Jordan Collision has repaired damages on four of our vehicles over the years. Not the first rodeo with them. Always been happy overall with their repairs and finishing work. Most vehicle owners might complain because today you replace and pay for a complete headlight assembly rather than an inexpensive plastic light cover. $1500 vs $50. Thats what was replaced on this visit to Jordans. Only the cover was broken when another driver hurriedly passed onto access road kicking up a foreign object shattering the plastic cover. Nothing else was damaged. Jordan quickly assessed the damage, gave me an appraisal of cost to replace, and asked me to bring it in at 10:00 am. The job was completed in less than 3 hours. When they replaced the light assembly, they also cleaned the bumper of scuff marks caused by hitting street cones in another incident in the Dallas area. Not having to make these chip and scuff estimated repairs saved $750. In my experience with Jordan, my only concern has been their lack of knowledge of computer boards & technology. On a previous repair, my wifes Corolla had to be returned for a reset after Jordan sought outside advise.
Terrible experience. I went there to get two door handles replaced and I worked with Gary Harvey. I advised that my car is my source of income and that I needed specifics on how long the job would take. I was told a couple of days. I took it in on Tuesday morning 8am 10/12/21 and did not receive a phone call until Thursday 10/14/21 at which point I was told they he was waiting on one part which should arrive Friday 10/15/21 and he would call once the car was ready.I waited and called on Friday and was told Gary did not even come to work that day. I was also told by his coworker that the part wouldnt arrive until Monday. So, a couple days has already turned into 6 days at this point.I got a call Monday that they were working on my car at 9am. I called Gary at 2pm to check the status and he said it will be ready in a little bit when I asked if he could define a little bit he scoffed and said 1-2hrs. When I asked if I could get it at 3pm he scoffed AGAIN and said yeah.I arrive thinking ok. It took longer, communication sucked but at least my car is ready. Lol and behold only ONE DOOR HANDLE was fixed and when I asked about why he said Are you serious??? I thought you said you only wanted the driver door fixed. At this moment I was done.Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Lack of transparency. And refusal to accept responsibility for any of these things.Taking my car elsewhere.
I used Jordan Ford Collision for repairs involving a car accident to repair my bumper. I dont know where to begin with my concerns. (1) They took weeks to return my vehicle to me. (2) Staff told me my vehicle was in the shop being worked on when it was literally sitting out in the yard. They lied to me. Later when confronted with this lie, after showing them a photo of my car in the lot, they did not apologize for lying to me (3) They did not repair my bumper correctly when I did finally get my car back. Their is a gap between my trunk and bumper. (4) The owner of the shop failed and refused to apologize upon request for the poor work performed on my car. Finally, I will not and would not be going back for any future needs I may have. See attached photo of gap between bumper and trunk.
Had my first car accident and was recommended here by my insurance company.They let me know when I could bring my car by, and I was able to bring it a little early. Eric Walkup actually helped me out while he was on his lunch break to accommodate my schedule. Eric answered all my questions being that I had never been in an accident.I was able to get my car serviced and taken care of in a timely fashion even though they were busy. Whenever I walked in to get helped, a team member was always there with a great attitude to help me out. Definitely recommend this repair center for the unfortunate event of an accident!

I picked my truck up on an extremely overcast day. So the issues that I’m pointing out in this review, were not easily detectable to my untrained eye. Granted, the truck was dirty, however, once the truck sat in the sun (still dirty) the damage Jordan Collision caused was evident. Even while dirty, the sun betrayed the substandard work Jordan Collision performed.I’ll list a few items, and include photos:- heavy clear coat drip on left fender- during buffing, the paint was burned to the point of exposing the aluminum- misalignment of the fender and bumper after reinstallingThese are just some of the problems. A reputable car dealer wrote a letter stating that in his professional opinion, due to the poor work Jordan Collision performed, my truck is devalued by $4000. Picture of letter included in review.Note. The only damage to my truck was a dented driver door. I requested to only replace the door and paint it leadfoot grey. Jordan Collision (via voice message) took it upon themselves to paint the adjacent panels.Note. Notice in the pictures that the truck is still dirty from the rain. I requested that they not wash the truck on account of the bad weather. I said, “I will wash it myself in a few days.” The damage shown was ALL visible in sunlight, to a trained eye, even while dirty. I’m saying this, because Jordan Collision will attempt to use that excuse to not be accountable for their substandard work.I am beyond disgusted that I chose Jordan Collision- and allowed them to butcher a 70k brand new Ford Raptor!
Wife got t boned in a parking lot. The insurance paid to fix the car. First off it took over a month and a half to get the car back. When we did get it back it was over heating and the A/C had stopped working. Told/ showed them the issues and thier response was we dont think it was from the accident so we arent going to fix it. Take is somewhere else and if they say its from the accident then we will look at it. Their exact words! Suffice to say our lawyer and the insurance company is getting involved and neither are happy... Do yourself a favor and take your buisness elsewhere .
Had my car broken into while traveling in the area, and needed it repaired quickly. Bruce helped fit me in and do a custom repair that resolved the vulnerability that was used to break in. Top service, reasonable price, good communication.

I must say a man named John WAS the person who was in charge of my vehicle when I had an issue (major) but the truth is he wasnt doing a good job, in the end I had the new person named Ryan although most of the work was finished by the time he came in, I can see hes quality in his work ethic major difference. Car took exceptionally long to repair and upon return the car was notably dirty inside with new dents around the sunroof which they fixed. They repaired it all - but never apologized and acted like they werent responsible for the damage initially.Overall not impressed with the quality of the workmanship, customer service, or expedience. Id recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.
I recently took my vehicle to Jordan Collision to fix some damage after a small fender bender. I worked with Eric and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Eric was great at communicating the status of the repair and called to check in and update me several times. The work done looks great and my car was returned to me on time and CLEAN! I cant speak on the billing/insurance process as the other drivers insurance covered the damage. I know during these COVID times people are having to go extra lengths to get the job done. Eric went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

Eric communicated with me every step of the way from when parts arrived to when the paint job and installation were completed. The technicians did a great job repairing my vehicle to the condition that it was: new. I would definitely come back in the future.
Bruce at Jordan Collision provided excellent customer service and always kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle repair. They kept it a little longer because of waiting for a part, but thats normal, especially when going through an insurance claim from because of a car accident. I would definitely go back to them if I ever need body repair in the future.
All repair centers will have unexpected issues that occur from time to time. In this case the insurance adjuster did not want to replace a part recommended by Jordan Ford. Bruce went above and beyond by ordering the part anyway knowing he could send it back if it was not needed. It turned out it was needed after all. The costly time delay was on the part of insurance and adjuster and would have taken longer if Bruce has not been on top of this. In the end, the car came back looking and running great.
They repaired my car quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get my problem taken care of. When I talked with them about my sunroof repair, they knew exactly what the problem was and got me in and out within 40 minutes. Shawn updated me during that time, and even asked my opinion about what I preferred with my sunroof to make sure I was satisfied and happy. Repair is perfect, Alex and Daniel really know what theyre doing! Great customer service and quick repair made for a wonderful experience here.
Both Eric Walkup and Ryan Cross provided me with very personalized service on this very complicated claim. My 2017 F-250 King Ranch Super Duty 4x4 Powerstroke was hit from the rear. It required the truck being taken completely apart. It was not an easy fix. After the repairs other mechanical issues were found and they helped me work through the insurance process to get those repairs covered and completed. Yes, the repairs took longer than expected but I did not feel that Jordan Collision was the reason for those delays. They were good people.

I dropped my care off on March 16th at the Jordan Collision Repair. I had some minor damage to my front bumper and fog light. I showed the damages to the estimator, Pam, and she also saw I damaged to my headlight. She was so nice and helpful. She also told me that they will try to match the paint, candy apple red. She said that it may not exactly match. I was okay with that. My car is 8 years old. She called me the next day to let me know the status of the repair job and told me she is hoping to have the work done and my car ready by Friday, March 20th. She called again the next day and said that it was in paint and it will be ready on Monday. I was happy. I was not worried about the delay. When I went to pick up the car, I could not believe my eyes. It was beautiful. They matched the paint perfectly as far as Im concerned. They also washed it and it look brand new. Pam is the best. You cant go wrong with Jordan. Thank you guys.

Customer service is terrible. I went to get an estimate on my vehicle, after I left I noticed they forgot to add a few things to the list, so I went back and asked if they can add it to the estimate. She flat out said NO, stunned I explain to her what I wanted and she said come back tomorrow. I explained again all I needed was a couple of parts added. Irritated she said ok Im busy youll have to wait. At that point I decided I didnt want any part of this business and I left. There are too many good body shops in San Antonio, I suggest you go somewhere else!
I have used them a couple times for different things and I am always pleased with their personable ways. Pam is great! They keep you updated on your service and make it so easy to drop off or pick you vehicle. They do very good work as far as I am concerned.
Had my ban drivers side repair twice, first waited for the painter to get the matching paint then had to wait because he was out purchasing a house. When I got my ban back I noticed door was not even and could here wind when driving. I was told that will be their best.
Paint job was decent but everything they touched was not aligned right after 3 weeks of waiting for my car. The body tech kept using the tired excuses of I tried my best. Never notified about progress and spent many phone calls arguing back and fourth just to get my car back with the hood no aligned nor the fender nor the headlight . Never going back . If you are looking for a repair shop that cars about restoring the vehicle to its original condition, i would not go to this place.

I have a 5.0 GT Premium Ford Mustang that unfortunately some jerk created damage to my beautiful car during a hit and run in idle at a red light. A van swerved into me hit me and kept driving leavin a dent on my right fender near the right tire and where the line of the body style are created, also leaving grey scratch marks below the light. Took in my car for an estimate and decided to pay out of pocket, my deductible is too high and insurance was only going to cover 430.00. Not worth raising my rate for a small amount of coverage. The estimate was a bit more than I anticipated but Pam gave me a discount for paying cash. It had been raining for days and the car was filthy outside and needed a vacuum. When I picked up my car it was beautiful!! The body work was excellent AND they cleaned and washed my car!! It looked and smelled like the new car it is and LOVE VERY MUCH!! Turned the car in on Monday and it was ready for pickup Thursday afternoon. Pam kept in touch with me on the progress and were able to complete the work even with the constant rain we are having. I would definitely recommend JCR to anyone who needs repairs. I was a bit pricey but worth it. Thanks Jordan Ford Collision Repair and to Pam for being so helpful!!

I called and emailed them pictures and my insurance estimate to get my vehicle there and start some work to it but no one responds back. I get an email saying Eric is gonna call me back and 4 days past and nothing. It seems as they dont want to bother with my situation since my car is a little different than most which is a classic 97 Saleen Mustang but shouldnt be an inconvenience to them as they have worked on my front end before and color matched it really well, that was why I tried so hard to get them to do this next job on it. But NOPE they arent willing to help me now since its more damage done than before, which was my impression I got from them. Poor lack of customer service and honesty.
Waste of time! You have to repeat yourself multiply times to Bruce Jones regarding your auto claim. He forgets who you are, what you discussed about the repairs, and broken promises that he will get with insurance adjuster regarding supplement repairs.
Brought my car here based on a number of positive recommendations, the work is impressively good. Paint came out beautiful though there are a few minor issues that theyve promised to take care of.

Well here is my issue. Our tailgate was stolen from our truck on October 16 my husband took here the next day because he wanted to get the ball rolling on the situation a guy name Chris came out look at the truck and said he would get started looking for the tailgate and would let us know how much the repairs would be while we made the claim with our insurance. Well the insurance came through and has paid Jordan Ford Collision already. But unfortunately here we are 8 weeks into it and we still have no tailgate for our truck we keep getting the run around. If its not one thing its another. Then we keep getting transfer from one person to the next now we are dealing with a Pam and she is no better then the first guy we had to deal with. We have to keep calling them to check to see if our tailgate is ready they dont return phone calls so in my opinion your service here sucks 100%. My husband was so happy when he got his truck cause he wanted a ford so bad but i believe we should have stuck to a Chevy like we had before we had no problems with their service. Now the only thing I have left to do is try Ksat 12 the defenders maybe they can help us resolved this situation. Which I think 8 weeks is unacceptable. That is why I rate you a zero because you have not show me any good service. And I would definitely not recommended you to my worst enemy...

I took my truck in after hitting a deer, Was told that my truck would be ready in a week, never got a call the day I was expecting my truck, when I called before they closed on the day my truck was to be ready, the advisor told me it would be ready next week, delivery date was pushrd back three times. sometimes i would call and leave messages at the end of the week and nobody would return my call, so I would show up. I finally got by truck back after 30 days, and there was still damage on the vehicle, I can see the interior air bags exposed and also dents on the door where the deer hit. The Texas Edition Logo was removed and never put back on. Wont ever take my vehicle there. Geico is trash too.

I was sent there by Geico after a fender bender. They were friendly however they called me to let me know when my car was finished. I showed up to pick it up and it wasnt finished. No one contacted me to let me know the status of my car had changed. Then when I called the next day to check if it was actually complete, the phone just kept ringing. They lack communication with their customers. I would go back and pay for service like this out of my pocket.
You must be careful here, they charge a $275 admin fee. My insurance company only paid $75 of it so I had to pay the extra. They did nothing for me or my car other than storing it for 2 days till the insurance came out for the estimate. What B.S.!!!!!!!!
They fixed my truck about 4 years ago the only thing i can say then is they did great work. All i did yesterday was bring them one to fix for a customer

Horrible experience! 1st of all, they take over a moth to fix a vehicle and 2nd, they contact you to pick up the vehicle but they lack certain documents and cannot release the vehicle without them.
