get go and said it looked like someone rubbed a chemical on it! Manager assured me they would replace the entire thing so we shake hands and everything was good. Planned on asking about upgraded suspension when I pick my truck back up. When arrived to pick up the truck again the receptionist started with an attitude! As we were looking at the new cover he makes sure to tell me not to rub any chemicals on it because the last one you brought back was questionable! I just held my tongue and left!! Let me know when you get rid of the receptionist and Ill be happy to come back!

If you are looking to over pay for some wheels and a lift, come to this place! But if you want an honest and knowledgeable mechanic at a reasonable rate, go somewhere else. I spent 3k last year and the only thing wrong with my 6.0 was the high pressure oil pump. Chris couldnt effectively diagnose it and I ended up paying him 3k. then this year (I didnt learn my lesson), I took it to him for simple fuel issue, and he wanted to charge me 6,600 for a bunch of extra repair work that was not even necessary, I gave a large down payment and he ended up keeping 2,300 bucks for all the work he did. I had to have it towed out of there(still wasnt running properly) and taken somewhere else, and this was 6 weeks after I gave down payment. Chris over promised and undelivered every time I talked to him.

Looks like Im going to add to the already 43 5star reviews! Chris over at full force and his wife and their crew are beyond great. They really took this whole process and made it really pain free. Chris spent 45min or so with me the first time I came in to get an idea of what I wanted for my truck. I left feeling confident it was the best way to go and he honestly saved me money from the other shops I was looking at. He ordered the parts and got me in quick and the turn around was fast. Seriously my truck is exactly what I had dreamed of. Writing this review is easy for me. I picked my truck up today at 3p and have done my best to get to a place to write this review same day. When you receive top notch service and the care you expect when dropping $ on your vehicle there is no other place to go besides full force. I will be back and they will be doing all my modifications and work on my truck. I took my 2011 Ram 3500 into the shop due to an engine light and my turbo charger only working intermittently. They plugged the truck into the computer and immediately could tell me I was getting exhaust codes that shouldn’t be coming up due to the fact that the truck had been deleted. Turns out the previous owner had done the exhaust delete, but had not taken off the original exhaust pipe with all the filters and sensors. This was my first time buying a diesel truck, so I did not know to look for that. All the filters had clogged with soot and destroyed the turbo. This shop replaced the turbo and re-did the delete the proper way with a new straight tail pipe. Chris did a great job explaining and showing all they were doing and how the whole delete system works. I was on a tight deadline due to a contract job I had to be in Phoenix for and they got the truck done with time to spare. While towing my 5th wheel out to Phoenix, the new turbo failed. I called Chris on his personal phone and he was able to FaceTime with me to confirm the turbo had failed. The part was under warranty and we were stranded in a very small town in West Texas. Chris got the new turbo and loaded up his truck with all his tools and drove 6hrs out to where I was to replace the turbo. He got it done quickly and we got back on the road the next day. The second new turbo was performing so much better than the first one. It is likely the first replacement was just a faulty part, which happens, and it was warrantied without any problems. This shop does whatever they can to help their customers.

I was unsure about taking my Mustang to a truck place at first but decided to since he could do custom exhaust and suspension work! Chris and his team are AWESOME!!!! Amazing customer service, quick results, doesnt swindle you like other shops, honest, and the QUALITY is amazing! He was able to make me a custom X-Pipe and Cat-Back that sounds AMAZING!!! He also installed adjustable rear struts, drilled and slotted rotors and carbon ceramic brakes all around! Showed me the benefits of their 25,000 mile guaranteed oil and also swapped out my differential fluid! Cant wait to get money to do stuff to make the mustang faster next time!!!! Thus guy owner of shop Chris ripped me off install a 5 in lift left a noise on my front end and now does not want to fix it he’s blaming ford and I was hearing a noise on my rear end axle I found the unbolts loose the one that hold the leaf springs to differential if those things come loose I would of been in A whole lot of TROUBLEGonna report him to the better business bureau very bad WORK done it that shop. Went to a prior off-road performance shop prior and didnt get the customer service or quality of service I was looking for. In fact, found out that my wiring for my aftermarket headlights on my 2012 Ford Raptor was wired very half-ass and for the most part incorrectly. These guys took the time to explain everything in full as far as what needed to be done and why. Price was fair; customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this company!

Simply the best! My son brought his previously lifted truck down from upper state New York. It was plagued with rust from the salt and snow. I was simply trying to replace severely degraded parts on the lift for my son. I was able to get a brand new lift at a lower price than replacing selected parts. Overall the service, the pricing, and experience were phenomenal! I got quotes from all over town and they were easily priced the fairest and were straight up about cost and labor from the begginning. When I took my truck in, I asked for some last minute modifications and still needed it finished within the time quoted originally. They were more than happy to accommodate and even stayed late to finish up my truck in time, explained all the processes and what to expect driving what felt like a brand new truck! I cannot day enough good things about my experience and highly recommend them!

Chris and Liz were great. I went with the Rough Country 6 suspension lift, AMP Power Steps, and Lund bull bar install on a 2016 Ford F150. The truck looks and feels great, the attention to detail was appreciated. Everything was explained and discussed prior to the purchase and then once again after the installation was complete. I recently purchased a truck with a lift kit and after driving it for a while I noticed a few issues, so I took it to Full Force to have the lift kit inspected. Chris diagnosed it in about 15 minutes and told me exactly what needed to be done. Ordered the parts and took it back to Chris now the truck handles/rides perfectly the results were phenomenal.Dealt with Chris and Fernando both are great guys. He went through the entire truck to be sure we were getting to the root of the problem. He was amazing to work with! Cant say enough good things about him. After he did some work, we traveled out of state and had to get some additional work done (not related to what he did) and he helped us out by calling that mechanic to be sure we were getting what we paid for. Chris did a 4 inch race exhaust on my 2009 f250 my truck sounds fantastic he also installed light bars on both my f250 and f150 definitely stands out from the other shops i no longer use because he is great at fabricating. he definitely knows what hes doing its not just a bolt on shop. all my experiences dealing with full force have made me a customer for life.

Chris and the employees there were very professional and went above and beyond in the work theyve done for a couple of my vehicles. Not only can Full Force lift and modify your vehicles but they do great mechanical work there as well. I just bought my 2014 wrangler and needed a shop to do quality work on it. After several days of reading reviews I found Full Force and stopped in. I was greeted by Chris and discussed a 4 skyjacker lift on my jeep. He ordered the parts that day and had it done on time for me. Most shops ask for all the money up front but Chris just asked for the price of the kit and the rest upon completion. Full force did such an awesome job I came back to see them a second time, this time with my 85 K5 blazer. I was having so much trouble getting it started and running right for little brother. Chris took on the project with no hesitation and said hed have back to me no later then two days. Chris found the issues with it, fixed the windows to roll down, charged the AC, and topped off all the fluids for me without asking or charging more. Now my brother has the truck up and running great and we love the shop. I will definitely bring all my vehicles to this business knowing I can trust them to not only complete the task at hand but also take the best care of the customer. Awesome Experience! Wanted to lift my 2014 Silverado and contacted Full Force for quotes and many other questions (being as this was my first time doing anything aftermarket to a vehicle). Was promptly responded to by Albert, who answered all my questions and continually helped me to decide on the best lift, wheels and tires for the look I wanted. After everything was decided, the appointment was set for the next week and was completed during the timeframe Albert had given me. Went and picked up the truck and it looks amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So a HUGE thank you to Albert and the Full Force crew for helping make this happen!

Amazing mechanics! Took my rust bucket jeep and fixed a death wobble that no one else could fix! Truely brought my jeep back to life! I couldnt be happier. Chris and his staff are class acts and I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome experience! Took my 03 cummins to them and they made a recommendation of what size of lift. I ended going with a 5 inch lift on my truck. I took it to them with stock height and came back a tall Giant! Also, I got my FASS 150 setup from them as well and cant complain about the quality of work and professionalism. From suspensions lifts to performance accessories Full Force is the destination. Full Force off road is the shop I highly recommend and would not trust any other! Its either Full force or no Force.

His staff was very professional and courteous. Knocked out a RC grill and light bar for me like it was no ones buisness. Very happy with the outcome. I did some reasearch before going with RC brand and there was a few stories of nightmare problems with these grills. After talking with chris and seeing his work via his Instagram I knew a grill wouldn’t be a problem for him. And I was right. Very happy customer and will be doing business her again. Highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I really wanted to get my jeep lifted and my friend told me to check full force out. After stopping by and discussing my options I finally decided to go with a 6 inch my jeep looks so much better now. They are also going to install new barricade trail force bumpers and a winch. So glad I came here.
