What a joke I was told last week I had an appointment at one today. I get here at 1230 and they tell me they are running 30 minutes behind so I wait in the car with my sleeping kids until 115. Wake my kids up go inside to be told they are now 2 hours behind and I cant come back later. To go do whatever else I neede . I said I had an appointment for a week. The guys literally smarts off actually a week would be thursday you can come back later. I said no Im not Ill go somewhere else I had an appointment Im not running around for 2 hours when you were just 30 minutes behind he literally just laughs and starts saying shot under his breath. I call back the lady I spoke to to begin with and she now has an attitude and whats to be smart with me. Completely unprofessional I didnt mind waiting 30 minutes but 2 hours longer with 2 small kids no thanks.

These people are crooks. I took my car there after a wreck and they installed the wrong kind of headlight. They replaced it after about 3 days. They left my car lights on high Beams thinking I wouldnt realize it.My car would then veer to the right so I took it back. After 3 more days still the same. They never gave me my old wheel which they claim was replaced with a new one. It still had the scratches on it so I took it back after they were caught in a lie so they polished my old wheel and claimed it was the new one. Never gave me my old wheel they claim to have lost it.After 3 more visits to that place they tried to make it up to me by giving me a free carwash,lol,yeah the odacity.My car still pulls to the right I dont think they ever switched out the broken control arm,my tire warning light has been on ever since. Ive then had to buy a new tire because of it.Now I have to buy a tire sensor.There is a piece of plastic motor covor missing besides all other things. I dont recommend this place to no one.

I absolutely love the work they have done on 2 of my vehicles. Back in 2012 A tree fell on my car and in just a few days they had it returned! Last week my car ended up in a ditch and the guys at Keating really took care of it. Fixed it in a few days, even washed and clean the inside before I picked it up!! True professionals and do a great work. Highly recommend them!!!P.S they send you home with some delish salsa too!!! :D

The people here are SUPER nice and friendly. They did a fantastic job on my car and when they were done repairing the damages, they cleaned it and made it look brand new. 10/10 would recommend!

They won’t give you an estimate if your not sure if it will be repaired there. They are a waste of time. Everyone else in town will give an estimate regardless. Avoid this place.

The only place to go for car body repair. They opened their lobby for voting on election day. Great business to trade with.

2 years ago Keatings repaired my truck that was rear ended by not 1, but 2 vehicles. Well yesterday a lady ran a stop sign and slammed into me again. I called Keatings this time before contacting the insurance. Janice was very helpful and I will drop my truck off to them on Friday to get repaired. This is the only Body Shop that I can recommend to anyone. Hands down....If your vehicle gets a beating, take it to Keatings!

I had received an insurance check for a hit and run on my vehicle and took my truck to Keating to have an estimate done to make sure my insurance check would cover the expenses. 3 weeks to the day and 5 calls later they still hadnt looked at my truck for an estimate, much less done any work to it. I kept thinking, by the time I have it towed somewhere else to get looked at, Keating would have looked at it by now. Finally, I gave in. I was very disappointed with my experience with them.
