Eric the manager was beyond helpful when helping me get my tires fixed! Especially since I had damaged the lower control arm. They repaired it all with a smile! Great service and affordable.
Awful people on front counter we had an appointment 10am but our SUV go any faster than 50mph & we were 15 minutes lated & he said Your are late he wont wrote our work we waited 20 minutes & one gentleman came after us wait his car on a flatbed truck one of his tires damaged so the front desk clerk wrote work order & mechanic stated brought car working on it while Im been waiting 20 minutes before this customer &we had appointmented its just me or am been overlooked on this situation so we went across a block to Firestone Compelet Cares & too us in working on our vehicle ThankYou Firestone each year we spend our times & money at people appreciate our business also welcome us we an minority people
The Manager was in the garage part on her phone. I stood in the lobby for (10) ten minutes and absolutely no acknowledgement from her. I then decided to go outside to the garage and looked in waiting for one of the guys to acknowledge my presence. She then looked up from her phone and saw me. She then inquired if she could help me. I inquired about a tire rotation. She excused me in my request and I repeated it. She then said “we only work by appointments today”. I noticed on the scheduled appointments on the board that there was appointments scheduled for 2:00 and 3:00 today. I got here at 1:07 with one guy installing a tire and the other balancing a tire on the machine and her being on the phone at the desk. Just thought someone should be made aware of the antics at this store.

I went to NTB Salisbury to have new tires installed on my vehicle. The Manager Erik Smith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my product selection, and with the installation process. He was polite, courteous, and professional. The store was clean and inviting.The tech that performed the work on my vehicle was Josh. Josh handled my vehicle with care, performed the installation perfectly, and in a timely manner.My experience at this location with Management and staff was exceptional, and the pricing was reasonable. This store has great service people. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help you . They try to get you what you want while saving money. Make sure you dont go or make an appointment during lunch because it will take a lot longer. They are usually very fast.
I really wish that I could give them a zero star! I went in today to get my oil changed... my car had no problems what so ever, and now I have no oil in my car at all! My car is leaking. I take great care of my vehicles and make sure that everything is on the up and up because this is my DD. Now tomorrow I’m going to be lied to and they are going to try to charge me extra money for something their techs messed up. So once that happens, I’m going to the attorney general. They are constantly messing over peoples cars. Recently a few of my friends have gone there and got their oil changed and all of a sudden they had problems with oil pressure sensor... 🤔 something doesn’t add up.
I normally like ntb and have been a loyal customer since I moved to north Carolina, however I just called and was asked to hold and I was left on hold for nearly 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. I assumed they forgot I was on the phone so I hung up and tried to call back but got no answer. I normally wouldnt care but I have been working a lot and my car needs an oil change very badly and I was trying to schedule one for later on this week while they were still open for another 30 minutes but if I cant talk to anyone then I wont be able to schedule anything tonight. I guess Ill call back tomorrow but I wanted to share my experience because I am angry. At least they couldve told me they were very busy and asked me to call back later or tomorrow but they didnt say anything or answer when I called the second time.

Terrible customer service
My teenage son took his tire there to get a nail taken out and get them to plug it and have them put it back on the car. The spare was on the car. They told him that they couldnt plug the tire so they took it upon themselves to put the car on the lift and take the spare off and charge him 15. to put the spare back on when they shouldnt have even taken the spare off of the car if they werent gonna plug the original tire. Very unprofessional and crooks. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
First time gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time definitely done with this outfit. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. Waited over 12 minutes on hold until I walked in with my phone on speaker. Have dealt with them for over 2 years. I would definitely NOT recommend them if you are any person who needs to keep a schedule. They will not close the door because of one post. But I will never open those doors again.
Great staff, great prices, great overall experience. Im from out of town but needed my tires swapped for another set. They were very quick and efficient, as well as doing a great job. If Im in town and need to do service, this is the first place Im going to.
Good service cheap oil change
Usually good service but husband just when in to get tires balanced and was charged. He looked at tires when he got home, and discovered nothing had been done to tires. He went back to NTB and two mechanics thought other did it and third said he would have because not enough tread on tires but didnt relate that to anyone. Hell never go back again!
Have always taken my vehicles to NTB in Salisbury but will never do business with them again. I bought 4 new tires about 7 months ago. They continually leak air. And one tire is completely worn, and I have put less than 10k Mikes on them. NTB says it is not their problem but will sell me 4 tires for the price of 3. My others tires do not need changed. The tread is fine. One employee said to bring my car in and he would clean the rims & balance the tires for free. I made an appointment but NTB would not perform the work on my car. The gentleman there said he was not allowed to do what the other guy said he would do. I drove 35 miles for this appointment only to have them not honor the other employees commitment to me. I will never again do business with them. They do not stand behind what they sell.
Sometime between June 2018 and November 2018 something went very wrong with this place.. The management changed and the customer service went downhill. I have taken 3 vehicles here for tires and alignments and always had good prompt service. On November 21, 2018 I decided i would not go back.. I dropped my new vehicle off at 3:30 pm for a realigning which should have took 20 minutes. They ended up finishing at 4:55 and didnt take the car off of the lift until I asked them if it was finished at 5:30. The manager told me it was finished and that they forgot to pull it off of the lift, she then asked a technician to pull it out, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for that to happen.. This would not be a big deal if they were busy but the manager who could have easily pulled the car out was just moving from computer to computer clicking on icons, not closing work orders or scheduling new jobs, simply clicking on icons and moving them around the screen to look busy. A third gentleman was on his phone walking back and forth. It wasnt until the manager asked the same gentleman a second time did he proceed to pull the vehicle out. During this whole ordeal I was watching all of them and their demeanors were very nonchalant as if they had not a sense of urgency for anything. I also noticed that when the manager asked the technician a second time he proceeded to smile and laugh about it until he saw that I was looking directly at him. Never again!
I will never take my automobile here again. A worker stole my wheel lock out of my truck. Called back up their same day and also went to place next day. They told they would take care of it and order me another but its been over a month now. They keep brushing me off. I will definitely put things on every social media outlet.
Came here with my husband to get an alignment for his truck. The first mechanic that tried to pull his truck into the bay stalled his truck 5 times and spun his brand new (2 week old) tires until they smoked. I was sitting inside at the time and just though the guy wasnt taking off the parking brake. My husband begged the guy to let him drive it into the bay or get someone else to drive it. I walked out side after I heard the tires scream. Inside the shop there were 3 guys standing together talking and working on another car. They were looking on watching. Another guy came out and stalled it twice before getting it even close to the bay doors and almost smoked the tires out as well. Neither guy seemed like they had been in a manual vehicle before let alone driven one. Neither guy should have moved the car from the parking spot it was in since neither of them knew how to drive stick. As the second guy was trying to start the car again my husband begged again for him to just let him pull the truck into the bay. The guy managed to get the tires up on to the yellow ramps, but not on the rack itself. I offered to pull the car into the bay. He wasnt properly lined up and was about to drive the left front tire into the center of the rack lift. He attempted to start it again and I told him to stop and get out. He did and I removed the key from the ignition and told my husband to go inside. He proceeded to tell the service manager what happened. He said that he would get someone to get it in the bay and I told my husband if they cant drive stick, they probably cant do an alignment and that I dont want him getting it done here because of the untold damage they could do to his vehicle. We wont visit any NTB again. I have heard stories of how bad they can be, but this just solidifies their poor quality for me.
Great service
They are prompt, and usually have your vehicular ready when expected.My only concern, as far as brake pads used, are the quality. I recently had a brake job performed, and it seems that every other day, an excessive amount of brake dust accumulates, making the brakes make noise when applied at slow speeds. The problem goes away when the excessive brake dust is rinsed away. I have not brought this to their attention because it would mean another trip to the shop, and new better quality brake pads installed. I am aware they are still under warranty, at least I hope so. If they would be willing to install a better quality pad, I think the problem would lessen.I just had my upper and lower ball joints replaced recently, being assured all the rattling would disappear, which they have, but not completely. There are still rattling issues with the car, but none that seems to effect the drivability. I should also mention it is a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT 4x4.I have had a lot of other work performed there, including tune-ups and new tires and an unsuccessful air conditioning actuator problem.
Bait & switch clowns. Quote you one price then add endless “EXTRA” fees. Highly unprofessional and have the customer service skills of a toad. There was a lady in there by her self getting routine maintenance, and they gave her a laundry list of issues she needed replaced with her car. I’ve seen this game played many times. I will not recommend them or ever use them again. I will not allow my family to use them.
Didnt have an appointment so I just waited...and waited and waited for an alignment. I should have asked how long it would take so this is really my fault. One positive is that they give first responders discount of 10 percent!
Oil change save me a lot of money
Every time I try to go to this location they mess up my appointment. I brought my wife’s car here and they told me to come back in one hour. The guy writes my name down. So, I come back in one hour and they tell me it’ll be another hour and a half because four people in front of you now. I would’ve waited the hour if I knew people were going to get in front of me. I didn’t have time to stay. I had to go buy tires from a local store. Got me in immediately.So, since I bought my tires for my truck from them at another location out of state while on vacation I figured I’d give them another chance. I needed a tire rotation and inspection. This time I call the day before and make an appointment to cover myself. Show up for my appointment 15 minutes early and they have no clue what I’m talking about. We can’t get to you for two hours. I can’t come back in two hours that’s why I made the appointment yesterday for now. I wish I had never bought tires from this company. Now I have to go pay someone to rotate them and get my truck inspected. I’m done doing business with NTB.

I have exclusively used Tire Kingdom to help maintain the car I bought one year ago. I have a long commute and put a lot of miles on my car. I have used 3 different locations. Concord, Mallard Creek in Charlotte and recently the Salisbury location, The service there was outstanding. They were very busy but I still got friendly, personal service. My car was ready exactly as scheduled. I will definitely use the Salisbury location again even though it is not the most convenient.

Never again! After choosing the tires I wanted online and scheduling a 6:30 appointment to have them installed, I expected a quick turn around. Not the case here, we finally got out of there at 9pm. They close at 8pm!It was so late the lights automatically turned off in the waiting room!

Bought a set of tires from them. Prices are a little higher than most but they were put on in 30 minutes. So I was happy about that. Would highly recommend.
Each time I’ve tried to get any work done there it’s been a hassle. Even just a simple inspection. If there’s an excuse to get out of doing work they’ll use it. On multiple occasions I’ve had appointments, scheduled days out, for vehicle inspections and the inspection machine had “just went down”. Once or twice could happen and I’m pretty understanding with that because you can’t always control that. But by the 4 or 5 time it an absolute joke, and the only reason I’ve even been back that many times is because I’ve had it happen with my vehicle, my wife vehicle and the company I work for scheduled appointments for the company vehicles and I was just the driver. It is the LAST place I would bring my vehicle based solely on the fact that they can’t keep there word. I’m really not sure if they do good work, I have yet to have them start and complete a work order. It’s difficult to schedule your life around a company that can’t keep their appointments.
Everyone I dealt with at your location was curtious and knowledgeable. The wait time was way less than I expected and the services were provided quickly even though I added something when my vehicle was already back in the bay. I have already recommended you to several friends! Keep up the good work guys!
I received a good deal on the tires I needed. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Just wish the driver didnt have to move my seat. I know it sounds petty but it took a couple of days to get that just right feel again :) This was my first purchase, so I have 45,000 miles to get more acquainted ;)

I took my wifes van in with two flat tires and Karla at the front ( who was great!) assisted me like I was the only there even though they was very busy. They plugged one tire and I purchased one. Whoever did the tire changing even put away my wifes spare tire and jack back where it belonged. This was service above and beyond -very impressed! --Thank you!

Dont go here. After every oil change I always had to call about a part not being put by on my Gx470. I called several times about my protective guard that go under my SUV missing they denied that it was missing. Saying I didnt have one. Which was a flat out lie. When I bought this car it was one there. They are the only ones to change my oil since I purchased it 2 years old ago. Bolts were always missing from under the hood after changing filter. This place is the worst. The manager was not helpful at all when I called about it. He cant do anything because the mechanic said it was not there. Thats because they took it off and gave to someone else probably.BEWARE STAY AWAY.
They gave me a price and charge me double what they said and still aint fix the problem. Had to pay more the next day to fix what they was supposed to do. Worst service in Salisbury
If you have a riding lawn mower tire that you want to change or put a tube inside Kevin is the man you need to see he helped me out very friendly the manager on duty was friendly the great experience got me mowing my grass once again, Thank you, NTB you saved the day for me. you need to supply your own inner tube for the tire you want to change out or if you just wanted off the rim or back on they will put it on for you.

Terrible service. Slow workers, bad service. Had brought my car in for very simple procedures and they had messed it up AND broke my mass air flow sensor and told me it “coincidentally” broke while there. They personally told me they forgot to unplug the battery which is required before touching the spark plugs. Now they want to charge me 400$+ to fix something they broke. The original work was supposed to take no longer than an hour..now they’ve had my car upwards of 6 hours. Will never bring my vehicle back.

Well, I’ve had thousands of $ of work done on my car here. The last 2 times I visited, was because of something they did wrong.They corrected their mistakes, but they should have it done right the first time.About a year ago, unrelated to my current resolved problems, I noticed that the inside part of one of my very expensive Cooper tires is going bald. I have a warranty on the set, so my next trip will to be to get it(and the other side) replaced. You can’t replace just one tire, the car will pull. Other than the extensive wait times, I would say, for the most part, they get it right.
These guys pulled my 03 Cobra up over the concrete curb in front of the store when they were done with repairing my tire, cracking my bumper cover and ruining my chin spoiler. I immediately noticed it. When inside and got the kid who rang me up and took him out and showed him the damage. I then made him (along with my father) witness me pulling the car backwards off of the curb. They told me they’d replace the damaged parts. I got an estimate through Ford and sent them the estimate. They sent out an independent estimator who agreed the damage was in line with being pulled over a curb. Then the technician who parked my car and did the damage vehemently denied doing it. They are Now denying my claim. Accusing me of doing the damage myself by pulling it over the curb myself. Then going back into store to accuse their worker. Disgusting. Go to get a nail repair on a car, and leave with $2k worth of damage to your car, and get called a liar who’s trying to commit fraud. I’m hiring a lawyer tomorrow to go after them!!!!I’ll be contacting all the local news channels, and will be suing them as well unless they make it right. I have my father as a witness to all of this. Also will have the customers that were there that day subpoenaed because they witnessed it as well!

I called a few days ahead to schedule a transmission flush for my Jeep for my day off this week. Appointment was made for 8:30 this morning and I dropped it off just wanting to know if it would be done before 2pm. That’s plenty of time to get it done and the girl at the counter assured me it would be done by then. Cool.I head home and get a call about 10:30 asking if it was okay if they waited until a guy who was more familiar with jeeps could look at it. He was in at 11am so I said sure don’t worry about it just let me know. The man on the phone promised to call me with what the Jeep guy had to say. Well... it’s 2pm and I still haven’t heard back. Okay. I call up to see if it’s ready, I understand sometimes a shop gets busy and it’s hard to call customers when it’s frantic like that. It’s not a big deal right?Wrong.The same guy who promised to call me when his coworker got in to look at it answers. I ask about my Jeep and if it’s ready. Pretty excited to pick it up honestly. That’s when he tells me “oh he didn’t feel comfortable flushing it so we haven’t done anything to it.” What the hell! This was my only day off this week and I need that Jeep to drive to work at 5am tomorrow morning. I asked why I wasn’t called and he gave me a BS story of how he’s been running around very busy all day. Annoyed, but still being polite I mention it would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know this so I didn’t waste my only day off NOT fixing it. So I catch a ride to get my Jeep back and ALL FOUR EMPLOYEES ARE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING. There was absolutely no reason they couldn’t have called.I was very pleased with the NTB by my old house. I will never return to this location or do business with them. No apologies or anything. Just “here’s your keys”.If you want it done right (or at all), don’t take it here. Do it yourself. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for wasting my entire day.
Disaster! My husband scheduled an appointment for 7:30am and we dropped off the car. He went to pay for the repairs at approximately 11:30am. The car was still on the lift but he was told it was almost done. We arranged for our daughter to pick up the car after school. When she arrived at 4pm the car was STILL up on the lift and NOT complete. She was told another 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After calling the store and speaking to Trent (the manager) he advised me 15 more minutes...no apology or anything - How can it go from 1 1/2 hours to 15 minutes?. And now after reading these other reviews, I am curious if all of the work we paid for is actually being done! I have been to other NTB locations and never had this poor of service or treatment! We will not be returning to this location!! Its obvious they are not concerned with customer service or customer retention!
Be careful with bringing Fleet vehicles here. They will do all they can to your vehicle without consent because of Fleet. I don’t want an air filter changed that has no dirt on it????
It’s always something with them. Went to get my oil changed & they told me it was 3 quarts low so instead of changing it, they topped it off. When I got home, I checked the oil it was still a little bit low which means they didn’t fill it up. It’s clearly not leaking. I drove it today for an hour straight & checked the oil afterwards and it was at the same amount clearly there again is no leak. Either they lied or the last time I got my oil changed (September) they didn’t fill it up all the way. I’m definitely never going there again. This place is shady & everytime I got in there they have a whole new crew which is very skeptical anyway
Check your invoice before you pay! Gave one star because I am scared they didnt even change my oil right.I went in this morning for an oil change that I scheduled online yesterday. When I got there, my appointment was not in the system at all. So I spoke with the guy got it sorted and got my car into the bay. Everything went pretty standard until the bill was given. 1. They had modified the cost of the oil which brought everything up to 42.79 gave me a $14.00 discount to bring it back down to what I was quoted online of 28.79 and told me that my $5 coupon they gave me online couldnt be applied.So I paid the amount and left. I called corporate who gave me the $5 refund for their blatant unwillingness to solve the Coupon and Price issue in the store. These guys not only seem clueless but try to get one over on you when they think you dont know anything about cars even if your like me and you do.I do not know what their problem was but I wont be going back to the Salisbury Location Again. Bad Customer Service, Unwillingness to make things right, and will just write you off and ignore your complaints. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in concord!

A bad visit! Had a 5 oclock appointment, to have my tires rotated and balanced. Got there 10mins early. They didnt pull my vehicle in until 6:15. Was in the shop no longer than 30mins, I was told my tires had been rotated, and they couldnt do the balance because the machine was out of calibration. ALL LIES!!! I have a small stain on my left front tire. The spot was still on the left front tire. STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME!!! Will never deal with them again. This was at the Salisbury location.

I had read a review that said they did not rotate the tires on a customer vehicle. I marked my rear tires so that I would know if they had been rotated, They were not. When I ask the technician he stated he must of rotated the tires on the wrong vehicle Not sure what is going on at this store. Makes me wonder if my oil was changed???
Alternator went out in my Aspen, they quoted me $475, and the man that runs the place said that was with a $50 discount since I was just in there for an oil change. My fiance quickly went up there before they started working on it, took it to another place who fixed it for $270!!!!!! I will NEVER go back!
Although they couldnt repair my problem due to the location of damage, it took them 2 seconds to find the problem and show me.Whereas walmart made me wait 2 hours and barely looked at it before they said they couldnt find a problem and lied about the work they did.Good honest location I would recommend and the pregnant front associate was very curtious and helpful! 🤗🤗🤗
It is a long story but I will make this short and brief. I will never recommend this place to anyone especially to all females. October 2018 I took my 1994 Buick car to get worked on and mechanic/manager told me he could fixed the car. He didnt fixed car it cost almost $2,200.00 and I could not get any of my money back! I dont advise any females to take the car by there because they are taking advantage of women! I was told by headquarters I could not get None of my money back!

Slow service, was charged for tpms sensors when my car doesnt have them. Inventory said they had 7 tires in stock but only had 3. Was made to wait 5 hours so they could send an employee to a store to get one. I will never return to this NTB location again.
Can get an oil change fairly quick and cheap with an appointment.
I purchased a set of tires and brought them to the shop to have them installed. I tried to cut the technician a brake when he couldnt put the car in reverse and drove the spoiler up over the curb. My first mistake. I have never done that to my car and if I were NTB, would have inspected it to check for damage and then fix or have a body shop repair the damage at no cost. The same tech proceeded to dismount the old tires. He mounted one new tire and then the I knew something was wrong. In the middle of the job, I was asked to sign a damage waiver without any explanation. Shortly after, I was informed that one of the locking wheel lugs was stripped out. I was never shown the lug until they told me that it would need drilled out and a totally new wheel hub assembly would be needed to fix the problem. They quoted me a price of just under $500. I said that I would authorize it to be drilled out and would sign a waiver that I understand and take responsibility for only having four. They refused to agree to that. I told them to put the other lugs on and I would find a solution (that didnt require me to graciously apply for their in house financing). I found a small garage close to my home that replaced the stud (because there was nothing wrong with the assembly) and mount the remaining tire for $80. They are worse than a stealership! I bought the vehicle from a mechanic who had pulled all four tires, eight months before this and blamed the stuck lug on it coming from a northern climate and the assumption that since the tire was bald, that I would believe it was on there for years. I should have been informed of any risk before they proceeded to ruin the lug and then try to replace parts that didnt need replaced. I had to spend two afternoons their and witnessed their attempt to upsell other clients and inspect vehicles with a fine tooth comb. It is obvious that they receive quite a bonus from total revenue generated, whether genuinely needed repairs or genuinely trying to rip you off!

They were supposed to open at 7am. I left at 8am because no one ever showed up. There was also a customer waiting who had made an appointment the day before. I dont know why they werent open because there were no signs or messages on the voicemail... no voicemail actually. I am very disappointed!
Went in to get an oil change..arrived at 8 am. No one there waiting. Two guys sitting on their butts doing nothing. Told me I would have to wait or come back. Terrible place..TERRIBLE people..they say wal mart is putting people out of business but they worked me right in and did a great job. NTB is HORRIBLE..NEVER go there ever!!!!

Getting the company car fixed. The associates are courteous and professional. Only downfall is you need to make an appointment...you have to wait.
Worst experience EVER.been coming to this location for a few years & really loved it here until today. Made an appointment on Monday for today, Friday at 10:30am for oil change,tire rotation, & inspection. At 12:07pm was still staring at my car that was sitting directly infront of the window, no one had even moved it yet. I looked towards the garage and see 2 young guys & a man standing in a circle smoking & talking. I asked why my car hasnt been touched yet after almost 2 hours and 3 garage bays empty they looked confused & said start your car i will get it in a second.10 minutes passed no one even went to my car while waisting my gas.i said something AGAIN.the man asked the kid to go move my car.the kid seen the delivery guy pushing a package and he got pre occupied by the package.the manager asked what it was and the kid said my new tool box.a whole conversation about the tool box was made while my car was still running. I went to my car staring at the guys, they still hadnt even made it outside so I got in, put my seatbelt on thinking they would come out but NO they were focused on opening the package that just got delivered.we pulled off now at 12:22pm called several places to find an open apt b/c we are heading out of town,thats why we originally made the apt here. On top of getting crappy service & no apology, I was 2 hours late to work & they never even told me no one was even there to do inspections . I found out the manager & mechanic quit the previous weeks . Someone should have called me between monday & Friday and told me no one could do inspections. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION just to get a military IDNot worth my time. The kids probably wouldnt even get my oil cap back on.Midas in Salisbury took care of us today and will get all of our future services..midas is ran by several military veterans so I know we will never get disrespectful service again.
Excellent service and attention at 6pm, arrived with spare donut on car and a flat tire. 30 min later, tire repaired, spare stowed and back on my way! Thanks

Terrible. I changed numerous suspension parts and bought some new tires elsewhere so I needed to get an alignment. NTB was open Saturday so I gave them a shot. My truck is a 5 speed manual, but little did I know, these clowns couldnt drive it. From inside the waiting room I watched one guy stall it 3 consective times because he didnt take of the parking break; I ran outside because I was so shocked. After stalling it again, he finally got it going when he basically did a burnout on MY BRAND NEW TIRES!!! There was literally a plume of smoke from my tires! I made him get out and wanted to pull it on the rack myself, but was told I couldnt. Another guy tried and stalled it twice and it was still not on the rack...Needless to say, I was disgusted and did not want them working on my truck and left. If you drive a 5 speed, dont bother taking it here unless you want to bleed out or change your clutch. This place seriously needs to train their employees to drive manual transmissions; if not they will be replacing several clutches for free. I will never go to NTB because they now all appear incompetent.
The most unprofessional service manager you could imagine. I went here last week and bought a new set of tires for my car. The next day I noticed the air pressure indicator caps I had on my old tires were gone, and had been replaced with standard caps. I got off work early today, stopped by the store and asked to speak with with the manager, Tytus Hammond. The person I was speaking to identified himself as the service manager and said he would help me. I explained to him what had happened. He told me they replace all valve stem caps and that if I wanted mine back I should have told them before they did the work. I explained that it was obvious my $12 set of tire pressure indicators were not the same as the 5¢ set of caps they replaced mine with and that they should have asked me if I wanted them to move them to my new tires. The man got upset and again said I dont see what the problem is. I asked for the NTB district managers contact information. He told me that mans last name was Bell but refused to give me his contract information and again repeated that he didnt see what my problem was. He asked me what I wanted him to do and I told him I wanted him to pay me for the pressure indicators. He did offer me a $12 discount on an oil change - which I told him I didnt want. I then asked for his name and he refused to tell me so I pulled out my phone and took his picture as he walked away from me and exited the building. Me taking his picture really upset him because while I was getting into my car he was yelling at me from several cars away telling me again and again that he did not see what my problem was. I came home and tried for two hours to call the NTB headquarters in Florida but only got a busy signal. (I have not heard one of those in years which should tell me something.) Since the man I was speaking with refused to give me his name I am posting the picture I took of him.Until now my family has been pleased with the tires and service at this NTB store. At this point I cannot recommend this store to anyone. This man was absolutely the most unprofessional manager I have ever come across. A simple apology (without a refund) would have been better than his I dont see what the problem is bad attitude. There are too many tire stores in my area for me to go to one with this kind of customer service. I wont go back and you should purchase your tires somewhere else too. I noticed the really bad 3.3 rating and that the owner has responded to over a dozen customer complaints on here with please go to our web site and give us more information. The bad reviews gave given you more than enough information for you to know something is really wrong in this store. I even posted a picture of the manager I dealt with. What more can you possibly want. In your posts you keep saying things like we want to make it right but from the continuous bad reviews it doesnt look you have done anything to fix the problem. The owner needs to get off the computer and go to the store and clean house while they still have a store. Geez! How many bad reviews will it take before they finally do something.
Only place I go for oil changes.

I had an appointment at 11:00am for oil change and tire rotation that normally takes 30 minutes but for some reason I didnt receive my vehicle back until 12:46am.
Took my car there twice! Good quality work for cheap.
They have horrible service. Not enough people there to help the customers. They set up self service kiosk and then get mad when you use them.

Had just bought a car, wanted it checked out, wrong place to go, but was where the dealership sent me, said they couldnt find anything wrong, but that my brakes had rust on them, and couldnt find the noise, taking it to my car guy Monday
Pretty helpful staff in my experience, just a tad slow, I come in for my warrenty alignments without an appointment theyve been able to squeeze me in each time i call, awesome.
No one was there to greet me, I waited a couple minutes but eventually I had to go find someone and when I did they told me they wouldnt be able to get me in even though it was a couple hours before closing.

Salisbury NTB is the only one Ive gone to for years. They have yet to fail me.
