Who is the old man standing at alteration section sometimes? Never seen anyone in my life the person that impolite and unprofessional acting likes that.

I purchased a dress from this shop with an agreement that I will pay an additional $50 to get it adjusted to fit me. After coming in for the second time to try on the altered dress, the dress was too tight, but the owner kept on telling me that it fit and I will lose weight and the dress will fit better. I insisted that the dress must be expanded a little to fit me better and the owner was unhappy and rude. Whether it was her fault for not measuring me correctly or her talor fault for not doing it right at the begining, but overall she did not kept her word we agree on for service and I have to travel back and forth to the store many time to finally get the dress fit me.I would not recommend any one to come to this place. They will be very happy to serve you at the begining, but once they got your money and if they is a problem in their service and you want them to change it, they will be very unhappy and rude.
