I had an excellent experience with Buehner Marble & Granite! Right from the start, Gwen was responsive to my questions (and patient!!), and she gave me quotes for all the options I asked about. She responded to my emails almost immediately and went above and beyond to help me get the right granite at a great price. Then, it was less than a week for the template guy to come out, who was very nice and entertained my curiosity about the process. After that, it was only about 4 days until the granite arrived and was installed! I was expecting at least another two weeks, but this was amazing. The installers were polite, professional, and excellent at their job. I highly recommend this company, especially Gwen! She deserves a raise! :)

Not impressed with this Company. The sales folks were great, but after that the experience was marginal. When the installers showed up (3 hours after we were told they would arrive) the sink didn’t fit and I was requested to make the necessary cuts for proper fit up as they said “we are not cabinet guys”. Make sure your tools are charged when their installers arrive. Not impressed with the representative who coordinated the work. Not likely to use them again.

Service was fantastic from the beginning process of selection to the final installation. I couldn’t have asked for more excellent care! I highly recommend them for their knowledge of products, high quality installation and professionalism.

We just built a new home and wanted to finish the basement with a kitchenette and bathroom.We had received two other bids for the work. Buehner Marble & Granite was the best bid of three and they could match the existing stone in the house.I would highly recommend them and best of all they were on time and for the price they proposed!!!👍

I am just warning anyone who buys from this place>>>> beware we purchased the low price gray granite counter top from this company. the initial attraction was the price point. After some revisions and some haggling we agreed on a price which as it turns out is very close to every one else. When the sales woman talked about the joinery of the slabs she talked about a vacuum process with a vacuum machine. I never saw a vacuum machine or anything like that during the installation process. (Supposedly the machine creates a better tighter seal ) after the installation upon closer inspection there were several spots on the edge joint where there was some sort of gray material in or around the edges where it appears the chipped edges were filled with what appears to me to be some sort of synthetic filler. It does not match the granite. The edges where the slabs are joined together appears to me to be wide, probably the widest joints I have ever seen on any granite top. We made an appointment to have Tanner, the Manager come and take a look. Tanner is a tall muscular fellow with a quiet but intimidating stance .He never made any threats he was quiet polite and even offered me a bottle of sealer for my trouble. Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the material was imported and comes with prefinished edges. Tanner was nice and polite, he explained that the material was budget material and he was not able to make any adjustments for us. just beware as in most cases you get what you pay for. Now we get to pay for a professional to come do it correctly and all that money we saved will go into another companys pocket.

Truly a pleasant experience working with Half Priced Granite & Buehner Marble. We have BEAUTIFUL, high quality granite for a great price. The office staff was helpful and courteous in person as well as over the phone. We will definitely purchase granite from them again in the future. Two thumbs up!

We had quartz countertops installed through these guys and they did a terrific job! They were courteous, professional, and efficient. We would definitely recommend and use them again!

Some lifting issues came up with the counter in the windows sill behind our sink. Karen and Tanner came up with a great solution that added a shelf in the sill, that sealed off great and looks better than before.

OK, so I was looking up the number for Buehner Marble & Granite and noticed several negative reviews. I was honestly surprised because I have done 3 kitchens and 2 bathrooms with them over the past 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have very good granite options and very good prices. They show up when they say they will, and they do very good install work. I started using them for some rental properties after having a bad experience with a competitor (Ogdens) and now I will never go anywhere else. If you ever have any problems, just ask for Lisa. Shes awesome and will take the time to work out a good solution.

This company will trick you into things you wouldnt know, would ignore phone calls when they messed up TWICE, and sloppy installing job. They said they knew they sent the cracked discolored one because we got their clearance stuff, then said they had no right to tell us about it because its the older stuff. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, YOUTUBE WILL TEACH YOU BETTER!!!!!!!SHADY

Wanted to stop by to compare some prices- I felt very uncomfortable. We didn’t have our measurements- we got the measurements- but they would like a drawing done- that’s what they require- The older lady seem really nice but very stressed- total waste of time-

We have had Half Price Granite do our kitchen counters and all three bathroom counter tops. We have had a positive experience, every time, from our visit to the showroom to our installation and everything in between. When comparing the price with other places it really was half price.

We wanted to get some new countertops for our home. So I called several companies to get some bids. We decided on half-price granite. They showed up on time, were well prepared with all of the right equipment they needed to get the job done. They took the time to leveled the countertops. Made sure we were happy with it before they left. It all turned out great. We were so happy with everything that when our other home needed new countertops, we knew who to call and we got the same great service again. We are customers for life!Lee M

DON’T buy ANYTHING from Buehner. I’ve spoke with three reps and they’re all very rude and dishonest. Especially Karen! It has taken 4 months to have someone come out and fix our damaged countertop and botched caulk job (we would have done the caulk ourselves but were told we would void our warranty). They finally have someone come out and they caulked all around our kitchen with the wrong color. The original color is white and they caulked the random spots with grey. When I called to tell Karen she wouldn’t return my calls. I had to call 5 times and all she said was to deal with our home builder and that she is no longer going to help us. It was Buehners technician. On top of that she lied to our home builder liaison telling them we were happy with the job and the color. That was a blatant lie. The reviews here speak for themselves. Don’t waste your time or money with this shady company.

We have had great experiences with Buehner! The service has always been timely and when we have questions or concerns about the granite or the installation they have been very quick and responsive.

Buehner Marble just installed my new Quartz countertop (star white) and 50/50 low-divide sink and we were very pleased with the entire process! The price was fair, and Im happy with the end results. The saleswoman we worked with was very patient with us while we tried to decide on the perfect material, making many edits to our quote as we went through many this is THE ones before finally choosing. She was very responsive as well, making it possible to communicate mainly via email. While getting a new countertop isnt a hurry until you have no kitchen sink, Buehner did their best to install as quickly as possible - even getting us in a day earlier than expected (a welcome surprise!!). The install did not cause any mess at all, but they laid down a cloth on the floor - just in case. (They also considerately wiped their feet on the door mats before entering the house.) A previous review mentioned lack of a vacuum seal for the seams, but they absolutely used this method on my install. I plan on calling Buehner again when its time to replace my bathroom counters.

My father and I were very excited to see that they had $25 sq/ ft & 25 yr warranty deal . We came in and they barely had any options in stock for the $25 sq/ ft deal . We finally came to an alternative option, because we thought we were getting a deal . We had her draw up us an estimate and it was a little over $1,300 . With all ridiculous added fees it came out to bearound $60 sq/ ft . We ended up going down the street to a much better place that gave us what we wanted including the type of granite we wanted for $930 . I do not recommend this place .

Worst customer service. This caused us to not buy anything. After reading the reviews here, I am so glad we didnt follow through. Even if it was $20/sqft. I dont have her name, but she was an older lady maybe late 40s. Regardless, her attention to customers was clearly illustrating a lack of interest. Little did she know, we were ready to buy, even spend more than our budget. Regardless, she paid no mind, answered questions in short and rude. She even got irritated when we mixed up some pricing on some stones.She then disappeared for about 10 minutes. She wasnt on a call or emails. I saw her through the office window. We were the only customers there since we arrived. She didnt even try to sell us. I did see her Pandora playing. It was even close to closing time.We quickly left. I can tell by their salesmanship that they care about nothing. I will gladly echo the negative reviews.

Technician was nice but the job was done poorly. When I reached out to their customer service they were rude and unhelpful. I spoke with Karen the office manager and she was no help at all. I would go elsewhere for your business.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I called to be sure someone would be available to meet with us to design and price a custom vanity. I was told to come in Friday afternoon and there would be someone there to help. When we arrived we met with someone who said they could help us, so we picked out a vanity style and some granite. When we asked for price we were told the person who does the pricing was not in but would get back with us in a few days, probably by Wednesday of the following week with a bid. That was on August 12th and we still havent heard back from them. I called and left a message at the office with whoever answered the phone because Kelby was never in. Then I left a message on Kelbys cell phone and still no response from him. They could have at least had the courtesy to call and say the job was too small or something instead of just ignoring us. Terrible experience.

We have had them fabricate and install stone for our kitchen and bathrooms and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Very disappointed with their customer service. We got our counters installed 3 days before Christmas. I called in two days prior to install and asked if I needed to take everything out of my cabinets or if they will get dirty. The front lady put me on hold while asking someone then told me theyd be fine and I didnt need to do that. When the installers got there I asked them the same question and they said the same thing as the office. I still layed towels and they STILL got dirty!!! I called in to pay the remaining amount and all they said was it was in the contract and they are sorry someone told me that. Horrible customer service!!!

Quality workmanship at a great price and done right!

Remodeled our kitchen and used Beuhner to get a good amount of beautiful satin finish Brown Fantasy. They did an excellent job every step of the way.

Not worth the price you pay -- pass on this company and look elsewhere for your countertop needs. They pull a bait and switch with advertised prices. They told me they didnt have any $25/sq ft granite in stock they advertised and it would be months before they had it in. Their next options are in the $35+ range. Their installation is terrible. Even on smaller countertop sections they will use multiple seams, in order to maximize the usage of their granite slabs. This results in a very non-congruent look with the grains of the granite. I called them to have them come out and review, which they did, but then will not return my call after 3 weeks and havent made an attempt to replace one small section (a compromise really that Ive even afforded them) to make it look more congruent. Look elsewhere.

If you want a shotty install multiple seams and extremely poor quality contact Julene Price at Buehner Marble & Granite. After inspecting the install on our new construction home I was absolutely appalled at the extremely poor quality on the installation of the countertops. In places the 4 back splash didnt line up or were cut too short. The countertops in places were gapped from the wall more than 1/4. Material of different thicknesses were used leaving a seam far too noticeable. The pricing on the material was ridiculously high in comparison to other reputable places. Heres a tip, nobody templates by hand any more they use laser templating. If you need countertops pass in Buehner Marble & Granite!
