Had my truck inspected here and i was failed because my back light on top of cab would not go off. He turned on the interior lights and didnt turn them back. So the light didnt go off. I was failed because of his mistake

They were able to schedule me quickly. Oil change price is extremely reasonable. I love that they check your car over. They found a nail in my tire but didnt call to tell me and I would have told them to fix it for me before I had arranged a ride to take me to get my car. They could have made more money.

I recently had a truck I purchased used Maryland inspected at this location. The service was excellent. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They quickly completed the inspection and then took time out to answer some questions I had about the vehicle. They also pointed out things I should do to my new used vehicle from their observations during the inspection. The suggestions were above and beyond the inspection and made me feel mre secure about my purchase. I did schedule one minor repair withe them the next day and they handled it promptly and inexpensively. Their integrity showed in both their service and their price. I would highly recommend them to anyone for inspections or repairs.

Needed an inspection done asap and when I called they got me in right away. Customer service was great and the employees were really nice, not to mention very knowledgeable. They even helped me diagnose some small issues I was having as a courtesy. On top of it all, the inspector called me after I left to give me a few more tips for preventative maintenance. I was very happy with the service I received from start to finish!!!

I went to take my car in for my sons first car. I was very nervous about the driving thing for my son. Along with the worries of a Used car my sons first car that would have him on the road. I told them check it out good. They did a great job. Lady in office was so nice. The mechanic even called explaining a few issues. Didnt stop there. They even allowed my son to bring the car in for a minor sensor. I sent him in to gane experience working with people on the other side of the counter. It was perfect. Put cluch in our company spray rig. Very helpful. Offered to adjust and told us we could get a few more miles out of it. Normally a shop would try and do as much as possible for the extra $ very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks

I have been in this country only few months. on oct 17 2019 i need a car inspection and i show up at 830am without appointment sweet sweet lady asked me to give her half an hour in case 830 appointment did showed up. well...they never show up and she got my car right in for inspection. while i wait there janeen give me such wonderful hospitality, i love the smell in there an she give me some to take home to use.we had such good conversation and she actually printed 3pages of dmv document i need for after inspection so i can fill out all while phone ring several times and 3 other customer come there to. i am very gratful for your shop to take me so quik and efficient. thank you as well for new found friend Janeen. i will never forget her kindness :)

Its Maryland inspection so of course its a pain in the backside, especially on older vehicles, but that isnt their fault. So, with that set aside, I can say that they do the very best to get you in and out as painless as possible and are very friendly if you do need to stay and wait for awhile.

Dave and his employees have always, no matter how busy,have taken their time out to explain my car and the issues Im having at that time, and then it goes a step further and the professionalism happens again....the service writers always are pleasant and personal,and as I bite my nails waiting for a bill that is more than I can afford for the best mechanics around, Im handed a less than reasonable bill that I can afford....i get a gracious smile that keeps me coming back again, and agian....thanks Dave,love you and your amazing staff!!!

Peninsula squeezed me into there schedule on the same day I made the appointment and completed a very thorough car examination after business hours since they promised that they would compete my job. Thanks Peninsula Auto! If youre thinking about Ubering, dont go anywhere else then here.

This place will completely take advantage of you. I brought my car in straight from the dealership for an inspection, which failed for a broken windshield wiper and a crack in a taillight. They quoted me $405 in repair labor for what took me ten minutes to do myself at home. When I brought it in for re-inspection, they failed it again for a scratch in the windshield that had been left by the broken windshield wiper--something that was present the first time I got it inspected, but they failed to mention. I was told that I would have to pay at least $250 to get the windshield completely replaced and $85 for another re-inspection.I took my car to another inspection site, Messicks Auto Sales in Salisbury, where they told me that they wouldnt have failed my car for the small crack in the taillight in the first place, and also that my windshield would NOT have to be replaced, just buffed to ensure that it passes inspection for visibility concerns. They didnt charge me to take a quick look at my car to point out any concerns I may have to address, and they helped me figure out the best way to prepare my car for their inspection that would cost me the least amount of money--whereas Peninsula Auto Inspections didnt offer me any advice other than, Sorry, its state law. You have to pay for repairs if you want it to pass.(To their credit, I will say there was ONE Peninsula employee who offered me advice, although I dont know his name or title. He was a gentleman who pointed me in the direction of some glass repair locations and gave me options to fix my car, to which I expressed my gratitude. However, this was after I had dealt with the first two employees who were completely unhelpful.)Peninsula found a reason to fail my car each time and quoted me ridiculous prices for repairs that I could do myself (being a young and inexperienced girl out of college who knows nothing about cars, mind you), and they were completely unhelpful in resolving the problems with my car unless it involved me paying them money. Go to a place that isnt just after your money if they think youre too naive to know better. I had a great experience with Messicks, and they dont do repairs at their location, so they wont fail you simply to get money out of repairs and re-inspections.Small side note: The employee at Peninsula who inspected my car broke a valuable keychain on my car keys and left the pieces on the ground, so they obviously dont handle your property with care, either. Especially if you are inexperienced, do your research carefully and go somewhere else.

I am new to MD and had to get my car inspected. They explained everything to me about how MD car inspection is not like any other state I have lived in. They took great care of me and were able to fix my car to pass with flying colors.

I received a failed MD state inspection ($85.00) at this facility on August 27, 2018 and returned on September 26, 2018 only to be told that I was a day late- that 30 days was Sept 25th. Any calendar calculator on Google says September 26th is 30 days! This place is definitely a scam and will not receive any referrals from me! What a joke! A freaking rip off!

After speaking to the owner I will say that the previous issues that I had were completely worked out. For his professionalism and prompt attention to the matter has given me a change of heart!
