This it THE place to get your BMW serviced. I fully trust these guys with my 335i. Great knowledgeable staff. They are BMW guys, passionate about the cars and it shows. Always transparent about what’s going on with your project and great communication. I’m not taking my car anywhere else.

I recently brought a Mercedes-Benz and needed a headlight replaced. I called two other shops that stated it would cost $100 or more. Though this place was referred to me by one of my patients. They were very professional, they did not over charge me like other mechanics. I definitely will be spreading the word about Decoster Auto.

This is by far the best shop I have dealt with, ranging from repairs, maintenance, body work and even auto sales. An excellent family ran business; they are honest with everything and are extremely knowledgeable. I have been doing business with them for the past 5 years and will continue to do so. No need to go anywhere else!

I am very pleased with how they take care of my Subaru Outback 2004,. As well, recently my A/C stopped working on my Nissan Pathfinder and they were able to save me 500 dollars. Very hard to find trustworthy mechanics but these guys are truly one of a kind. I would Highly recommend them.

I have never in my life had a auto shop that has taken better care of my families cars. I will have my 3rd BMW in the family, and it is through DeCosters fair and reasonable pricing that I can afford to have these cars kept in fine working order. They will take the time to explain everything that you will need to know about your repair in a way that is clear and easy to understand. The passion for BMWs and knowledge of the team is undeniable. Too often BMW dealerships will hand you a long list of repairs that may or may not be needed, this is never the case at DeCoster. They will show you the pieces replaced and explain when it is a common wear or failure item on the particular model. If they suggest you do a secondary repair while they are working on your vehicle 10/10 times you should listen because they are warning based off experience and are always looking out to save you money in the long run. Very good, honest and transparent shop. Highly recommend for all BMW owners.

These guys are definitely a rare breed in the Automotive Repair industry. Every person I’ve talked to has been incredibly knowledgeable, not to mention honest, reliable, and just great people. I’ve never brought them an issue that they couldn’t figure out. They are always incredibly helpful, Mike loves to educate on best practices and on what to expect in the future.

Great Service when they were open. I wish they would Re-open soon. I had my BMW ABS system repaired and had a year warranty and it’s acting up within the year warranty, but I also need other services done.

DeCoster’s is family owned and definitely makes you feel like family when you have a problem. These guys are top notch and extremely professional. If you own a European luxury car you know that service and repair can be expensive but these guys take the sting out of that being extremely competitive compared to dealership pricing...their work is great and the guys that work in the shop with the DeCoster’s are second to none. I highly recommend these guys when it comes to maintaining/servicing/repairing your BMW and other vehicles!

The guys at Decoster Auto Werke are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to foreign cars. I’ve taken my wife’s Mercedes there for an alternator issue and oil changes. I’ve known Michael and James a long time and there’s no one else I’d trust to work on a BMW, Mercedes or any other car for that matter. Very professional!

Michael and entire service team are the most professional people that I have ever met in the vehicle service industry. They are honest, very reasonable, and will only repair what only needs repairing.

There is no other shop to take your BMW. It doesn’t matter what series, model or year they can fix it and help you in the best way possible. I’ve purchased two beamers from DeCoster, a 2005 X5 and a 2008 5 series, and they’re both phenomenal vehicles. Even if you don’t own a BMW, they can still help. I highly recommend these guys!

Took my car up there for something simple and they messed my car up by taking off bolt and forgetting to put it back on. So my tie rod broke off my car.

These guys have been working on my BMWs for longer than they have been at this location. They exemplify integrity and quality in their business practices.A few years ago I moved ~100 miles away and still schedule service work with the Decosters because I know I can count on them to get the job done on schedule, correctly and for a fair price.Arent the logistics of that a pain? Yes, a bit so.Is it worth it? Absolutely.

The owner came and spoke with me personally while my car was being serviced. He and his staff came off as being very knowledgeable about BMWs. He was able to talk to me about common problems he had seen with my particular vehicle, and also why they happen. Having worked in the automotive repair industry (mainly at dealerships) for a decade I can easily weed out people who are blowing smoke, and those who are on point. The people at this shop are ON POINT. They not only use BMW or BMW approved fluids and parts, but they proudly display their MANY BMW factory training accomplishments and achievements. They come across as having a passion for the brand and the work they are doing. I would recommend anyone with a BMW to have their vehicle serviced there! As I plan to continue to do so!
