People were very friendly, but my car was there longer then expected, nobody ever called to update me.When I received my car back, the door interior was not put in properly, so my door handle was out of place. Husband had to take off, put back on.We recently had to take off the bumper of my car to fix my fan.. and we see that the body shop did not car to take off any extra zip ties/tape that was not needed. (Maybe parts already came with)Owner was very friendly, great people.

Took my pickup in for body work. They did a good job for what they said. No surprises. It took longer that estimated, but the work was good. They cleaned the inside of the truck. Put my spare underneath. In all good job, fair price.

Texas Lonestar Collision took great care of both me and my new Dodge Ram Laramie. I was one of many who experienced massive hail damage- and normally would have used Buskers for repairs, as I have done in the past. However, upon hearing how long it would take to be seen by them and receiving some positive reviews from people I know regarding the level of service and quality at Texas Lonestar Collision, I decided to check them out. I was immediately assisted by one of the men working in the back and pointed in the right direction. I then met Gary, who took walked me through the process and was very attentive to my needs. I knew I was in the right place. Gary went above and beyond keeping me updated in regards to the progress of my truck. The office staff were courteous and helpful anytime I called in/needed help. I picked up my truck today, and it looks better then when I dropped it off!!! Super super pleased! I am now using them to repair my husband’s truck. Took in girlfriends car in for body work after hailstorm. Had no problems with friendly staff and were readily available. Car was finished on time as they said it would be. Upon arrival as we were inspecting car we noticed light was not replaced and rear spoiler was not mounted correctly. They took car back in and replaced light and halfway attempted to fix spoiler. After two weeks the spoiler came undone. Traded car shortly after so did not return for more rework.

These guys were excellent! Couldn’t have asked for better service. The quality of workmanship and the customer service were far beyond what you normally get out of just your regular body shop these days. The wife and I were very happy, especially with how they handled every detail with the insurance people. All I did was drop off my car, filled out a sheet saying I was dropping the car off, and picked up the car when it was done. Literally that’s all we did. 👍🏽👍🏽💯

I brought my car here to get a new front bumper and I was on a tight budget. The people at Lone Star collision were absolutely amazing. They worked with me on the price and payment plan. They even gave me a ride back home and vacuumed and washed my car for free. Did a EXCELLENT job on my vehicle. Took the car in for repairs from a fender bender. They found mire more damage then the not trained eye could see. Texas Lone Star Collision has to be one of the most courteous best companies Ive ever worked with. This is my first experience using a body shop and I could not be happier and more pleased with the way my van turned out they did an excellent job, and it didnt take very long for them to fix it. They were so honest with the prediction with the amount of time it would take to fix it. when I did have a problem they came out got my van fixed it right away. I live out in Water Valley and I did not want them to have to drive all the way out here to pick it up but they insisted that they didnt mind they picked it up and had it back in no time and all problems were fixed. All of the staff absolutely friendly and very informative i would highly recommend to anyone needing auto body repair.

If I could give this place a negative 5 rating that still wouldnt be bad enough. First off they secretary Tyra which is the owners daughter and her mom are the 2 rudest people ever. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 7 days or less. Finally they called on the like 9th or 10th day to say it was ready. When I picked my vehicle up I drove half a block and I took it right back because I knew the steering wheel turned halfway to the right wasnt right and I new it needed an alignment. I get there and also notice they had not even fixed the dented rim I had either. I told Tyra about the rim not being fixed and she argued with me. She went outside with me to look at it and oh boy what a ditz she is. It took 10 minutes for her to realize that the big dent in the rim and hubcap werent supposed to be there. They said they didnt know it needed an alignment, but I told them everything that was wrong with it, but needless to say between me and my adjuster telling them and writing down what was wrong they still completly missed the rim and alignment. The man owner took it somewhere to get it aligned and brought it back with a new rim and hubcap which wasnt even the hubcap for my vehicle the hubcap was completly all different from the other 3. They assured me they would make it right. As I was driving home I realized my radio was still not working and all my instrument light would keep coming on. I called to tell them and they said I never told them about it and there was nothing wrong with it when they had to move it around at the shop. The next day my vehicle would not start. I called and Tyra just as rude as ever told me there was nothing they could do. I told her they better figure it out because it happened as a result if the accident. I get my vehicle to the dealership and of course just like I told them it needed a new radio and relay switch, but they said it was all working when they had it which was a lie. They still assured me they would make the hubcap right. After a month of calling every week the man owner told me they would send me a check for what the hubcap was worth. 2 weeks go by and no check and no call. When I called Tyra said that they never said they would send a check, but when she asked her stepdad he said yes and Tyra said well I will have to find out from your adjuster. After another couple if days I had to call back again and Tyra said your adjuster said as long as we got it close to matching then we dont have to replace it or send a check. This place is full of very dishonest people and is very trashy. All the other reviews are probably are from family and friends to make their business look good. Its these kind of people that make others not want to shop at locally owned businesses. I definatly do not reccomend taking your vehicle here if you actually want someone to fix it right!!!!!
