Quick response, quick estimate, quick repair. Part took 4 days to arrive, car drop off was 8am and they had replaced the regulator for my power window completed by 11am. Estimate was within $20 of 3 other local shops and timeframe was 4 days sooner. Friendly staff as well.

Had some work done after a small accident. About a year later the clear coat started to peel. I took it in and they fixed it...no cost. They also touched up a few dings etc. Great work and extremely helpful and courteous staff.

I have used Buskers multiple times over the years and they do great work but today I pulled up to a sign that says call for a estimate an estimator will be out shortly. Well I called to find out no estimator will be coming out I actually need and appointment and the latest appointments are 3:30 on any day. I understand it’s a “covid thing” for an appointment but I live out of town and work full time. When I told the gentleman that answered the phone my situation he said they could not do anything for me. I’m very frustrated that I have to find a new body shop when this is where I would prefer to do business here and support a Aggie owned business on top of that!!

O..k.. work, not the friendliest experience tho, hence the missing star. The truck came out awesome, aside my added wheel well light passenger rear was replaced on new fender, tho the power & ground wires were pinched between the bed and frame... My front brakes feel spongy now, and the A/C I replaced one day before the incident blowing a cool 42° now it blows a surprising 72°now. Now, I admit I dont go pretty up after work, or before I run around but does everyone need to treat me as tho Im a criminal? After I returned with the cashiers check since my companys check wasnt insufficient I was treated with a smile at least. That is before they tried to have me sign power of attorney over to them you know incase that darn insurance company decided to send them a $300 check in my name by mistake that way I didnt have to waste 5 minutes of my time signing it... Being I live down the street!.... Good mechanical work, good body work, decent paint for what came out a rushed order. Few imperfections in paint such as bubble and some piece of debris painted over, new deca and put on hastily and damaged. It would have been 5 stars if only I had been treated more like a business owner and less like the criminals on my street that so love to shop at my company truck! Or even a little less charged for the mediocre service my inadequate attire so demanded. Will I go back? No. Will I recommend them to friends? Yes. Just because they judged me and expected to be short changed by myself, dosent mean they will judge you. I am judged everywhere I go, as disgracing as it be I am growing used to it as I grow older. My suggestion get a fresh haircut, fresh shave, new suit shoes & tie and bring a bottle of wine when you come. Then Im sure youll be welcomed as an equal, or at least a customer and not a criminal. I apologize for the length but I like to tell the whole experience if Im going to bring up the negative so you can be your own judge. Thank you for your time I hope this helps... lost another star for I just noticed the strips missing from the roof...SMFH!

I was the victim of a hit & run...and they smashed the right side of my car in. Both doors were destroyed! Cory helped me from the estimate to the final repairs & he was great! I’m sure I had a million questions but Cory was always patient, kind, and so professional answering each one of them. After Busker’s finished...my car looks brand new, & better than it did before the accident. Hopefully I won’t have to get body work done again, but if so, I won’t trust anyone but Cory Flippin & Busker’s Body Shop to get the job done. :-)

I could not give them 0 stars or I would. Body shop refused to even give me a quote or even look at my car without the insurance first sending them a work order. The staff was rude and I will never go back here again.

I called to ask about an estimate for my vehicle and was told “We do not write for Progressive instance.” Im guessing since progressive insurance has given a value for the damage they will not provide an estimate. Understandable but tone and lack of professionalism is off putting. If you want to be respected please do not service your vehicle here. I called for help and I was met with the vibe of “ this is not my problem”.Disclaimer: I did not choose to service my vehicle here.

Richard has great customer service. We have worked with Richard twice now. He is always very professional and answers all my questions. He picked up my vehicle and dropped it off when done. Richard is a huge asset to the Buskers Body Shop and I will always refer my friends and family to him.

Just received my pickup from Buskers after being t-boned. They did an absolutely awesome job on repairing the extensive damage to the passenger side. Poe as well as the front office were so helpful, courteous and friendly throughout the process. Hopefully wont need a repair shop ever again but, should the need arise, you can bet Buskers will be my go to choice!

They did finish a little TOO quickly in my situation WITHOUT repairing a nasty dent along side the current claim that I had told them to repair/paint. Id agreed to pay the extra. Who wouldnt? Wish I could post photo on here. Beware of 3 party communication. Get everything in writing. Most say they are very good but I had a bad experience and they werent willing to work with me on it at all.

The customer service by Poe Picasso was absolutely horrible. He was rude the whole time and, even asked why I brought my truck in. Ill tell you why, full coverage is full coverage thats why! I was thinking about bringing my 73 Mach 1 there for paint and body but not anymore theyve lost a customer for life and I will strongly recommend against them from now on to everyone I know.

In June of 2013, I was involved in a hit & run, thanks to another drivers stupidity.Buskers Body Shop came highly recommend to me by my insurance company USAA. So I trusted them, USAA has always taken care of me. I had a rough 6 months, surrounding this time & all I wanted was my Rav4 back in my possession.I didnt tell them right away, but when I got my Rav4 back it had scuff marks. It was annoying but I just wanted to drive it & not want to fight with it or deal with it. So I didnt at first... but I had my tires balanced & rotated at Walmart just a month before the accident. After it was fixed at Buskers Body Shop, a few weeks later I took it to get a rotation & balance, again, like usualy, my back tires had rubbed unevenly, & were both bowed inward. Turned out Buskers had only ordered a front-end alignment from Caddo Alignment. What I have since learned from USAA that if you do one alignment without the other it will throw off the other, they MUST be completed at the same time.Which, Caddo or Buskers both should have caught, or they didnt care & wanted my car to break, so I could give them both more business.... I had previously had what I felt were issues with Caddo Alignment, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that confirmed my previous suspicions. So requested my car be taken to Angelo Alignment, they found that the misalignment had also caused a broken bolt, which, I was stuck paying for, as well as a new set of tires.I had receipts to prove everything which was the only reason why Buskers Body Shop did ANYTHING to no really make it right. They drug their feet the WHOLE way.I remember the owner being complete jerky, until I could back what I said & then he straightened up a bit.I was 23 years old at the time & my daddy wasnt in town because they are Missionaries & I was so depressed & angry, because I was dealing with these awful men, after the hit & run involving two men, & I had no one to take care of me or love me.They said I put the scuff marks on my RAV4.Plus, the paint had started peeling off, where they had worked, which was another reason I took it back. Oh, and the flare was misaligned on my SUV after they finished.I rescheduled the new fixes they caused & I showed up, the day or so before 4th of July & no one was there, they had closed early the day before & didnt take that into account when they made the appointment, nor took the time to reschedule or call me.I called USAA and they had to reschedule my appointment.Thank you Julio (Premier Automotive), Daniel Ortiz Automotive, Angelo Alignment & Toms Tire World for taking care of my vehicles & I!!!! :-)

I recently took my 2007 Chev Silverado to this place due to a rear corner panel getting damaged in a hit-and-run. Not only did they do a flawless job on the repair but when they returned the truck to me it had been vaccumed and the exterior cleaned with no spots (saying something in San Angelo). I had just gotten back from a 4-hour drive before dropping it off so I didnt expect this nor should they have had to. Repair was also done in 2 days, as opposed to the 3 they estimated.
