I run a daycare. We had Utah Design Center install laminate, tile and carpet in our previous house and the quality of their products withstood all the messes that come with little ones! When we moved to our current home there was no doubt we would use them for our flooring again. Can’t wait to use them when we remodel our kitchen next year! Great products and service.

The folks at Utah Design Center and their products are second to none. We brought our project to them late in the game when another national big box supplier treated us to delay after delay to the point that we were frustrated and disappointed. We called Utah design Center and they picked things up where we were and supplied us with materials both carpet and vinyl plank flooring which was exceptional and had it installed as fast as we were ready to do it before the holidays, and at an overall price less than what we were quoted by the prior company. We are so impressed with them and grateful for their professional and excellent service to us.

Dee and the staff that took care of my home went above and beyond to make sure our floor was perfect. I felt they cared as much about my home as I did. This is something you cannot say about all businesses. We were dealing with a tight time frame and they were so responsive and worked with my builder seamlessly. If you are concerned at all about customer centric philosophy, look no further than Utah Design Center.

Installed my carpet in an Arive home we had built. Carpet was installed over debris on the floor, probably drywall? The warranty department was great to come fix some gashes the install crew left, but I cant recommend a company that doesnt clean before laying down flooring. Warranty Dept said they couldnt do anything about the drywall lumps except beat them with a hammer. Dee is FANTASTIC to work with in terms of warranty repair, but I wouldnt use this company again because of the lack of cleaning.

The service I received was amazing. The Design Center helped me to select my flooring and color scheme. They answered any concerns I had. The workers that laid my flooring were friendly. I had the flooring done around the holidays and they would bring in my Amazon packages so they wouldn’t get stolen. The workmanship was beautiful. I am extremely pleased with the experience.

Ive used Utah Design Center for my clients and specifically have worked with Kayla each time. She has been fantastic to work with. Claudia and Shane were amazing to work with during our new-build. When our tile guys dropped the ball they both really went to bat for us and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. In an industry of cutting corners and lack of transparency, UDC was a breath of fresh air. It was nice to actually have someone on our side (pictures to come).
