So a week before we are set to go to Yellowstone, I decided to look around for a new mattress. I searched google and found Bountiful Rest Mattress Co. At first, I thought no way are they going to be able to get a mattress built in less than a week, which was the time we had before we left. However, that is exactly what they did. Now the dilemma was for me to bring down the trailer so it can get measured or take my own measurements. The latter meaning if I measured incorrectly, I have to live with it, but the former would have a full guarantee the measurement would be right. I definitely wanted the full guarantee, but I was way too busy at work to bring the trailer down in time for them to build the mattress. I asked if there was any way they could come out and measure, again thinking no way they would say yes, but then they did and Nisan came out and measured my trailer. They had the mattress completed in less than a week and my wife and I slept like babies during our trip. I can’t begin to tell you how friendly they were and I’m glad my money went to a local company.P.SI’m wishing I bought my home mattress from them too. Very comfortable mattress.

These guys are great to work with! They were very flexible with my schedule. The mattresses that I had them build were done exactly as I asked, and they were so comfortable! They were for my camper, and I have never slept so comfortably in my camper.

We spent a large chunk of change on a beautiful king size mattress that came with a 20 year warranty. Eleven years in and my husband and I have been sleeping in dips for about 5 years. I finally called and was told to bring it in. I explained that it was 11 years old and I did not have the receipt. I was told that they can tell from the mattress how old and to bring it in. I was also told that they could most likely get it done same day if I brought it in early enough. It is 11 years old. It has stains. Humans have oils on their skin and women sometimes start bleeding in the middle of the night and all of this is natural and expected. No one said The mattress has to look brand new or we wont work on it. We drove 40 miles and were told we would have to pay 200 dollars to replace the top of the bed because of health issues and we would be able to pick it up in 5 days. No mattress company anywhere would work on this. and It looks bad. If its been used as a trampoline I will be able to tell and we dont cover that. You didnt tell us there were stains on it. You didnt tell me my warranty is void if I sweat at night! The person on the phone failed to tell me the exceptions to the warranty, wasting my time taking the mattress to them. Then the man at the facility acted like I was the most discussing person in the world because of the stains on my mattress. You dont think I know it is stained!? You dont think that is embarrassing enough without you pointing out how discussed you are?! Im sorry that I let my little girl with Down Syndrome sleep by me sometimes and occasionally she wets out of her pull ups. Im sorry I sweat at night. Im sorry I even asked for you to lay your precious eyes on my discussing mattress.

I purchased a $3000 mattress that was manufactured by Bountiful Rest Mattress Company because they claimed to offer a 20-year warranty. Within a few months, my mattress had developed sagging spots. On closer inspection, I realized the warranty stated that the company would only replace the mattress after an indeterminate number of attempts to repair the problem had failed to work. I was able to arrange for the retailer who sold me the mattress to return it to the manufacturer for repair - it was returned to me the same day in the same condition. Following that, the retailer that I bought the mattress through went out of business, so I had to deal directly with Bountiful Rest Mattress Company for all warranty issues. When I contacted them directly to inquire about my options, I was rudely told that they would not assist me in getting the mattress back to them for a second attempt at repair and suggested that I rent a moving truck to get it to them myself. Long story short (too late?) Ive thrown that $3000 mattress into the back bedroom and have replaced it with a Sears-brand mattress that cost 1/4 the price and hasnt had a single problem. My advice is to stay away from mattresses manufactured by Bountiful Rest Mattress Company, as their warranty isnt worth the paper its printed on.
