Good folks. Honest and keep a good selection of hand picked cars. Priced as good or better than others but no $2k add ons like other dealers. And the car will be as presented with no hidden problems.

They were great! They took my van in right away. They had it fixed in less than an hour and I was on my way home.And they were all very nice and polite.

Totally ignored me when I was car shopping. Went in 2 times after being told the salesman was coming. Got tired of it and left . Guess he didnt like my appearance. Brought my new car elsewhere paying half cash, $8500. Came back months later dressed up with my new car and he came running out to greet me. I ignored him and left.

I found Salisbury Motor Company by searching google for cars that I was interested in buying. They had a really great car for a really good price! Brian was amazing in helping me through the buying process! I am a single mother and they made sure I was getting a good deal, there was no haggling or extra fees. I have bought and traded several autos here. Amazing and one of a kind. Wonderful hometown dealer large enough for all sales and service. Small enough to bring unique attention, relationships and historic site. Almost 100 years of business. They treat you like family.

Would not budge on pricing (which was fairly high). Finally talked them down 3 thousand, they came back with paperwork. They had changed the terms of the financing to where I ended up paying even more than before. Then acted like I was the one out of line when I called them out on it. Yeah, I get it, it’s a cool old building and neat showroom. That’s ALL they have to offer. They cater to the rich folks that just throw money at them and then wax on and on about the “personal touch” of the dealership.

Just bought a beautiful used Cadillac here. Theyve gone above and beyond the call of duty getting me out the door with everything I wanted taken care of hassle free. HORRIBLE car dealership! Some co-workers referred us to this dealership. We purchased a vehicle in July 2018 with the promise from Don (owner) and Brian (salesman) that if our son had any issues with the car the dealership would absorb the cost because a local person had just traded in the car and the dealership did not have time to thoroughly inspect it. Within two weeks of having vehicle, the car speakers, radio, and tire sensor stopped working. WARNING!! BUY at your own! These people DO NOT keep their word!

It is a very nice car dealership with very very little inventory

I have been dealing with Salisbury Motors for about 10 years. I have purchased 2 pre owned vehicles, 2 new trucks, and sold one vehicle to them. I have always found the pre owned vehicles to be in very good mechanical order and although they were as is with no warranties, they always fixed minor items. I highly recommend this establishment for pre owned and or new vehicles.

Very family oriented. They will not push you into getting a car you dont like or that is outside your budget.
