I’m like “whoa... my screen protector is trashed, I am going to go in and see if I can get a replacement.” I expected to pay over $30 and nope! It was $10 because I had a ZAGG screen protector already. The tech replaced the damaged screen protector quickly and seamlessly. I was very impressed and super happy to have a clean screen. I’ve had my phones screen covered with a ZAGG protector for years. Often, when I drop my phone, the screen protector will crack but the screen will be just fine. It costs $10 to replace the cover in the store, and they install it themselves so I don’t need to mess with it. Much better than replacing my screen through Apple care. A+!

One the cleanest stores you could walk into right now. They provide great service. But there employees aren’t too enthusiastic. I’ve worked in customer service for a very long time, so I understand the difficulty of feeling enthusiastic everyday, especially Christmas Eve. But personality is a great characteristic that should come out with customers to help them feel more comfortable with your service. Other than the boring atmosphere, these stores are wonderful and have great products.

Went to get 3 phones fixed with glass guard and was taken care of very professionally. They always do a great job!

Staff was polite. Greeted me as soon as I arrived. My Apple Watch screen bubbled after being recently placed and the staff assisted with replacement and provided a tool for me to continue to use if bubbles re-emerge.

I was so sad when I cracked my phone by dropping it on the cement. But when I went to Zagg and they removed my protective cover, I was so happy to see that only their screen had cracked. My phone looks like new with a new protector installed! Beat $69 I spent!

I went in to get the tempered glass on my screen removed and replaced. The guy did it in less than 5 minutes and it was only $10! I also got a new phone case there. So quick and easy, and much better than going to my phone company and dealing with them trying to upgrade me or sell me something. Highly recommend!

How can you go wrong with Zagg screen protectors? $40 -$50 Initial charge and then unlimited replacements for $10.00. I just had mine replaced. The guys there were fast friendly and professional.

Been to this location tons of times for screen cover replacements. They always do a good job. Had another great visit today where the employee really took his time and made sure it was an excellent quality install. Definitely recommend.

I love Zagg! Apple doesn’t replace much... and for an accident prone person like myself, I drop my phone a lot and need new screen protectors often. Zagg was the best solution- I bought the screen protector service for a one time fee and when I need it replaced I just pay a small fee for them to put a new one on. They are high quality protectors and the service is always fast and friendly.

Brought my phone in under a Squaretrade warranty to get the screen replaced. The Tech warned me that the rear-glass often breaks during the repair. It did. It got weird when I was given the choice to have my phone back as-is, or was asked to file a new claim. Luckily Squaretrade waived the $85 deductable, and after 13 days, I got my phone back (due to the part not being in-stock.) I dont blame the employees, who were nice and doing their best, it just seems like the business itself is a bit broken and disorganized.

Beware, You pay over $50 for a screen protector that will last maybe 2 months. I have had my replaced with a fee each time. Now every Zagg store is out of replacements screens.
