BEWARE!!!!Been here three times. They got me right in and did what they said they were going to do. However the diagnosis was incorrect and the cheap parts they mark up and put on tore right back up. I spent $2500 here in two weeks just to have my truck towed into the dealer for them to preform the same work with better quality parts. I called back in and spoke with Gloria and she wanted me to bring the truck back up there and they would replace the parts again. Yea right! They have broke my trust and now I just want people to beware. They are nice up there and all but don’t trust them with your vehicle. Take it to the dealership! I’m assuming Larry needs a brush up on his mechanic skills. Oh btw they won’t even give me any of my money back. I tried to take them their cheap parts back and just get the money back for them however she wouldn’t give me any type of refund. I am contacting the BBB as well.

I loved Gloria and Larry and I hope to shadow there but they are honest make the process of paying smooth and comfortable and they also are cool enough to let me look at the vehicle while they work on it

Outstanding service!!! Gloria and Larry the best. Had major work done to two of my vehicles and both vehicles run like brand new. Not only was the staff family friendly but honest and the best prices in town. I will never go to a dealership again because of outrageous prices and poor service. I used this company to install a $3200 transmission in my truck The transmission has went out and I cant seem to get any information on the warranty from the company I cant even get a call back

Great technicians and exceptional customer service! I can’t brag enough about my experience here.They were nothing less than amazing. Gloria was so personable, made me feel extremely comfortable, and she made sure we had an extra chair to sit for our newborn. They did awesome work and explained thoroughly everything they did. Not only that but the price was Unbelievable. Great work for a great price! I found the best repair shop in Salisbury and I had no ide. I would’ve spent a pretty penny and not been treated half as good anywhere else. Hands down the best mechanic in Salisbury! Thank you all and I will never take my car anywhere else!

So far so good.Took my car here to get spark plugs replaced. Not only was Gloria curtious, but she gave me great advice on saving money. The technicians had my car back to me within the same day. Needless to say my car purred like a kitten.A few months later, took my car back to replace one of the spark plugs I had replaced by them and because it was still under warranty, it was done at no charge. Again, car was back in my possession the same day. I love this place! Lol. Great work, reasonable prices, and nice people. Definitely recommend.

I would 100% recommend. Matt was so nice and helpful for the entire experience! I dropped my car off there and within a few hours of them opening he knew exactly what was wrong and had a price estimate figured out. I had a lot of work done on the car and he had it done super quickly and even told me to bring it back a week later so they could make sure everything was still running good. If I ever had a problem again I would definitely bring my car back again!

You CANNOT beat Salisbury Auto Repair and Transmission.I’ve been bringing my ‘02 Volvo S60 here for some pretty serious engine work and suspension work as well as body panel work. Every single time the service time and the service itself is unmatched. Prices are very fair and affordable and they will never charge you for anything you do not need. In fact they let me walk around in their shop to view their work, and they let me stand under my car while it was on the lift and had their mechanic explain step by step what was wrong or what he was looking for. This is how you gain customers and trust.I referred my housemate Alexander to them and I got a call from Gloria (front desk and the friendliest woman you’ll ever work with) not an hour later and she informed me that they were taking care of him, he had already texted me and was extremely happy. Not only that, but they are throwing in a free oil change just for referring him to them.Please give them a try. You will not regret it.

I had an issue with my brakes and they took care of it within a few days (I told them to take that long if they needed since I was out of town for a few days after I took it in). Everything was great, they called to keep me updated on what was going on and didnt make a single repair without asking me first (more than I can say for some shops around here).Fast forward a few months later, something went wrong with my brakes yesterday. I was at the grocery store right near them and they sent a tech out to see what was wrong. 3 minutes later, the tech is there and figured out what was wrong and said the issue was covered under the warranty they gave me with the work they did previously. I drove over and they repaired it within 20 minutes. I was amazed since most shops will make you last priority with warranty work since they arent making any new money. These guys even checked out my check engine light and cleared it for free since it wasnt anything important (evidently it comes on if the boost goes too high from my turbo). The lady in the office was super nice too.If this is the service I get every time, I wont even shop around on prices anymore. My car will just go here no matter what.

Manager Matt was completely up front with the cost associated with my Jeeps transmission repair / cost. The work was done in a timely fashion and professionally repaired better than new! I highly recommend Salisbury Transmission over the dealership.

This company is still using the old Salisbury Transmission TV ad. It appears they have changed their name and possibly New ownership since they worked on my Toyota Highlander. I see they have a very nice lady that works in the front office. Parking can be an issue when visiting that location!

I was actually referred to Salisbury Transmission by another shop that could not complete the transmission service I needed. I have been going there since. They are very kind and really take care of you. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable compared to quotes I have received from other shops. I highly recommend them!

I took my car to this Auto Repair shop and I got very good service.when you took your vehicle there for a estimate on getting your radiator fixed its was reasonable and the guys there are very nice and good in the job you cant believe.i advice any one in Salisbury to take there car there and they will not regret what they did on there car.please try them.

I called and spoke to the manager Matt to get a quote for replacing the brake lines on a 2006 Tahoe. After consulting his books he quoted me $350. Well, it seems that my Tahoe had the advanced brake control Chevy added for stability control purposes, which makes this job FAR more difficult. What should have been a 1 day job ended up being 3, but Matt held firm to the price he quoted!! I actually ended up giving them $400 because I did some research and most places charged over $1000 for a job of this nature due to the difficulty. These guys were honest, stuck to their quote, and did a good job. I will be giving them repeat business.

Called to get a price on a transmission rebuild or replacement, they took my name, number, year, make and model, they said they would call me back in a few. They never called back, that must be a resemble the work they do, my buddy told me he would never take his vehicle back to them after they did his transmission. Im glad they never called back now. Lost my business.
