I canceled my appointment before I went. I tried to schedule services and Zack laughed when I told him I would like my alignment checked before just proceeding with it blindly. My daughter had gone over 2 curbs back to back but was going very slow and my 4x4 is very new. I just wanted it checked before agreeing to the alignment. It may need it, but why pressure me over the phone before making my appointment? I continued to be professional with him anyway. Subsequently, I had called on a Thursday asking for an early afternoon one day the following week. He wanted me to drop it off one AM and leave it. When I said I can’t he said 2pm Monday, which isn’t an early afternoon. I repeated my request and said maybe another day later in the week. He wouldn’t give me any other times despite the long pause as I waited. In the end I made the only appointment he would give me, 2pm Monday, but his laughing at me and saying “well I KNOW I needs it!” Stuck with me. I called and cancelled my appointment. I asked about the manager and was told he was out for the week. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but I feel that women should beware of this store. I know a basic amount of car repair and refused to me pressured; however, I’m not sure that would be the case with everyone. It’s sad to see Goodyear letting their customer service reps pressure people like this.

Mira, mira. Look, read, and think twice before you go to this location.1. There were no masks in a county with the states lowest vaccination rates.2. We were quoted one price and not explained when they increased the rates - just told a non-native speaker to sign something.3. He got loud, disrespectful, and used the expression, hustle me out of money as I paid him very close to $900 for service that I was quoted nearby for a fraction of that.4. I drove a mile down the way, and a warning light came on. I sent my car to the reputable place with better prices and customer service. It was the place with the lower quote as well.5. These guys took excellent care of us. Our alternator went out on our way home to Georgia and they were able to replace it right away. They even let our cat wait inside with us!

I have had both good and bad experiences with them. The first time we went there, they were kind and courteous and offered great service.The second time recently the manager was very nasty and condescending when when telling us they couldnt service the car (which was fine)

I was leaving my grandfathers funeral today with my family. When things obviously seemed like they couldnt get worse, my tire caught a nail and went flat. We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us, so we needed to deal with it fast. We pulled into the lot without an appointment, and they immediately took in our vehicle. They quickly repaired the tire and returned the car to us within 15 minutes. AND they told us they were not charging us for any of it! Thank you Goodyear!

Of I could give zero starts I would. Completely unprofessional manager. Tech who dont know what there doing. And than instead of calling to say hey we cant do the job because of parts issues they do it anyways than call you when done and expect you to pay when the problem is worse than before

They have good prices but thats IT!!! 3 visits service sucked every time. They wont even let customers use their bathroom. My daughter was there with my grandson and couldnt even take him in the bathroom to change his diaper, so she changed him on the chairs in the lobby.

This is where I go for my oil changes alignments and inspections. They have friendly knowledgeable staff who dont try to upsell you things you do not need. I trust that when I hand over my vehicle to them it will be taking care of properly

They weren’t particularly rude or anything... but 90$ for an oil change that took 3-4 hours is a bit ridiculous. I came here to save myself some time but you can see how well that went.I possibly think they had trouble resetting the oil change indicator. Regardless, just know 3-4 hours for a 90$ oil change when their site advertises 40-50$.

I really dont know why I keep coming to this place. I have never had a good experience and I often feel they are more concerned with selling unneeded services than fixing what is actually wrong.I had an appointment at 2pm and around 3:20 pm the front desk man (who is very rude sometimes, and acts like your stupid) came out and said Okay you are showing two fault codes, would you like us to fix them? Are you kidding me? It took you an hour and a half to check the codes? My car went back as soon as I got here.I have had other instances where they have told me that I needed to have something fixed and I have had other experienced mechanics tell me that their judgements were nonsensical.If you want to feel like your time is useless and you want to have they guy from the front desk treat you like dirt, head on over to good ole good year.Oh and experiences from before that just came to mind..... He said I needed new brakes. He called me over and asked if I smelled anything. I said no I dont smell anything. He said it looks like you need new brakes would you like us to do that today? Its a brand new car and the brakes worked and sounded just fine.

I will never use good year services again! I made an appointment for an oil change at 12pm goes in at 11 to slide in and the man says you will be lucky if I can get you in at 12pm! I was like huh he stated I have 4 cars at 11 that takes an hour each would you like to make a later appointment! What’s the since of making an appointment it should be on a first come first serve basis! REALLY BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Its run by liars and thieves. I had gone here a couple of times for oil changes, but never again. I went in over Memorial day weekend weekend on Saturday afternoon. After being there for about an hour the guy comes out and tells me he looked through my Xterra and cant find my lug nut key, tells me he even looked in my center console and glove box and ask if I know where it is. Now maybe its my fault for assuming this knuckle dragger would have looked in the obvious place in the back where the jack and tire iron is, but seeing as they have serviced this same vehicle before I trusted they would have looked in the standard place of storage for a vehicle. He then tells me that they can bore them off for $25 a piece and replace them. Also tells me I need new front tires. Seeing as Im about to leave the state for work and cant run the risk of having a flat I cant change, I tell them to ahead. Ive now spend just shy of $200 for an oil change and been here for 3hrs. When I finally leave its closing time. When I get home I realize theyve put my two tires that needed to be replaced on the back....of a rear wheel drive vehicle. I had planned on replacing them the following paycheck after going out of state because all terrain tires are quite costly. Now due to them putting the tires on the back I was forced to stop Monday and get them replaced on my way out of state. When I stopped at the tire place on the way and explained the situation, shortly after getting my vehicle back the gentleman came and got me and asked me to come back to my vehicle. Upon getting there he pointed to my tire iron and said maam your key is attached to your tire iron, it was there the whole time!I decided that instead of calling I would go speak with the manager at Goodyear once I was back in the state to find out why I was charged for unnecessary services. At first I was pretty angry, but I decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen and I wanted to give them the chance to make it right.So this weekend I was back in North Carolina so I went in and asked to speak to the manager, receipt in hand. When I got there I didnt make any type of accusation. The first words out of my mouth were that I understand people make mistakes, but I was charged for services that were not needed and now I no longer have locking lug nuts to protect my tires that run $1200 a set. He immediately got extremely loud and defensive. Telling me it wasnt their responsibility for searching through my car and that they looked in the center console and glove box and couldnt find it. Hmmm, well that statement itself is pretty contradictory. By this time hes yelling at me and blaming me for his technicians not looking in the place that every vehicles tire changing equipment is stored, at a tire changing place. So basically a vehicle that they have worked on before and had no issue finding it previously is now a complete mystery for them. And again its my fault for trusting them to be competent. So the moral of the story is, these guys will lie and rip you off and then blame you for trusting them. Save yourself some money and the headache and find someone honest and dependable. Heck your probably safer with your local meth head than at this Goodyear.

Service was bad. Took them 30 min to take off 4 wheels and look at the brakes. They told me what i needed but did not inform me on how bad the condition was when i told him i cant pay him for how much labor cost was. So i went to autozone next door and got what i needed and did it my damn self!
