Jim was very helpful! He got us taken care of with roadside assistance same day! We are sad this shop is not local to us for future service.

We were traveling through the area and experienced a tire losing air. I called and Sito said come on in and they would see what we were dealing with. They got my vehicle right in the shop. Even though the shop was very busy with appointments they managed to get me in and out in about an hour with a tire repair. It was a huge relief. Very professional and friendly in the shop.

The staff @ Mr. Tire (Ms. Rose, Jimmy, Sean et al) are in a class above the rest! This group of professional, knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic trailblazers installed new tires + my alignment recently. Everything was explained to me in depth as Im filled with many questions; their responses were accurate and explained to me in such laymans terms, it made it easy for me to understand. My next big job (coming up soon) will be done by none other than Mr. Tire! Im beyond grateful to them! Thank YOU ALL!

Jimmy Smith went above and beyond for us when we were desperate to have our tire patched on a Sunday traveling from North Carolina to New Jersey. We are very grateful for his honesty and kindness as other places had told us over the phone they couldn’t help.

Who was visiting from out of town and had a loose flat tire. Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon right before closing. The guys were very gracious and helped me out in spite of how close it was the closing time. They were pleasant and did it with a smile. Next time Im in town, going to stop by and see if they can change my pressure sensors for me. Good experience.

Our family was going on vacation and one of our family members had recently hit a curb and needed a new tire. Brought the car into Mr. Tire and they ordered a new tire immediately, but they found other damage that needed to be attended to before the trip could be made. After looking at the spare tire, it was obvious that there was a serious safety issue here. This was Friday and we were leaving on Saturday. Jimmy and the crew at Mr. Tire made sure the work was done prior to us leaving the area and they even worked past closing time by a little bit to make sure we could get on the road, when they could have easily said to wait till Monday to finish the job. Excellent work and excellent service. This has been the place we have always taken our car, but this experience guarantees we will be future customers as well. If you want great service, and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to take your car for service.

They are a rip off.... I drove a vehicle for 4months with less than perfect tires back and forth between two different states almost everyday.... Not to mention my vehicle has been fully serviced 3times during it all.... I end up buying a set of new tires from this rip off of a establishment and in less than 2months the tires have split while doing the same routine of driving from 2 different states daily.... I take the vehicle in to get replacement tires and they tell me that they cant because my Lower Ball Joints are the cause.... My vehicle was fully inspected and fixed (Including Recalls) prior to getting new tires and no dealership ever said I needed ball joints... I have had front hubs replaced, rear axel differential fuel replaced, drive train monitor sensors replaced and no shop ever said I needed ball joints.... And the tires that were on the vehicle previously never split or had wiring showing from them.... My Wife called corporate and they were no help as well, the person from corporate hung up the phone.... They didnt want to have to replace my tires so they blamed it on the ball joints, not knowing that I have had this vehicles serviced inside and out and top to bottom...... Im talking to a lawyer as we speak

Was highly satisfied until today. I have purchased tires in the past and never had an issue. The new Michelin tires I purchased were great. One had a slow leak after install, 10 lbs every couple of weeks. Finally pulled it off and found the bead was leaking. Marked the spot on the tire and dropped it off at the store explaining it had been leaking since installation. Went back the next day to a 30 dollar bill for a flat repair. Bill says it included charges for a tire plug, the tire was not plugged they just reseated the bead and rebalance the tire. Not my fault the bead seat obviously was not cleaned during original tire install. I can put up with a less than perfect customer experience but flat out lying in the description of work performed and charging for something that was your fault in the first place...never will happen to me at Mr. Tire again.

The staff here is amazing. Everybody was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable and service is fast, even when you just walk in like I did. 5 stars well deserved.

First guy at cash register and check you in had no mask on.Next they didnt know what oil I needed and now all the engine lights came on.and NOW every thing has shut down leaving me in a parking lot. Had to call tow truck appears that the battery wont work . I waited for my appointment time and still had to wait another hour . This place is incompetent personal and performance. I usually bring all my company vehicles here But never more it doesnt even deserve a rating of minus 10

GREAT SERVICE AND SERVICES PROVIDED IS WONDERFUL

Gave them a call today about putting tpms in my spare set of tires I have and put them on my truck. The man I spoke with told me it was going to be about $500 to$600 to buy and put in 4 tire pressure sensors and rebalancing the tire and put them on my truck. I can get 4 sensors off ebay that are ac delco oem for $55 and relearn them my self with my key fob. These prices are outrageous! Ill never come here again due to these prices.

Jimmy and the staff at Mr. Tire are fantastic. They told me everything that was going on and the price for each item. Their customer service goes above and beyond any of my expectations. It was definitely worth the drive.

After a great experience in Cambridge Mr. Tire, I figured I’d give this shop in Salisbury a shot. I’d been in last year and was not too impressed with the service. Ive never had a complaint with this company I have been taking my car there for 3 years I just got a new vehicle going to be taking it for oil lube and filter theyre always been kind courteous and respectful had a tire mess up on my car fixed in no charge. This place is dreadful. I called them for an appointment, and the phone rang 25 times two separate occasions. Each time, someone eventually picked up, but then immediately hung up. Finally I got an answer and ordered tires for replacement. I came in for my appointment only to find that the shop ordered the wrong size tires. I then rescheduled, and the correct tires were placed on my car. After completion of the job, the manager didnt bother to apologize for the inconvenience, OR thank me for my patronage. However, despite the new tires being less expensive they still charged me the cost of the first set of tires, resulting in a $484.00 overcharge to my credit card. They promised to take care of it, and get back to me with the status of my refund, but no one ever called. I had to chase them down to inquire, and - as usual - I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. After speaking with corporate, I was told that the overcharge amount the shop reported was $450.00, not $484.00 as it should have been. Very unprofessional, and I plan to tell EVERYONE that I possibly can not to ever use Mr. Tire again. There are far too many other places in town that offer better service.

The bathroom was dirty and sink falling apart and then wanted to charge me $440 for front brake pads and rotors thats to expensive.

I had a fairly pleasurable experience at this location . I went in to have my tires rotated at Sams Club in Salisbury Md. I was the second person there at 7:30 a.m. and sat there for three hours until someone came out and told me that they could not rotate my tires because they were cracked. However they would put me on the list and would try to have my tires changed to new tires before the day was out . After sitting there for 3 hours that was not going to happen. The following day I went to Mr Tire in Salisbury Maryland and ask for a price for four new tires along with an oil change and four new tire pressure sensors (because my tires were five years old and those sensors should be replaced at about every 6 years and I did not want to have to pay in a year or so to have my tires dismounted and remounted just to change the pressure sensors).I left 3 hours later with new 75000 mile tires, new pressure sensors and an oil change along with a road hazard warranty for the tires All for a price that was cheaper then what I was quoted because I was given a discount that I wasnt counting on. I will be going back for new tires for my truck, and hopefully I will be treated the same way.

Went to have a tire mounted and a rotation done on my girlfriends vehicle. Upon arrival I told them I had the tire to be mounted already and the spare was new as well. When the guy came out he said, so what do you want me to do? I replied well I think thats your job, the worst tire needs to come off the vehicle and put as the spare and the spare and other new tire need to go on. His response was, that means I have to look at EACH tire! He then proceeded to walk away and ignore me as I continued to talk to him

My oil change was done in no time compared to going to Walmart for a 2 hour wait up the road! The young man up front was very helpful in helping me find tires for a good price for my Nissan Altima. Will be back for regular maintance on my car.

Oh man, Mr Tire really bailed me out this time. Now, Im someone who usually does my own work on my vehicles but when my truck started with a clunka clunka clunka as if I was headed up a roller coaster while traveling back from the beach, I found myself in a serious lack of tools and time.I pulled into Mr Tire where I was greeted by Jimmy. He was able to have his techs quickly diagnose the issue and get me back on the road.Super courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing a professional that is wary of any ol shop hand turning a wrench to their truck.

My family and I have been long standing customers of Mr. Tire. They used to be great many years ago and so when they started slipping up I didnt immediately stop going there. The first occurrence when I noticed that place was going down hill was when I was sitting and waiting hours for my car to be done. I sat and heard the front desk associates/managers talking about their personal lives loudly as well as how bad their employees are. I even got to hear about the screw ups their employees did while I was sitting there. This occurred every time I went in there; there was no professialism. Then in June 2017 I decided to take my car there due to some brake issues. They completely replaced my brakes and told me eventually I needed my calipers replaced but it isnt urgent. So I waited a month and when I noticed my brakes werent working again I took It back. The owner reminded me that they suggested I get my calipers replaced and I said sure whatever it takes. So hours later when they finished my car, the manager himself stated that he didnt understand why they recommended my calipers needed to be replaced and so he never replaced them and put all new tires on my car instead. Then literally a few days later my tire became completely flat on the bypass and when my husband took it in the manager said if was a valve stem issue (not sure about auto stuff) but I feel like this is an odd occurrence for tires that were put on a couple days before. Then a few days later, the final problem that led me to never go back to Mr.tire, not even was how they handled my 3rd occurrence of my brakes not working. I brought the car back for the third time for the same situation (all occurring within two months) and while I was trying to tell them woman at the desk about my issue she completely ignored me while I was talking. Very little customer service was observed. I left my car while I ran some errands, and I get a call not even an hour later saying there is nothing wrong with my brakes and perhaps I should take it to a dealership. When I physically came in the store she brought out a mechanic to help her articulate the problem and he was smirking and talking to her about the issue as if it was funny, not even looking at me, the customer They said there was nothing they could do for me. So a few days later I took my car else where and the mechanics at this place told me that I needed my calipers replaced, they were completely worn and leaking. I was really annoyed that Mr. Tire said I needed my calipers replaced, took it back and said they were great and even threw out that line of Im not going to charge you extra on something you dont need, thats not how we do things around here. I feel like this business has majority declined in professionalism and ability which is sad to say about a business a whole family once trusted. I can honestly say I will not go there anymore, not even to change my oil

I had a great experience at mrtire in Salisbury this morning I called joe and told him my fuel pump went I was having it towed in he said no problem when I got there he had fuel pump waiting for me and the tech took truck right in.. that is customer service I will make sure I tell all my friends to come see joe and his crew...

After a good experience with mr. tire in easton, maryland, i made a online appointment to have my coolant changed.i went online and made appointment, received email CONFIRMING appointment. showed up, they had no record of my appointment. shop was very busy. told it could be a while before they got me in. i waited around 45 minutes or so, and finally left out of frustrationwaiting area EXTREMELY DIRTY looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years.will not be going back.
