Loved the personal experience. Great showroom large selection. Respectful new employees. Thank God they got rid of the thief Cody Mill who was also very rude and smelled like pot. I drove hours from out of town to come into this 9-5 establishment. I called prior and they are open regular hours but once I arrived the doors were closed and it looked empty. I called the cell phone on the door and the owner Michael told me they were appointment based only.Wasted my entire time and he was extremelyrude like as if I was supposed to know.Just know they are not open to the public without an appointment.

Was told that they were willing and able to take on a custom design, and sounded extremely eager to do so. I told Michael on multiple occasions during our discussions that I was looking for a very specific design and was reassured that he would be able to do it. When I sent pictures of styles that I liked, expecting to get a response with maybe an request to set up an appointment to more specifically communicate the idea. I received nothing for 3 weeks till I sent one last email asking if this was still something they could work with me on. Finally, I got a simple email response, with no name stating who in the company it was from, that basically told me they were in fact incapable. Thanks, maybe you should have lead with that!If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional to wait 3 weeks to tell someone that you can not take on a job.

I needed a small job done last year. Removal of an upper cabinet to install a very tall fridge and replace with a matching panel. Was quoted one thing and then the price doubled. I guess the white was hard to match and since it was a small job they needed to make it worth their while. The price was not outrageous but it should have been correct from the start. It also took quite a bit longer to complete which delayed our fridge install. And then he didnt go with the exact dimensions that were given. He said the fridge would need breathing room. This was in fact incorrect and I had to have another company come back and add additional trim which cost me a few hundred extra dollars. They also were not super professional. I gave three stars because the end result looked good but the professionalism would keep me from hiring again.
