Devin the general manager was amazing. My car was done quickly and their receptionist that we called this past Friday provided us with a coupon. She helped us get an appointment when everyone else was full. Thank you so much. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 quality of service. Shout out to the mechanics as well.

I was traveling back from OBX my car started overheating I was towed to the Jiffy Lube they said they could look at it. It wasn’t anything they could fix. All of the employees went out of their way to help me figure out where to take my car. How to find a car rental place. Had to have it towed back home. I sat for over 2 hours with my granddaughter in their waiting room while waiting for the tow truck. They couldn’t have been any nicer. I so would use this place if I lived there if for nothing else but the customer service. Thank you again.

Best Jiffy Lube around. Excellent service. They do not pressure you to buy extra items for your car, unless needed, like other Jiffy Lubes. Even then its just recommended. All employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I drive over an hour to have my oil changed here because its that good.

They did a good job but it was alittle bit too pricey if u ask me but they were very thorough. So if u can use coupons I suggest you use.

Bad bad bad experience. at The door their guy give me price 79.99 for oil change with air and oil filters.After they started the job guy showed up as usual and mentioned air filter gonna cost you separately. It was first lie. 2nd they claim that they vacuum my car which was included in oil change, however it wasn’t done I wish I could share my car photos. 3rd windshield washer fluid, they claim they filled it but they didn’t. 4th they lied about my engine oil level at arrival.5th I don’t believe they actually change my engine oil.I will never recommend anyone here, if you want to protect your car engine.

Mike the manager Is awesome, he helped us out when another shop didnt tighten the cap properly and the oil was leaking out. Mike also gave us a complimentary car wash!!! Highly recommend this location for its professionalism, cleanliness and expert knowledge.

They didnt acknowledge their coupon on their website with their address on it. Other jiffy lube have taken their coupon.

Just moved here and needed an oil change. I got it changed and then my car started leaking - a problem I have NEVER had with my car. I took my car back. They acknowledged that I was strangely low in oil, since I had just had the oil changed, but couldnt figure out why it was leaking. Well, duh, the oil was low because if something they did and they refused to top me off. So, I had to go to a REAL garage to find out what they did to my car. And apparently, there is a seal that Jiffy didnt put back in my car that would have prevented the leaking. So, the garage gave me the seal and changed my oil the right way. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE AGAIN. Not only did they mess up the ONE thing that they do, the right thing was to look for the obvious seal and instead said I dont know why its leaking AND because of their fault, didnt even top off my oil. And to top that, it was cheaper to take it to a garage than it was to the very expensive Jiffy Lube. I will tell my story to everyone, do not waste your money there.

Staff are courteous and super sweet. No pressure to get a higher end oil like some other places. In and out in 10 minutes, and the waiting area is comfortable and clean.

I went to this Jiffy Lube in December for an oil change while visiting family in the area. After changing the oil, I was told the serpentine belt had multiple cracks and needed to be replaced. I declined repair, went home, and had a friend check the belt. The belt was absolutely fine, no cracks. I will definitely not go back here next time I travel through.

After a routine oil change here I found out that one of the techs had severed one of my solenoid wires and could have seriously damaged my transmission if I hadn’t taken it to a dealership right away.Will not be going back here.

RIP OFF REPORT!!! BE CAREFUL!!!My daughter was in there yesterday, 12.23.2018, for an oil change only and this was her first experience alone at an auto shop. During the upsell presentation, they bombarded her with air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades. She told them no on everything and they replaced the wipers anyway.I HAD JUST REPLACED THEM THAT MORNING!!!When she called me and informed me of what transpired, I spoke with the manager on duty. He informed me she didnt know the condition of the wiper blades ($24 & $18/ea) and he recommended a replacement. Once he was informed of the mistake, he stated I should talk with thr manager, Chris, on Monday because he does not have the authority to refund or void transactions.This brings me to today, Christmas Eve. I called, as directed, requested to speak with Chris and I am told he is not there--I am not surprised. However, I am surprised when I am told Chris NEVER works on Mondays. I request the manager on duty and he comes to the phone. We have a discussion about refunding the money paid for the wiper blades and he says he is being told no by the guy from yesterday who says that Chris told him no. Furthermore, this manager said he could look at wiper blades and tell if theyre bad or not. I must ask this: If you cannot tell if wiper blades are bad how can you possibly suggest replacing them???UNBELIEVABLE!!!I must say, until yesterday, I would have recommended them but to take advantage of a teenage girl in such a grotesque and profit hungry way is reprehensible!!! It is precisely actions like this why women feel preyed upon and taken advantage of in the automotive industry. You and your staff disgust me and I would not recommend your business if you were the last place on Earth.SHAME ON YOU!!!

The Salisbury Jiffy Lube is the best on the shore. I would go to the Pocomoke City store sometimes but after they neglected to vacuum my floors TWICE, I refuse to go back there. Each time after my oil change and service when I asked them to vacuum my floors in the Pocomoke City location, which is supposed to be included in the service, the staff had a bad attittude about it. For my wife and I and our 3 vehicles, the Salisbury location will get all our business.

Make sure you walk around and check everything they supposedly did before you leave the site. They have pencil whipped the services they claim they did. (Such as saying the chassis is sealed when in fact it isn’t). They forget to put valve stem caps back on, and the last time i was there a customer called the store because they had just left and had there splash guard under the vehicle dragging on the road. They forgot to bolt it back up

I have 175, 500 miles on my car, and have the oil changed every 5000 miles. I travel a lot, so I have had oil changes in at least seven different states, from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma. This store in Salisbury, Md. was the first time ever that I was charged an upcharge for a special oil filter. In 35 prior oil changes, this has never happened before. The manager was totally defiant in his defense of the surcharge. To me, this is outright thievery.., just a way to get in my pocket and take some money. Please do not patronize this franchise.

I went for oil change yesterday. I had stated before handing over the car, the wind shield fluid wasnt filled up last times so I wanted them to fill it up completely this time. Again seems like they didnt fill up this time as well. The very next day of oil change, I found the radiator heated so bad. I checked the truck and smoke was coming out. They didnt add anti freezer in the radiator. There signature service includes anti freezer as well, but I wont trust them any more.

The staff there ALWAYS make you feel welcomed and the knowledge they share with you on vehicle maintenance is more than reassuring that you have found the one place you can trust!

Not often a fan of these places but the service and the speed were impeccable. I was in and out in just a few minutes, they fixed a burned out light on my VW and it didnt cost me a billion dollars, I didnt feel as if they were trying to upsell me, just get me in and out with precisely what I needed.
