I bought a car from j& c for my daughter has been a excellent car for her.. we were looking for a car and found it here. We have also taken are vechile to be serviced . everything is usually quick and easy . Including purchasing a vehicle . I cant say anything bad other than having a excellent experience with them I will continue to buy and service my vehicles from them . Thank you again guys .

If you dont have much money they are great at workwith you, but youll get your moneys worth. If you call them out for not fixing something correctly they will try and blame you. Took my car for hail damage and a front in crash repair. Both times they half asked parts of the job and I had to take my car somewhere else to get fixed correctly. If you want quality work, look somewhere else. If you just want it repaired Theyre your guys.

J&C gives better service than the larger shops here in San Angelo,I really appreciated theyre timely return of my car, theyre dependableand honest people, plus they do an outstanding job.

Took my car to get fixed, owners were very nice and reasonable they helped me out by not asking for my deductible, I will be taking all my work there and recommend this body shop. Good, honest, hard working people. And I am picky but the work was flawless great job guys

In a world where honesty, integrity, and hardwork are rare these days, its not wrong to want to see the best in companies. Especially local shops where those three are what you rely on for a satisfied customer and what you want to support because it is a local business. Im originally from Austin and I always went to local businesses instead of corporate to help support my community and to help further their customer business. Yet, when I came to this local shop I thought I could trust them because my friend knew them, as well as me assuming that they actually cared about what true customer satisfaction meant to a local customer. I was not satisfied because good customer service does not consist of lying, slandering their customers, being manipulative, and stealing from their customers. On top of doing a terrible terrible job! J & C body shop did not perform their job correctly and when it was brought to attention (such as the hood being black with holes, the bumper they put on being used and immensely dented, the grill being morphed and the headlights popping out if you pushed on it) their owner became very irritated. Later when they fixed it, I stopped by the shop with my friend and when they demanded that I pay more than what was quoted for the work they did supposedly, I asked for the official itemized list of the work they did. The owner then became very hostile and upset when I asked and refused to give me the itemized list then proceeded to threaten to sell my truck. I never refused to pay honesty, hardwork, and time out of J & C repairmen. I refused to pay dishonesty, slander, theft, and poor work. It was a waste of money and if I didnt fight legally for my truck back then I wouldve been taken advantage of. For them not stealing my property, they sure had my canon camera and gave it back when my attorney told them! I am not satisfied and I will never seek business from this local shop again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Please share and know not to go to J & C Body Shop.
