After having an accident with my vehicle I went to pro care collision. The receptionist, Cassandra was very friendly and checked me in quickly and set up my rental. Initially I wasn’t happy with some of the body work. So I spoke to Todd, the general manager, who immediately began addressing my concerns. Todd made sure my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction. He really made me feel like family and even fixed damages I could not see. He kept me updated and explained the whole process of my vehicle’s repair. I learned they only use OEM parts and don’t cheap out on their work. I’m going to recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Without a doubt I’ll use this collision repair shop if I ever need to again. Erica who helped me was extremely polite and professional. BThey kept me up to date with my cars progress. No one ever wants to be involved in a car accident but with 410 collisions I can rest easier in the future for all my needs.

Every person who helped me was very informative, knowledgeable, understanding and extremely professional. Text messages were sent to keep me informed when car would be ready and when changes/delays happened. The team made vehicle pick up super easy and went the extra mile to assist in returning the rental working past hours. And yes, I loved that they vacuumed and washed my jeep too! One of our fleet vehicles was struck on the right side, damaging the truck bed and running board, among other things. Oscar did a great job on the bodywork and paint and our truck was back on the road quickly. Erica was very helpful and special ordered replacement running boards when the originals were no longer available. She prioritized the installation of the running boards, they were put on the same day the shop received them and they look great! 10/10 will definitely recommend.

This body shop kept their word and did all the work that they said that they would and repaired my vehicle to better condition than it was when I took it in I would highly recommend this body shop and the management and people that work there they are a company of their word thank you for the excellent work that you performed on my 2010 Ford Edge.

Gieco recommended this place and they did a great job to the very end. There were some minor adjustments to be made and the GM get everything done perfect within minutes of me pointing them out. I recommend anyone trying to do great quality work done to come to 410 collision.

I was referred to 410 Collision by my Auto Insurance Geico thru the auto repair express program they have. I am so thankful I chose this location to get my vehicle repaired. On drop off day I had just started a new job and couldn’t be gone for too long so I notified Erica and she advised me to go ahead and go during my lunch and everything would be ready for me. I was somewhat hesitant but gave it a shot and that’s exactly how it was. I showed up and an enterprise Representative was already waiting for me with my rental. I signed all the paperwork gave them my keys and I was back to work in no time and w 20 minutes left to grab a quick bite. I just picked up my 16 Toyota Camry, and I am so satisfied with the job 410 Collision did! It wasnt my first accident so i more or less knew the process but they went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed right! The front staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. It took some time but with the damages done, i knew that and braced myself as far as waiting for repairs to be done. Erica was attentive to my needs and called me weekly to give me updates. I got my car back and it looks brand new! The paint job is done so well, you cant even tell i was in an accident. They also washed the outside and vacuumed the inside as a courtesy! I will definitely be recommending 410 Collision to everyone i know.

This body shop was suggested by insurance. I cant complain about the work that was done on the vehicle. I would have rated higher but their customer service is lacking. They need to be more thorough with calling the customer and letting them know better timelines and give better details on the status of the vehicle.

My car did not come back the way I had it its got a few details I just havent had time to take it back I had to take it back right when they gave it back to me to begin with and now I have to take it back because the parts they put on their popping out. A lot of mistakes

Rain water leaked into my car and wet the interior. Dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon and they had my car ready by Friday. They fixed the issue, removed the mold that formed and water stains, and cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car. Staff was super friendly from the start, helpful with answering questions, and reassuring me that they would take care of my car. Thank you Erica and staff!

I’ve had a horrible 3 weeks and I think it’s funny how I had to come to 410 collision (with a jacked up looking truck ) to feel better. This place has been amazing since the second I walked in. I was so impressed that I ended up leaving my truck to get fixed here and that’s not a decision I’m quick to make. From the secretary to the inspector to the owner they have been super amazing. At 410 Collision not only did they fix my car but they returned my car to me in way better condition clean and sparkling. scratches that werent part of the repair are now gone. I have been to several body shops in my years and I have never been so happy with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in their office, I was treated like someone who mattered and not just another customer. The staff were prepared and waited on me hand and foot. They kept me informed of the repairs being done daily. The mechanics even went above and beyond after the repair work had been done by rescuing me from a dead battery. They bought a battery and brought it to my work and replaced it right in the parking lot. This was not part of the repair on my vehicle but they went out of their way to ensure I had everything in order. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing bodywork after an accident. I will never go anywhere else!

410 collision is a certified Geico collision center. I was skeptical at first, seeing that I usually go through my dealership, but they were extremely professional and flat out nice. I got my car earlier than expected.There was a Geico rep onsite to ensure there were no shortcuts taken. They have a good relationship with Enterprise (who was out of cars for me due to Spring Break, but worked miracles and coincidentally got me in my dream car).I worked with Amber the whole time. She was courteous, professional and down to earth. Called me with updates almost daily.Best part, they offer 25% off your deductible if you’re with Geico.Great service!

You probably want to take your services elsewhere. I took my car here because it is a Geico Express care center, thinking things would be handled thoroughly ... they were not. When I got the car back, there were scratches on the vehicle that werent there before. When they take your car for its initial inspection after the accident, they circle all of the preexisting scratches, and there were some new ones on my car, around the door. It is not difficult to see how that would happen when you see the narrow driveway the mechanics have to drive to get back to the body shop, and how the cars are being treated in a space that is clearly not big enough for the amount of vehicles they are servicing. In addition to the new scratches, the area of the car that was to be repaired was poorly done. The bumper that was put on their needed to be painted, and it was beading around the corners, and shows lack of attention to detail. In addition to that, there was a white dust all over the black plastic part of the new bumper that was apparently some byproduct of the buffing machine that was being used, and it was very difficult to remove. My vehicle was hit on the driver side rear fender, and the wheel was hit as well. I made it clear when dropping off the vehicle and on our calls in between the car be delivered back to me that they needed to check for slight structural damage to the wheel/axel/braking system, because I was feeling a vibration after driving it to the shop after the accident. In other words, what needed to be fixed was more than the body of the car. I came back and was surprised to find the not so tidy work, new scratches, and work order that included nothing more than body work. When I spoke to a young lady there, she assured me that they took the wheel off and checked for any damage, but they found none. I called a few hours after picking the vehicle up and told the same girl that at around 60mph, I was feeling the same vibration and asked what I was supposed to do if I had to leave to another state? She said they would find a way to take care of me. They havent. Not too long after that, I am hearing a grinding noise when I am coming to a stop, and it is only coming from the back passenger side wheel that was hit. Knowing it obviously was something that should have been fixed by 410 collision regarding the accident, I took it to a mechanic here in illinois where I am now, and the spindle that you connect the fasten the wheel to on the car is bent, and needs to be replaced. About $200 worth of repairs that should have been taken care of originally, and should have been noticed easily by the person giving the estimate, is now my issue to solve since 410 collision is saying I have to work it out with Geico. I called after they promised they would take care of it, and was told we can only fix what was on the estimate. I asked who made the estimate ... it was a girl who works there. So the mechanics fixed the body work that was ordered, but the employee that took the estimate made a mistake, and didnt do here job correctly, but again, for some reason, it is my problem to fix. An overall lack of attention to detail, lack of proper diagnostics, inexperience, whatever it is that caused this, I am stuck picking up the pieces instead of the company taking responsibility for their mistake and understanding the right to do is to take care of the repairs in whatever way they need to so that I as an individual (or you if you choose to have your car repaired here) dont have to pay money that I dont have to fix their mistake. The girls up front are very polite, and they seem like nice enough people, but I didnt take my car there because I wanted to meet nice people ... I took it there because I needed it to be fixed, and fixed properly so that I wouldnt have to worry. Thats what I have insurance for, and thats what I pay my deductible for. There is probably a better place to go, so that you can be assured your vehicle will be fixed thoroughly, and so that if there are issues down the road, you have someone that cares more.
