Great customer service and care each time we have been. From buying our truck to getting it serviced. The Service Center staff is friendly and they get you in and out of there as fast as they can. We recommend this place to everyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

They do great service even when you stop in without an appointment. I had nitrogen put into my tires as the cooler weather is dropping the pressure.

No appointment and all I wanted done great
Scheduled an appointment, made arrangements for someone to pic me up, dropped the car off for service. AN HOUR later, get a call to pic up the vehicle because they dont have the parts, and there on back order. Had to make more arrangements for someone to drive me there to pic it up. Now inconvenienced three peoples morning, to act like its not a big deal. Search inventory when appointments are made, then give a courtesy call to say not to drop it off on the date Scheduled. My time seems important to me too.

You go in there want one thing done and they rebuild your whole car .they are trying to make money on unseeded repairs .beware if you use them.

I dealt with Andy Adams. This was the easiest car transaction that I have ever encountered. Andy is engaging and on the ball. The finance manager had the patience to work with me when I kept saying no. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. I had an Apt at 6 and by around 9 I drove my car home. I highly recommend!

Service department needs improvement. They do not answer their phones although the service department opens at 7:30They use to treat you well but the last visit was anything but satisfactory. After making an appointment and then receiving a email that the appointment was changed, I try calling for 45 minutes before reaching a person. Was told my appointment had not been changed and to bring it in. Went in dropped it, and no one called all day, so I call around 4 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes and then my husband and I drove the 25 minutes to the dealership and I was told that it would be ready in another 15 minutes. After 30 minutes Tabitha who was nice said the car was ready. It needed tires replaced, oil changed, inspection and alignment. When I originally called and told them I needed an appointment, I was told someone would call me back, after 24 hours and no return call, I called back and was transferred to the parts department to order the tires, then had to be transferred back to the service department to make the appointment. Not sure what the service advisor is for. You used to be greeted, and called if car was left and told what was needed. Now when you go in, and wait they text you with what is needed. This happened to my husband on his last service for his Cadillac. No one talks to you they textWhen my lease is up, no more team chevrolet. Sad because they use to have excellent customer service

I set a diagnostic appointment a week ahead and the day of I had the car towed there. They tell me that they cant get to it till Monday and this is a Friday. When I made the point of what an appointment means they promised to get to it that day. Never did. Got a call Monday saying its the manifold gaskets. I decided to do the fix myself do to their horrible service. Go to grab the keys Tuesday and they took 15 minutes to find them and draw up the paperwork that I paid for. Went on out to see it never moved from being towed there. Yes its driveable just has an oil leak. So I guess this is no longer my favorite dealership and Ill have to be driving my 3 gm vehicles 40 miles to Parks Chevrolet so I know the job really gets done and Im not paying for a guess.
Two weeks waiting for a little part for my astro van when it was suppose to be at the dealer in one day,still nobody had call me to let me know if they got the part so i can drop my van and get the part installed.I guess they are melting the metal to make the part?.So disappointed!
I have a 2012 Silverado 2500 that I have taken to Team Chevrolet for the last time. I have two accounts of less than satisfactory with Services. I work M-F and only have Saturday to have services completed on my work truck. 8 weeks ago I took my truck to get an oil change,alignment,and I had a check engine light on. I told them to check the code on the light and go ahead and fix whatever the problem is for the light being on and explained I was leaving Monday to go work out of town in Nashville Tennessee. The oil change and alignment was completed and the service tech explained that he cleared the code which I discovered was a transmission code. I asked if he could change the transmission fluid and filter since I had such a long drive on Monday. He said he could schedule it at a later date. So I drive to Nashville Tennessee and the transmission failed. Took it to Carl Black Chevrolet and $4600 dollars and 48 hrs later I leave with a new transmission. This past week on Tuesday I called and scheduled to drop my truck off Saturday at 8:45 am for new brakes and rotors to be installed on Saturday. I dropped the truck off early Friday at 4:30 and gave them the keys and discussed the work. Saturday morning around 9:30 I recieved a text that it is recommended that they complete additional services. So I give the service tech a call and she explained that it is recommended that I get the plugs and wires changed. I told her that I’m not having any trouble with the truck, however it is a fleet vehicle and the fleet company pays for all repairs so go ahead. I told her I absolutely had to have the truck back today. It’s my work truck. She said that it would be done by 3:30. At 3:00 she calls me and tells me that they can’t get to it till Monday! So I told her I’m coming to get the truck and that Monday is not acceptable. I use my truck Monday-Friday on the job and I have to have it. So what was the purpose of making an appointment? What was the purpose of wanting to replace the plugs and wires? They even left a paper of recommended service with the total being nearly $2500. Team Chevrolet is 5 miles from my home and from now on I’m going to drive to Concord to have it serviced. This place is a joke!

My last review of my overall experience with the service department wasnt all great I had already had several visits there in regards to my recently purchased vechile After many irritating visits I left thinking each time the repeated issue would be corrected but it wasnt until my 3rd visit in which I can say I hadnt had a reoccurring issue in regards to that specific problem but recently on 6/8/18 a warning was indicated(check engine light came on)again this making it the 4th time needless to say beyond irritated at this point because even purchasing a used vechile I didnt expect a check engine light to come on and I hadnt had the vechile in my possession for even 30days everyone as I stated on my last review seemed to be very helpful and concerned but once I started having costly complications I wasnt receiving the same helpful experience so today 6/11/18 I visited the service department in hopes that Id be helped but instead I was sent away with the reality of Id have to spend money for a diagnosis of my vechile even tho I had gotten one elsewhere for free I understand they may require doing their own in order to establish and make sure they are correcting the right issue well carrying on I was upset and in tears as I was leaving when asked by the receptionist was I ok I stated no explained why and she was willing to be helpful to me even tho it wasnt her direct job she proceeded to offer me a seat brung me a water and proceeded to find the newly promoted manager by the name of Scott whom had actually previously worked on my vechile the 3rd time and fixed that issue soon as Scott entered I felt his energy of concern of my situation he looked me directly in the eyes immediately got on the phone verified some things stepped out the office to return to me with the great news that my vechile would be fixed he asked did I have any other concerns because he had read my previous review and was familiar with my past experiences there so overall my experience started out very disappointing because I was being told Id have to pay regardless and I wasnt prepared for that besides I have extended warranty which I was told would cover it but yet I was being told Id need to pay the diagnostic fee while I know that it cost to maintain any vechile I just felt it was too many similar issues within a 2month period of time but Im very satisfied with the receptionist for not allowing me to leave upset and Im over pleased with the service from Scott he took care of me today may God continue to bless Scott for him helping others
