We went to another store first. Mike greeted us at the door.Listened to what we were looking for. Showed us what he had and we bought it. We were shopping for an adjustable bed base.I will go here again and hopefully deal with Mike again

We ordered expensive beauty rest mattress and the 900 wave vibrating base on August 2, 21.We had the salesman call the SLC warehouse and verify that had both items in stocks before we paid. The salesman called right in front of us and he verified that the items were in stocks. We had a delivery day for August 9, 21. We got the mattress delivered on August 10, 21 but no base they said it wouldnt be at warehouse until August 17, 2021. We get a phone call on August 17th saying it wont be in until August 20th in the mean time our mattress in on the floor with no base and is very difficult for me to get up out of bed. Very poor management regarding getting their products in for their faithful customers.

Admittedly it was embarrassing when the bunkie board didnt fit in my car, but they advised I could call the salesman to have him reprocess the order for delivery or they could hold it. They held it for me while I quickly rented a U-haul because it was raining 😂 They were very helpful and great sports about it all.

If I could give negative stars I would. My purchase was a nightmare from the beginning. Except the part where they were eager to take my money, that part was the only step without issues. I bought from an online representative. She entered the order in wrong, and after they get your money for the order, they disappear. Any hope of contact with the company was gone. No phone number, no email, no chat (unless youre looking to buy more products, then sales staff are readily available), no contact whatsoever. I submitted a help ticket, but did not hear from anyone for 6 days. 6! Then the day of my scheduled delivery, I had zero contact from anyone. I left vacation early to be home to receive my shipment. I waited all day. They never showed up, and there was no one to contact for help. Submitted another help ticket. 3 days later, finally a response. No apology for not showing up, no explanation, just rescheduled the delivery for another day. When we finally did receive our mattress, we unrolled it to find a tear in the top of it. Could this process get any worse? I will never buy from or recommend this company to anyone.

So disgusting that youve dropped the my pillow line. Ill never purchase another mattress from you again

Lots of options, great sales people. If they have what your interested in on sale, its great.

Easy and quick customer pickup. Staff was friendly and quick to help get a mattress in my vehicle and back on the road. I will opt for this option in the future when purchasing from Mattress Firm.

Negative experience. I had heard that you should avoid dealing with Mattress Firm due to sales tactics that will leave you on the hook for ridiculous cost even if you follow the sleep trial rules, that definitely proved to be the case. Less risk in buying from Costco. ALWAYS check the return policy in great detail and be prepared to take a loss if you dont like your mattress.

Im unlucky enough to carry loads into this place. It is by far the slowest warehouse in utah and maybe the entire west coast. Ive carried stuff to alot of different matt firm warehouses and this one is by far the slowest. One reason they are so slow: they will let a driver sit while they unload dropped trailers..just one reason Im sure there are plenty more.

If there was negative stars I would give it, the sales people here were just that, sales only worried About making the sale, telling us only what we wanted to hear, sold us a fairly expensive mattress that is definitely not what was advertised on the floor as what we were buying. And to top that off they couldnt deliver so we had to tie it to our car to get it home. Ridiculous experience, and after 2 months of trying to take the mattress back etc and getting the run around, I will never go back to this company !

I went to pick up my mattress and the warehouse worker was very rude and wouldn’t stay open 1 minuet after 6 so I could pick up the mattress that day, I only had a truck to pick it up for that day and I called about 10 minuets before they closed and asked if they would wait for me because my maps app said I would get there at 6:01 (they close at 6) and the warehouse worker said “I’m leaving at 6, there’s nothing I can do”. We ended up getting there at 5:50 and the door was already locked (even though I called to let them know I was coming around closing time and got there before they even closed). He ended up letting me in and getting my mattress but seemed very irritated he had to help us.

Companies are defined by how they handle misunderstandings.When we called one of their other stores to order a bed board, she said we could pick it up at this location. When we got here, it wouldnt fit in our truck. They offered to deliver it for us for free the next morning. They gave us 9-noon and they got here at 10:30. The delivery men were very nice and courteous.

Wow,. Went murry location, go see Bill he gave us there best experience we have ever had,. & We got a mattress that was way cheaper then anyone around that area & it was a million more times comfortable,. & The warehouse house got us in and out, even though we lost a box spring on the free & had to order more,. They took care if us with only ten minutes left on thier clock was memorized the whole Mattress Firm experience, . Wanna feel good & down to earth go hear Baby 😎

We worked with Greg to buy our new mattress and he was AMAZING we walked in two minutes after closing which we didnt know then but he was super nice and not pushy at all he showed us the firm mattresses we wanted and even showed us the value section because we were on a budget then helped us check out quickly.
