I drive (over an hour) from out of state to Pohanka Nissan for my regular maintenance just because I trust the service and the customer representatives are all amazing, especially Faye.She always keeps me updated on recalls for my vehicle. The newest recall to my vehicle was unbeknownst-to me, as I did not receive a letter or email notice from Nissan proper.Faye made sure I was made aware of the recall. I am so appreciative.I drive in from a non-taxed state so coming to this dealership also adds that cost.

Broke my Air Cleaner Parts during recommended services on my 2015 Rogue. Just spent $900. There & now I have to take it somewhere else to find out how they glued them together. Replacement cost is $700. These were broke during Spark Plug replacement & Fuel System Exchange as far as I know. Blamed it on me cause I had someone install an engine air filter although it was done before any of the recent services. The lie came about when the Service Manager Josh told me they were glued as I knew this to be untrue as I didnt even know they were broken & knew no one could have glued them but Pohanka. Very, very upset over this. Spent 5 hours there that day with an appointment & supposedly there were problems getting my spark plugs out to have this thrown at me at the end of the day. Now once you know someone lied to you really cant believe anything he told you that day. Furthermore, when I got home noticed that only one of these parts for $100. was documented on my Invoice & I had to go back to find out what he verbally told me would cost $700.People always asked me why I go back to the dealer after the warranty runs out, because I always got excellant service thats why till last year when they didnt have engine & cabin air filters for my vehicle & they would have to order them (documented on my invoice). When I asked if this was because of Coronavirus he said no, that they didnt stock for older vehicles. This is why I was replacing them in the first place & the person replacing them was competent.

Thank you Kevin for all of your help. Kevin was nice, respectful, helpful and understanding, he made sure the car was cleaned before taking it home. He also offered to teach me a few different things about my car that I wouldn’t know about if he didn’t tell me l. I love how the car drives and ride very smooth. Very spacious in the backseat for my kids. I love the rims that came on the car. The back up camera is kind of difficult when you haven’t used one in a while. Every experience I’ve had with Kevin Robles was great. Please thank him for me again. Keep working hard Kevin your a great person and salesman.

Service for my 2018 Titan. Second time I have had Pohanka Nissan perform maintenance on my vehicle. This dealership has met my expectations both times. Customer friendly and honest about wait times. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed, which I agreed to. It was free but it could of been washed better.

Had recently purchased a 370Z and wanted Pohanka Nissan to give the vehicle a complete look over. Good thing I did that. Have always worked with Faye (service advisor) and Brian (tech). Brian found a bent support bracket in the rear axle area and a bad battery. I plan to have those taken care of soon. I have used Pohanka Nissan for a very long time, for my Nissan and Benz vehicles. Pohanka Nissan has never disappointed.

Three weeks ago we made the final decision that our next car would be the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. We looked online, emailed dealerships and finally calling those dealerships with no luck in finding a Pathfinder SL in red. The typical answer from about 6 or 7 dealerships was we will have to wait 3 weeks and even 2023! Finally we made a call to Pohanka Nissan of Salisbury. We spoke to Devin Thornton who enthusiastically told us, Pohanka can make this happen! Devin took care of us from arranging a test drive, him and Krystal working out the financing and assuring us that we will have our new car within 2 to 3 weeks. To our surprise we received a call 3 days later our car was there! Thank you Devin and the Pohanka Team for a great experience!

Worst ever experience!!They dont care about the customers. I bought a car from them and I received the car which was full of stains, white (paint) spots, some scratches and some ash/sand in the car inside. And new 2021 year car I am talking about. As well as their service is so disappointing that I took my payment back and call the deal off.When I was leaving, their sales manager said to me Get out off the office.This shows how they care about their customers. They need to understand that even we are a small people buying small cars, we earn very hard money and they should not treat us like that. If you dont like selling small cars please stop advertising them.No more Pohanka for me. (As if they care.)Thank you.

Very dissatisfied with the service. They said I needed the whole sunroof replaced for $1900 when in reality the drain was clogged and delmarva auto glass cleaned it for $85 problem solved. Pohanka told me they cleaned the drain but delmarva auto glass said there was no way this was true. So I wasted $120. Thank you for nothing pohanka!

We had a terrible experience here. When my husband told the salesperson what he wanted to do, the salesperson took it to his manager who stated that my husband must be out of his “f-ing” mind. He was loud enough for us to hear him as well as others in the showroom. We went to Gateway Subaru who were able to accommodate our request and hook us up in a beautiful car. I will never buy another car from Pohanka.

Kim, the general manager here at Pohanka Nissan needs to find another career path because clearly being in sales isn’t for her. My uncle and grandpa went with me to purchase my first car to make sure I didn’t get screwed over and the entire time she was setting up her salesman to screw me over (whom I will not name because he seemed new and didn’t really seem to know what he was doing but was very sweet). There was only one car that they were trying to push on me which was sketchy. Then she comes over and is condescending as ever and doesn’t even talk to me, which sadden me because I was so excited to get my first car. She looks at my uncle and talks about me like I’m not there. Kim said she “can see ALL the cars on ALL the Pohanka lots around” and that I only approve for that ONE car, which was a major red flag, something told me something was wrong with that car. She said some very rude things and wasn’t even trying to work with us, but I will be contacting a higher up about Ms. Kim and her attitude and words towards potential clients. But it’s okay, I went across the street to Pohanka Honda of Salisbury and they helped me so much and I got my first car (and they weren’t telling me how I was only approved for ONE car) thanks to Pohanka Honda of Salisbury. If you can, don’t go here.

My salesman was Kevin Robles, and i have not a single complaint or negative thing to say about Kevin or Pohanka. Kevin dealt with me over a few days before i actually purchased my 2020 Nissan Maxima, and he was extremely helpful throughout my buying experience, when even at first, i told him i was just browsing and not looking to buy immediately. When i told him I wasnt looking to buy immediately, he still took his time with me and answered all of my questions and he made excellent suggestions as well. It’s never a good experience dealing with the service department. My wife paid for an extended warranty for her Altima. Every time we bring her car in with a tire problem, they claim we’re making it up. We had to do a review just to get her tire fix.Now I brought a Cadillac from them (really from Hyundai but the car came from Nissan), the same issue that they was supposed to fix to get it through inspection, this is third time trying to fix it. One of the issues was an alignment. They gave me my car back and the check engine was on, steering wheel crooked and still not fixed. After calling them 20 times I was finally able to take it back. They had it for a day and an half. So I called to see if it was finished. They said it’s all finished. They picked me up in the shuttle. I get there and they said its not done. I said I need a ride back. They said the shuttle would be 10 minutes. I don’t know how when they just dropped me off. I ended up waiting 35 minutes. By then my wife came from work to get me. So I had a talk with Tony, some type of manger. I explained to him this is unacceptable. He tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor. I told him it’s not a favor if y’all are fixing something that was supposed to be fixed before y’all sold the car

The service department is awesome, hard working knowledgeable kind, the rest, once they dump a vehicle on you cant be bothered with you, nissan tried to do me out of an expensive warranty, 3k for the lie, car had well over 66 k miles on purchase, they tried to deny help saying it cancelled at 60k, luckily had the sticker from first oil change@68k miles the service staff fixed it, never dealing with pohanka thieves again 😠

A friend of mine broke down while heading home from vacation and was towed to this Nissan dealership for repairs and service. Recurved call the next day stating that it was a battery and alternator. Then informs him that the dealership does not have the part on hand (not very experienced in the field but seemed weird that they didn’t have one on hand at a dealership as this is a pretty common part.) tells him the part will be in the next day and it will be fixed by five. Then proceed to sit in waiting room for a hour and a half past five on my way northward to remove home. Service personnel then inform us after the long wait that the bolts aren’t “aligning” and the car won’t be ready until the next day. There are many factors that contribute to the poor review. 1. The fact that a common part was not available at a dealerships. 2. The long amount of time it took to remove then install a battery and a alternator. 3. The complete lack of communication by the office staff in how long the job was going to take and the time frame in which to pick up a car. For a location associated with a dealership I wish more consideration was paid to a repair of a person stuck out of town and far from home. Personally would avoid at all cost.

As soon as I arrived at the dealership and entered the service office I was greeted with a welcome and smile. I explained I have a service contract and was visiting for my scheduled maintenance. I asked about the time period for service and although the dealership was busy during midday I was informed the wait would be 1-1.5 hours. I waited at the dealership and sure enough the wait was about an hour. Faye Brobst was excellent in keeping me posted on the status of the service work, responding to my questions promptly and offering to replace my air filter and wash my vehicle. Ms. Brobst display of exemplary customer service from the moment of arrival until my departure is consistent with my previous visits to Pohanka Nissan of Salisbury. I will definitely continue to conduct business with Pohanka Nissan.

Pohanka Hyundai service department helped me to continue on my trip to New Jersey to assist an elderly parent with their doctors appointment. Despite not having a scheduled appointment, they took my vehicle in without hesitation, corrected the ABS and stability control problem, and had me on my way in about 2 hours. While the people were nice I was upset at the charges. There is a diagnostic fee of $125 that I was not told about on the phone when I made the appointment. Since I had taken the day off to have my car looked at, I was stuck having to pay it. Since 2007, my husband and I have had 5 Nissans (3 new and 2 certified used) using 4 different dealers. I have never been charged a diagnostic fee. I suppose it is understandable in case someone decides to not get the repair done. But if the repair is done, it should come off the labor on the back end. Many businesses that provide estimates do this. As I paid the final bill I noticed a “shop fee” for $34. Another fee that was never disclosed; this time not until I questioned it. I was told it was to put the car in the shop. WHAT!?!? That’s absurd.! Again, another fee that I have never been charged before at any other dealer. (I have old invoices .)I would give zero stars if I could because of this. Hidden fees are not an acceptable way to maintain customer loyalty. I will not becoming back when I buy a new Nissan.

Faye was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help and Tony is always a huge help as well. I have had several unfortunate situations occur since I purchased my vehicle from Pohanka and some of the people have actually been downright rude and disrespectful but Faye and Tony more than made up for the other people who really made my car buying experience difficult and a very unpleasant journey. If it wasn’t for Faye and Tony, I would probably never return to Pohanka because of the rude people I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Faye and Tony for your wonderful customer service!!!
