Scott in the service department was able to take care of my bike the same day and while I waited. They also discovered an issue I wasn’t aware of caused by a different dealership and were able to take of that in the same visit. As I pulled up to the service department, I was greeted outside. Total quality. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in quite some time by any company. Great job guys! Take your bike here for service, they’ll take care of you.

The staff here is awesome!!!!!!! 5 stars is not a high enough rating for the service they give. The entire sales, parts, and service department are exceptional!!! I bought my first Street Glide here and had such a great experience that my brother, nephew,and a close friend have all now purchased bikes from them and are just as satisfied!!!

Walked in without an appointment and Zach Mellin was the first to approach me. I was unsure about what I wanted, but his patience and advice/product knowledge helped me pinpoint the bike I wanted. Even though I was concerned about my credit situation he still sat me down and discussed the details of me financing this bike. Tag teaming me with his sales manager Greg Bear I am happy to say that I am the proud owner of a brand new Lowrider S. Leave any feelings you may have about sales staff at the door, these people will treat you like family and make sure you are completely satisfied as I was this evening. Thank you Zach and Greg!

I had a deer hit my bike, damaging the fuel tank and some other parts. I had called Rommel HD Delmarva to see if they could do an estimate for repairs and send it to my insurance company. They told me I could bring it in the next day and they would take care of it. They had an estimate done and sent off to my insurance company in a few days and had caught things that were damaged that I had missed. After my parts came in they had them put on very promptly and got my bike back to me. I was very happy with my experience and cannot recommend Rommel HD Delmarva enough, especially Scott Mitchell and the service department. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Walked in in old clothes and a kane from a recent hip surgery had good selection of bikes looked around not one person asked if they could help me waited around 20min they dont know me but feel like they judged me by site not knowing that I already have 6 bikes and enjoy collecting them or if I have money or not really dont see them surviving if they dont treat the customer differently I get up in the morning and put my pants on just like they do 1 leg at a time and go to work only differences is that I own two businesses and treat my customers the same. Way I want to be treated equal wont be returning here

My boyfriend and I were in town visiting, and stopped by Rommel Delmarva on the way to Ocean City to check out the new dealership. What a wonderful location! The store set up is great! Love the water tower outside. The staff is all VERY friendly and helpful. We were greeted by every one we came across. Macy in the clothing department is AMAZING! She was so sweet, and her positive demeanor was infectious. My old helmet got damaged on the ride down, so I needed a new one. Macy helped me pick out the best one to suit my wants and needs, and even got me a few sizes to try on to be sure it fit perfectly. She also showed us around, after mentioning it was our first time there. Needles to say we ended up leaving with much more than a helmet lol. Thank you to the Rommel staff, and especially Macy, for our great experience at your dealership. We will definitely be back, and will tell all of our friends!

So thankful for Scott Mitchell! I left my beloved and sentimental bell attached to my FatBoy when I traded it in. The next day, when I realized I had left it, I was heartbroken . Scott found the bike, cut the bell off, hunted me down and returned it to me :) GREAT customer service !!

Christmas eve I went to get my dad some gifts....I saw the dog tags and he just got a puppy so I added it on to his stuff! They said the longest it would be is two weeks.....here we are over two months and still no tag and no answer as to why! Ive called management multiple times and they promise to handle it and call back but never do! Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service!!!!

Was on vacation and missed my bike, so what does an HD owner do... Go visit another HD . I had full intention of dropping $700. The girl in the clothing department seemed like she couldnt care less. I asked her about clothes I wanted and saw online and made zero effort to help. I left with buying a leather vest, I get home and notice didnt take the sensor off!! Super frustrating. The only reason i gave this location stars is because of the guy behind the parts counter. Wish I remember the guys name, big burly guy that made the experience great. Super knowledgeable and gave me some great history that I never knew. His service was 5 star . Wish the clothing was same experience .

Treated with 1-Star service today. Actually with no service.It was far from crowded.The salespersons approached every other patron in the building including those that came in after me - except for me. One couple that just walked in, sauntered over to the FXDR that I had been standing next to for 5 minutes while waiting for assistance and were greeted quickly by a long-bearded salesperson that quick-stepped it from an office just to introduce himself to them and ask if they needed help.Wow.I have never felt less welcome at any dealership.I was the qualified cash buyer, FYI. That couple left within minutes. Then I left shortly after and still hadnt been approached by a Rommel employee.

I was casually thinking of upgrading my bike for a couple of years when my wife and I went to Rommel HD. We were greeted by Shane and I told him I was not currently going to buy a bike now but possibly in a couple months. I told him I had a metric cruiser Id like to trade in. He asked what I was interested in and I told him Id like an Ultra of some type. I told him what price range I wanted and we left . Over the next three months Shane occasionally would send me a text, with info on what they currently had, or to say hes still looking out for what I wanted. I then noticed a potential bike I may like on their site but it was at their Annapolis store. I went to their web site to value my trade, which gave me a trade range.I got in touch with Shane, he knew what bike I was considering. He suggested I come in and hed run some numbers and see what my options would look like. It sounded possible, I also worked with Jack, the general manager (helpful and professional) and we negotiated the value I felt my trade was worth. Shane offered to transport the bike to the Seaford store for me to see and inspect. He also went over the bike explaining its features and operating traits. I then took a ride, it rode great and looked nice. Next I went to Jason, the business manager(considerate and professional) who walked me through the final steps of the paper work. Shane then gave me the tour, meeting other members of the Rommel team in other departments. I had a good no pressure buying experience. Im now the proud owner of a low mileage 2014 Ultra Classic.

If i could leave a 0 star rating i would.... purchased a brand new 2017 harley during their pick your freedom sales promotion and they wouldnt honor the promotion talking about theres not enough profit left in the bike for you to qualify for any of the three options for this promotion....... very unhappy with the whole sales experience if i would of had a different closer harley dealer to bought from i would have.. never will these people see any of my money again

Took motorcycle in for new rear shocks and new rear tire. They charged for a 40 point safety inspection also. So Second day of a 21 day ride stopped by another HD shop in Indiana for intermittent check engine light. They found the shift linkage loose, they didnt reinstall the brackets for exhaust and didnt clear old codes from system. Seaford was only to have the bike one business day and ended up keeping it four days. Before this dealership was purchased it was our go to service center now do not go all the old mechanics have left.

Harley Davidson is a Machine and machines have problems. I bought a used bike from Rommel a few years ago and there were a lot of problems with it. They went out of their way to try to make the Ultra Classic right but, to no avail it was not happening. After speaking with Roady we came to an agreement. He traded me to a newer bike and got me a good deal. Any problems I had with service was addressed and fixed. Other than clothing being pricey over all I would recommend Rommel of Seaford to anyone looking to upgrade their ride.

Beginning this past summer I started to work with Zac Rowe at Delmarva Rommel Harley-Davidson. I was looking to purchase a Fat Boy and overtime one came into the dealership he would call me and let me know. Then the new 2018 Softails and like many others the new Fat Boy caught my eye. I was told at the dealership by Zac during Bike Week that there was one at the Convention Center and I went to see it. Upon seeing it I knew I wanted one. Finally a new one came into the dealership and Zac called me to let me know. I went in to see it on Oct. 21 and we began to negotiate. It took most of the afternoon and help from Shane, and the general manager Jack. but the final deal was exemplary and I rode away happily on my new Fat Boy. Thank you Zac for all your hard work!

Im sorry to say that Rommels is not the place to buy your bike.... I found the CVO I wanted. A $37,000 bike. I saw it on the 23rd, talked to Tony. Came back the 24th and showed my wife. She liked it. I emailed Tony with pictures of my trade with all the info. Tony never responded to me. I rode from Pennsylvania to the store on the 30th to see Tony and the bike. Dan asked to help me, I said that Im here to see Tony, Tony is smoking right now, Ill wait. Tony walks in 5 minutes later, straight to his desk, 4 feet from Dan, 20 feet from me, as I stand with the bike. Both guys ignore me. Right in front of them. They are doing nothing at their desks. Do I have to beg Tony to sell me a $37,000 bike?I walked out 15 minutes later.

Over the years, and 3 bikes, I have not had a pleasant experience untill the dealership changed hands to Rommel. Although I have over the years had to resort to doing ALL my own repairs, the parts department has ALWAYS gone out of their way to be helpfull and respectfull. On one occasion last year, after leaving with the parts I purchased, I even called and spoke to the store manager to compliment the staff from the front door...to the parts department. Finally employees with knowledge and work ethics !!!!!!!!
