Bracken was very reasonable!! I had another well known national chain inspect my car and their estimate was 3 times more. I dealt with Molly and Roy and. both were very professional and helpful! My car looks great!!

Had a deer run into my drivers side fender, and have had headlight issues since taking it to Bracken. Finally took the bumper off to find that side headlight is broken open and almost hanging off. What did I pay them for? Will never use bracken again and strongly recommend against them. They don’t care, they’re trying to get your car in and out and collect your insurance check is all.Edit: After posting the initial review, Bracken contacted me. They say the tech that worked on the vehicle is no longer with them. Although it has been quite a back and forth headache, Bracken did get me most of what I initially paid for the headlights. I still would not recommend or use Bracken again because of my experience, but I commend them for somewhat making it right.

When I get my vehicle back is like new! They even clean the car inside and out. Amazing staff. I will only use Bracken Collision.

Molly is the worst advisor ever. Zero updates. Makes promises she doesn’t keep and because she did not communicate with our insurance company we were charge $309 for the rental. I had to call them and do her job. Do not use they do not meet delivery times, she is rude and she lies.

Fixed my vehicle there. They are very communicative. The repairs were as expected.

Bracken Collision has done work on both of my vehicles several times due to incidents. They have always been very professional, reasonably priced and quick. They did work with my insurance company and I had no issues getting what needed to be fixed done. They kept me well informed on the progress each time and the finished results have been amazing! Got my car repaired here last week and am very impressed with the work that was done to my car. The paint matches great and they even cleaned my car for me. The customer service was also very good. They are helpful and walked me through the whole process. I would recommend them to anybody that needs a honest, good repair. These guys are great!

Bracken has worked on several of my vehicles over the last few years and I had, until now, neglected to review their outstanding service and quality workmanship. From minor body work to major collision repairs to everything in between, they have always performed the task(s) with the highest level of professionalism, workmanship and quality. I will caution you that they are not the fastest I have used, but their consistent high level of excellence is beyond compare and well worth the wait. And last ( but certainly not least), Molly who handles all the customer service and follow up is an absolute GEM! I took my car in for an insurance claim. The claim was for the driver side fender. They painted the door. The window drip sill looks like someone pried it off with a screwdriver and the door handle is about to fall out. I also noticed that the driver side lock no longer unlocks all the doors. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and pride. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The quality of repair is the same as asking the neighbor, with the car up on blocks in his driveway, to fix the damage.

I like the work and so fast...just in 2 days

I picked up my car earlier this week and I must say Im pretty happy with the repairs that were done to my vehicle. The time length however was a little longer than expected but once I got my car back and saw that they had washed and detailed it for me and that my car was back to the way it was before I did not care how long it took. I am satisfied with the workmanship done and think the paint looks spot on. I also will say the office staff were very helpful and always sounded pleasant on the phone. I will come here again if needed.

I was recommended to Bracken Collision by a neighbor who has gotten multiple vehicles repaired there. I had gotten my Subaru Forester repaired at another facility and it was a disaster. I went ahead and took it to Bracken, and they were honest about what had been done wrong, or not at all, and what my options were as far as cost. They worked with me to make the repair cost effective, and communicated well throughout the process. When I picked it up I was super stoked at what a difference it made. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a great experience. I have been there 2 times in the last 4 weeks, once for an estimate and today for some minor repairs. This summer I will be taking it back for more extensive body work. They were friendly, fast and efficient both times.

Terrible experience.1) Bracken took a full month to repair a damaged drivers door.2) My insurance company stopped covering the car rental after 2 weeks, since Bracken took so long and didnt file for extensions, so I am out $300. If Bracken had communicated the need for an extension to my insurance company, they would have covered the rental.3) The very next day after I picked it up from Bracken, a part fell off of my car on the highway. They refuse to fix it and say it must have been like that. It just happens to be a coincidence that it fell off right after I picked my car up. They claim they did not touch that part. This is untrue.4) During the entire month, I never received a single phone call updating me on my cars status. I always had to be the one to call, always being told the car was nearly done. Even on the day it was ready, I again had to be the one to call.5) Every bad review this company gets, they respond by accusing the customer of trying to “extort” money from them, rather than trying to address the issues. I never asked them for money.It is clear this is a very poorly run repair shop. Save yourself the expense, hassle, and frustration, and go with one of the bigger, better-managed repair shops.

Unbelievable that they charge the customer 4% surcharge to use your credit card!!! Credit card charges are part of doing business. What a RIP OFF

They will steal from your car dont leave change/valuables. They stole the quarters I use for cleaning my car. heat insulation pad under the hood was ripped off and dangling from my hood. The bumper they fixed was not properly fastened.huge gaps in between the bumper and headlight. I was able to gently tug at the bumper and the plastic pins that secure the top of my bumper would just pop out. I called to check the status of my car and was told it was being cleaned. When I arrived it was definitely not clean by any stretch of the imagination. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Update: after they corrected everything I highlighted above in about 20 minutes, I got my car back with a scratch on the door that wasnt there before, and for some reason my windshield wiper wouldnt squirt wiper fluid anymore. They fixed everything to my satisfaction. They were willing to correct any and all of their mistakes.

My car had frame damage and the roof was crinkled around the sun roof. Needed major work and I thought it would be totaled. Todd was very professional and pointed out issues the insurance company didnt even see in their insurance inspection. The repairs were made in a timely manner and when I received car back, I noticed the headlights were polished and the car had been fully detailed inside and out! I couldnt even tell it had been painted! Hats off to Todd and his team for going above and beyond my expectations for service and quality work!

We had a ton of tools stolen out of our truck while it was in the possession of bracken collision. The owner was in the back office relaying information back and for via the lady at the front. He didn’t even come out of the office to speak to us. They told us the truck was going to be kept inside the shop while it was being fixed. We called the cops and filed a report. Bracken Collision has no intentions on replacing any tools or offering any assistance in making this matter right. Do NOT go here!

Wifes car had a slight disagreement with an immovable object. Fortunatetly, the damage was not too bad. Bracken Collision replaced the bumper cover (apparently with OEM parts), and did an excellent job of matching the paint. They also washed the car and cleaned the interior. Personnel were very helpful and courteous. Price was reasonable, too! BUT ... dont let the cat out of the door! (grin)

Had my brand new 2014 Subaru Impreza for three months before I clipped a sofa chair that fell out of a pickup truck on the highway and I took my car to Bracken Collision Center for the first time. I am so glad I did. I received my car in timely manner, a week and half despite the historical Texas hail storm the size of golf balls and softballs the night before I brought my car in. They did a excellent job! I was very happy! I felt like I had a brand new car again. I was treated with respect. I will return again and will refer them. Thank you.

I believe this body shop failed to deliver. From communication, to speed, to quality of the repair. I was simply lied to on more than one occasion. I dont see any reason to go into details here, but I will say that this a typical mom and pop shop with poor quality control. Learned my lesson yet again and will stick with chains from now on.

They told me I would have my car back in 2 weeks. 50 days later and 20 days of paying my own rental car ($600) I finally got my car back, looking and sounding like a hoopty. I had to fix parts of my own car after paying $3300 for my car to look brand new. I had to actually file with the BBB in order to get a response from the manager. This place is a nightmare I would never go back or refer even my enemy.

Horrible place. They probably pad the reviews. They waited to report to my insurance the extension which caused me to have to foot the bill for the car rental. Not only that but they took more than twice as long as they were supposed to repairing my car. Never go if here you know what good for you.

Their staff stole the coins and some changes I left in my car!! I complained it but the owner refused to pick up the calls or do anything. I had to call the police to file a claim.Also it took them a week and costs nearly $1000 to do the simple paint job. A lot of random items that didnt need a repair showed on the bill. I didnt have to pay for them because the other partys insurance covered it. But it just shows how dishonest they are.[update] The owner responded to one of my reviews and he was full of lies. He claimed that he called me 5 times the next morning. No I have never received any calls from him.And he tried to play some little game with me by saying I had planned on giving you the few buck but it seems that has changed. I dont want your few buck dude.I will also have GEICO to investigate their business practice since they charged them a lot of random items that didnt need a repair.

Im certain all the good reviews here are fake. After my repair my truck makes noise on turns. Bumper paint is pealing after 6 months.

Amazing. Went there through GEICO and was very impressed. They got the job done earlier than expected and went above and beyond to make my car look better than ever.

Was part of my Gieco repair. Todd was there to inspect and explained the whole process. Ray kept me up to date on the the repair it was quick and easy. Will use them agian in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Dishonest staff and management. Poor service. They lost a customer for life over what could have been a small matter. They dont care because they are in bed with major insurance provider Geico, they have a cash cow.
