Great business. I had them repair an ATV I bought online and Im glad I did. People at the service desk were very knowledgeable, honest, and fair priced. The mechanic who fixed it helped me load it and took a few minutes to go over everything. You dont get this kind of service a lot anymore..

Awesome place! Staff very knowledgeable and attentive. Answered all my questions. After countless hours of internet research I narrowed my choices down to two scooters, popped in and wouldnt you know they had both of them side by side for final comparisons. They also have lots of gear including helmets, gloves etc. Dont buy without visiting Shore Cycles first!

Since I bought a scooter from them the owners have continued to expand, offering more and more to the customers from scooters, to storage, to helmets and accessories. they usually add EXACTLY what I need from cold gear to new stylish eyewear. I adore the staff because theyre really dedicated to their job, theyre always thinking of new ways to service the customers and always go the extra mile for you.When I first came to Salisbury, I was being robbed blind from overuse of taxis. Now, I can go most anywhere for less than $4 a week. The cost of scooter insurance, gas and checkups are basically nothing in comparison to buying a car or footing taxi bills. I was able afford this without any help from anyone else, which was important to me because I cant afford to waste any money.Other scooter places I visited charged an insane amount for the the most basic scooter. I was able to buy an attractive, powerful and safe scooter for less than the most basic packages in another scooter store. I bought my scooter from them about two years ago and it can withstand almost anything.My scooter has been a blessing, its paid for itself over and over and I credit College Scooters for selling it to me and continuing to maintain it for me. Both in Salisbury and in College Park.Great service, amazing scooters, fun and practical accessories, and its more affordable than anywhere else.

I would rate this shop as highly effective for multiple reasons. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, affordable. I made several calls in the Salisbury area to get my Tao Tao serviced and the technicians (at other shops) were unsure and hesitant on how to diagnose the issue I was describing. Shore Cycles was meticulous to research the root cause, fix for the long term and suggest ways to prevent the issue or other issues from happening as a long term owner. The technicians kept me abreast to the information and called me before there were were any additional charges. I am elated with the results and I highly recommend using them for any or all issues.

I scheduled an appointment via email to come see/buy a Kawasaki Ninja 250 at Shore Cycles USA. My contact person was John Churchman. John and I communicated back and forth via email and phone quite fine initially. On the day of my scheduled appointment set for 1pm, I arrived at 12:55pm, 5 minutes BEFORE my scheduled time! Yet, John broke the news that he actually sold the motorcycle 5-10 minutes before I walked-in. NEVER ONCE did I call or email John to say that I wasnt coming to see/buy the bike! What gives??? I guess thats how they do business? According to their website, and VM recording, due to COVID-19 all in-store visits had to be appointment based; yet, John explained that the motorcycle was sold to a car dealer who worked at a dealership next to Shore Cycles USA. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED BY SHORE CYCLES USAs MISHANDLING OF MY APPOINTMENT, as well as their overall business practice. In my early communications with John I EXPLAINED THAT ID BE COMING FROM PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY, MD. TO SALISBURY, MD. (2 hours away). Despite this, and the fact that I arrived early, the bike was gone before my appointment. No call, text, email, or anything to even say SORRY.In fact, I was told by John that because he didnt hear back from me after I had already called and spoke to him at 11:30 when I was on the way, but stopping at my brothers so that I could borrow his pick-up (to load the motorcycle onto); he figured I wasnt coming. THE PHONE LINE WAS BUSY!!!! I CALLED REPEATEDLY AND COULDNT GET THRU. ON TOP OF THAT, I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT I WAS NOT LATE TOO! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHORE CYCLES USA OR JOHN CHURCHMAN AS A CONSULTANT.

I have been a good customer for years but after my last experience, I am never going back. My third service on my bike under the warranty was $200 more that either of the first two services for virtually the same work. When I complained, they told me they had undercharged me twice for the first two services. Therefore, Shore Cycles either made huge mistakes on my first two services or I got hosed on the third service, which incidentally coincided with the move to the new location. I could see a small increase but not paying more that twice the amount of the first two services. Apparently, supporting Shore Cycles for years has proven futile.

Seen them grow from a smaller shop to where they are now and its been due to their great work. Great shop. Great customer service. Go there all the time and never disappointed. Stop by and check them out sometime.

The Shore Cycles crew are the only people I trust with my motorcycle. It is always superb service, superb customer service, and reasonable prices. I have been going to them since the very beginning, and I couldnt be happier. Recently I just had custom bars, grips, clutch lines and masters/levers installed, and holy cow. Feels like a totally new bike. Exceptional service and cheaper than taking it anywhere else. With Shore Cycles, I always know I service will be performed properly every time and most times sooner than expected!

Bought the kids a go kart. Everyone was friendly. The salesman was knowledgable about the karts. He went out of his way to show me go karts at their new showroom (under construction) as well as those at the current showroom. I think that the Hammerhead / Polaris go karts they carry are the tops as far as quality goes.

When choosing a place to go, trust Google reviews. After seeing Shore Cycles excellent reviews, sight unseen I took my 350 Grizzly to them for repairs. John Churchman is excellent at customer service. The repairs were spot on. The best part came when the invoice was sent to me. My jaw dropped, eyes popped wide open and swore I would give the review they deserve. Thanks Shore Cycles for a job well done.

We recently purchased a HammerHead GTS Platinum from Shore Cycles. They had by far the best customer service Ive seen in a while. No arrogance like they knew more than you like most places nowadays. Any questions asked were answered in full and clearly explained. All the merchandise they carry is well made and well priced. So far no complaints at all about the machine or the store.

I bought a used motorcycle off of Craigslist that wasnt running well and was difficult to start. The Maryland State inspector thought it was running lean and suggested I take it to Shore Cycles. I cleaned the carbs myself and tried adjusting the mixture screws. It seemed better at first, but then I noticed one pipe was a lot hotter than the other and it was very difficult to restart warm. I determined that I had screwed it up and did what was suggested in the first place, and took it to Shore Cycles. They did a sync on the carbs and also determined that the vacum pump had failed. The bike was done in a week and runs well now. The previous owner stated that the bike took forever to warm up and was a reason for selling it. With the work that Shore Cycles did on the bike, I can easily start it now and be on the road in only the time it takes me to get my helmet and gloves on. I was very worried when I first bought the bike, but am very happy with it now. Thanks Shore Cycles.

When it comes to scooters and motorcycles these guys know what they are doing. I am a college student who needed a relatively inexpensive way to get around the city, when I first started looking into buying a scooter I didnt know anything from local laws and how to register with the MVA to starting a scooter. John and his employees will help with everything. some of the best costumer service I have experienced. when you take a scooter in for any kind of maintenance they will work hard to get it back to you within a week. they also make warrantys extremely easy on the customers part, my scooter motor started to overheat due to a manufacturing error, I took it in and john called right away to get it replaced. highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a efficient mode of transportation, great customer service and friendly people. Good quality items though a bit pricey

John and the folks at Shore Cycles did a fantastic job servicing my 2014 CTX1300! When Horner Honda closed, I thought I was going to be stuck without a local shop. Not so! The staff at Shore Cycles were extremely helpful and they did a perfect job. I highly recommend them!
