Where do I even begin! I believe 5 stars is being modest for Delmarva Power Sports, I need a 10+ option. I’d like to first thank Mike Vane, the best most humble, and welcoming salesmen I’ve ever met. This man could sell water to a fish! LOL but seriously I came from Delaware all the way to Salisbury, MD because of how honest and forthcoming he was about the process, we did the first half of the process over the phone and even though I wasn’t present I knew I could trust him. When I finally arrived I was greeted instantly by Charles, it felt genuine and familiar like being welcomed in to someone’s family with open arms. Before he even KNEW whether I was buying anything or not he was concerned if I’d need any help and let me know he was there if I needed anything, come to find out he ended up being the gentlemen who walked me through the process of lowering my bike as well as the front and the kickstand. Back to Mike, when we met face to face it was like talking to an old friend who you’d trust with everything. I’m 5’0 and he assured me he’d work very hard along with the service/parts department to ensure I could comfortably but also safely ride my new bike. Noah who is in the finance department was also a big help, I’ve never seen a buying process be done so smoothly yet thoroughly with great prices before in my LIFE, even when I bought cars. Lastly I’d like to thank Clark who explained the bike to me and the functions without making me feel inept, thank you to James who helped me look for gear, thank you to David in service for doing an AWESOME job safely lowering the motorcycle for me, and the rest of the staff at Delmarva Power Sports, if you want a motorcycle dealer that you can trust go get the job done and also feel welcomed, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!!! I worked with Grant as my sales rep and he was great; i put a $100 deposit down on a new 2021 Yamaha Grizzly 700 special edition model and waited about 2.5 months for it to arrive (was slow because of Covid restrictions on all brands). When the ATV finally came in, it has some minor damage from shipping which was resolved immediately by the dealer. They reached out to the manufacturer for me and got replacement parts for anything that showed wear or damage via shipping, all the way down to extra stickers/rivets/screws for me to keep on hand FREE of charge.Grant was super down to earth and even offered some drinks during our wait periods. The business maintenance guy is a real cool guy as well. Cant recommend this place enough as a newer ATV owner.

Absolute 5 star experience all the way. I struggled for months to find the best side by side for the uncontested best value. I never had the answer until I called Mike at Delmarva. He beat my hometown prices by more than a little bit. I do not drive 8 hours round trip for a good deal. It had better be a killer deal, and it was!! Have taken my bike here a couple times for some work. Tires, chain, sprockets, etc. Though I would highly recommend going elsewhere for any sort of mechanical work.The first time I was told my Neutral Light was broken, and my throttle was sticking when I went to pick it up, and they tried to charge me to fix it. I popped it into first, then back into neutral and it worked fine. Revved it a few times, and nothing was sticking. Granted the connection for the neutral light was slightly loose, so I fixed that, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.The 2nd time I took it in for some new rubber, nice and simple, but they didnt not set the lock nuts on the chain adjustment and the tire was wobbling, and the chain was dangling. Let me tell you, fixing this on the side of the road, after paying a shop and arm and a leg, makes for a fantastic end of the day.The Last time I took it in for a Sprocket & Chain job. Low and behold, not only did they again not set the lock nuts on the chain, but they also stole the rear hub dampers out of my tire!3 Strikes boys!I believe you owe me a full set of dampers, or the price I just had to replace them for. ($81.00)

These guys are absolutely phenomenal, Im from Colorado and purchased a motorcycle while down in MD because they had a great deal on my dream bike. They were awesome to work with in store, and even better after the fact. I was a bit worried about the registration process with it being my first out of state purchase but they stayed right on top of it, got everything filed correctly and went above and beyond ensuring everything was good to go.I cant speak highly enough of them, I only wish they were closer so I could refer more people over to them.A++

Bought my Vulcan S650 last year from them. Paul (sale rep)was little busy so he didt offer me to try what reach I need for my bike, but he decided I need the extended one. At the end it was a good call. Bought parts, exhaust, passenger seat etc. This year I went back and asked if they wanted to buy the bike back, I talked to Chuck (i guess the owner) and while checking my bike he told me that he likes my new bike, an Indian Scout Bobber and the Vulcan doesnt sound that good, it doesnt have a big enough engine, etc.... I was surprised that the same product, when they tried selling it to me last year, was THE PERFECT bike, but when about to buy it back, the bikes engine and sound is not a great one. Same product! Took it to Diamond Motor Sport in Dover, DE, where I found professional people, who treated me fair, not thinking just how to get as deep as possible in my pocket. The feeling when you go to Delmarva Power Sport is that they are always in a hurry, never giving the proper time and attention to the customers, it feels that are always in need of personnel. Maybe another person on the floor will bring more attention to the customers. Anyway, worst experience ever. Sad.

We flew from Hampton Va, to purchase a bike at the last min. The entire staff was so so amazing, friendly, and quick with the sale. We could not be more pleased with a motorcycle purchase. Highly recommend for for purchasing a new motorcycle and all your service needs. I purchased a new MT-07 and had a few quirks come up when I got the bike home. I gave them a call and got the bike up to them, the next day I had phone calls giving me updates on what was going on with the bike ( brand new battery was bad ). I think every single person in the whole building came to talk to us about something or another throughout the day. Everyone was just really friendly and at no point, even during the finance process, did I ever feel they were trying to push something on me or trying to get me to spend more money. Paul was our sales advisor and did a really good job of making us feel comfortable and making sure we were taken care of. We were interested in a bike that wasnt currently on the showroom floor and Paul made sure it was put together, clean, and ready to go for when we walked in the door. No one goes to a shop looking forward to the negotiation process, but Paul did a great job of giving me a price that I felt was fair right off the bat and honestly better than I thought they would do. I bought a used 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 650 from Delmarva about 3 months ago. The salesman was very nice and respectful and even offered to lower the price without having to haggle! I think his name was Mike, but I am horrible at remembering names. I do remeber that he was one of the owners sons. He was by far the best vehicle salesman Ive ever dealt with. No pressure to buy or any tactics, just a straightforward guy. The owner was a great down to the earth guy who was very nice and honest about the bike. The bike was in pristine condition and only had 1500 miles on it. They sold it to me for a steal. The buying process was quick and painless and they were very accommodating. His other son I remeber was the mechanic who showed me all the details of how to operate and maintain the bike. He was very nice and patient with questions(this is my first motorcycle.) All in all, this place is a great family operated dealership with very nice and respectful people. I was suspicious for them selling such a great bike for so cheap, but Ive already put over 3000 miles on the bike without a single problem. This is the best dealership experience Ive ever had. Even know I live about 3 hours away, I hope to be a lifetime customer. I know where Im going when Im looking for my next bike! Thanks for taking mercy on a newbie Delmarva!
