Worst service. I called amd spoke with them 4 seperate times about my atv. Was told I needed yr or serial number. Drove 40 min to stand in line for almost an hr for them to take my number and say the will call me and I can pay over the phone. If they could do that then why tell me I had to come in...I had all the info when I called. I still dont know when or if they are ordering the part and whe. I asked before I left twice they ignored me and talked to somebody else and I just walked out. Waste of my time and morning!

I have purchased 2 scooters from Motts brand new since 2018. The first one is a 50cc and straight out the door had problems with it. I fixed it myself. The second one is a 150cc and the same thing. Straight out the door and it bogs out on me. They did fix it from bogging out. And not to mention as I just paid $1,600 for the 150cc they wheel it out with gas stains all over the side of it. Had to take the 150cc back again because the steering was extremely loose. They fixed that. As of right now the muffler has came loose from the engine. As well as other parts falling off. Less than 2000 miles so far. There is a reason why Motts only has a 30 day warranty. You have been worned.

Good place to go if you need chinese parts in a hurry if you feel $20 for a possibly faulty ignition coil is fair. If you are not in a hurry I highly suggest you save the $ and buy a complete electrical kit with harnesses, switches, and even the spark plug for $35 on Amazon.

These people have been really good to me on the sale if my new pony 150 on work on some very minute bugs I had when new and again today when I had an issue. They are goid people. They are knowledgeable and have great service

Darian and Mark, both have been a extreme pleasure to do business with. I just bought a moped from MOTTS 5 days ago, got a good deal on a new helmet and even got insurance there, all in one place. I even went to MOTTS today to check about getting an oil change and just barely got inside the doors and Mark walked up and was more than willing to help me. I have known Darian from 40 years ago and I feel as though he is a man that can be trusted. FORGET THE REST, GO TO MOTTS

After several days of considering a new Hyosung Motorcycle, I found Motts Powersports through an Internet search and I was pleased to find a dealer locally. After talking with Darion over the course 2 or 3 days, I purchased a new GT650 Naked/white and the bike is outstanding! Darion was knowledgeable, patient, and listens well. My phone calls were always returned if they couldnt answer when I called, I had many questions throughout the process and my emails were always answered in a timely manner as well.............. I was never pushed and made my own decision....................... I requested financing and Motts had more than one option for a lender. Everything worked out just fine and the links on their web page was all I needed to start the application....... My new motorcycle is truly exceeding my expectations. The value/performance ratio of the Hyosung is outstanding and Darion made sure all was perfect with it before I picked it up. The GT650 is quicker on take off and better in the curves than my Honda VFR800 which I still own. I highly recommend Motts Powersports to anybody looking for a new Motorcycle.
