Had the BEST experience and Miosa and ended up finding my DREAM dress! The shop was easy to find and parking was so easy, even with the construction going on. The boutique is stunning and their dress selection is AMAZING. Chelsea was my consultant and she was THE BEST!! I had a very basic idea of the kind of dress I wanted, but she took all that information in and picked out the most beautiful dresses for me to try on! I’d give her and Miosa Sacramento more stars if I could!! I will definitely recommend Miosa to any future brides in my life!

I highly recommend this wedding dress store! It is a fancy place and is beautifully decorated. They have a huge selection of dresses!! Most dresses here are $1300 and up but some are priced lower. Our appointment was for 2 hours which gave us plenty of time. Parking was easy to find around the block at a parking meter and the parking was free on a Saturday. My consultant was Alison. She was amazing! She gave me and my friends and family a warm welcome and asked me all the right questions about what I was looking for. She asked for details about the wedding and if there were any prior dresses I tried on that I liked. We got our own personal room to hang out in and try dresses on in. There was a large couch for my friends and family to sit on.My wedding was in 7 weeks so that limited my choices to floor samples or dresses that could come quickly. In the end she found me a dress that could come quickly and it was the dress of my dreams!! I felt so beautiful. I told her I felt like a princess and she said I should feel like a queen! She was so friendly and down to earth and very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Alison for making my dress shopping an experience I will never forget!

Today, I was able to say yes to my wedding dress due to the assistance of Elizabeth. I came into Miosa today unsure of what I wanted or if I even wanted a wedding dress. Elizabeth truly took the time and patience to find me my dream dress that I didnt even know I wanted. She made me feel like a future bride today, and for that I am truly thankful. You dont always run into individuals who are truly passionate and in love with their job; however, I was fortunate to have Elizabeth. Honestly a great experience. Its reservation only, but it makes it so that there are no distractions for you or the employees throughout the process. Theres a small platform the bride-to-be can stand on to show off the dress, with plenty of options for just about everything. We shopped around, and the dresses here are made of higher quality materials, and the prices are higher than some other stores; however, its definitely worth it if youre okay with that!

I had a great experience at Miosa. I didn’t know what to expect as this was the first wedding dress shop in town I went to, and was praying that it would be a one stop shop. I had a great impression talking to the person on the phone who helped me make an apt. She sent me a link to look up designs before my apt which helped SO much. Walking in to the store- it is clean and beautifully designed, the dressing rooms make you feel like a star but feel private and are also big enough for friends and family members, and my stylist Daniel was the absolute best! He helped me find my dream dress in under an hour, which exceeded even my optimistic expectations!!! Thanks Daniel and Miosa!

After going many many other bridal shops, I was feeling a bit discouraged and did not expect to find my dress yesterday but working with Neni was unlike anything Ive ever experienced with any stylists. She took everything I described that I was looking for and knocked it out of the park with the very first dress. I couldnt believe it, the dress she chose was exactly what I was looking for and she immediately helped me visualize any alterations I was planning by skillfully mocking it up on the spot with my dress on. I really appreciated how attentive and efficient Neni was, in addition to being so fun and easy to talk to! It was a wonderful experience working with her and Im so glad she was my stylist, all the dresses she pulled were aligned perfectly with my style and I couldnt be happier with the dress we chose. Brittany turned my idea of a dream dress into reality! From the time we walked in the door, we felt like valued customers. Brittany sat down with me and asked what styles I liked and the pros and cons of the dresses I had already tried on. Then, she pulled a couple dresses and we started the process of trying them on. I am a plus size gal and was worried about the selection there available to actually try on but at no time did she make me feel out of place. After 3 dresses, she went shopping again and brought back the most beautiful dress. However, it was still missing something. I came to Miosa for my fitting, and couldn’t decide on which dress I wanted, so I came in for a second fitting with him the next day. He pulled a dress for me that I would have never imagined myself in, and then I was torn between that dress and another. He was so encouraging and so patient with me when I couldn’t decide which one to choose! Loved my experience at Miosa. Alison was my stylist and she was so awesome at listening to what I wanted and also making recommendations to make sure I loved my dress and felt good in it. It was such an easy process and I couldnt have asked for a better fitting. Everything I thought I wanted for myself I ended up NOT getting and loving everything I thought I wouldnt. So.. come with an open mind and trust your stylist - they are pros for sure.I said yes to my dress after the first fitting and even came out under my budget (before alterations) which means I can actually do all the minor adjustments that will make my dress *perfect*! Do not trust their measurements when ordering your size. I should have went down a dress size but they assured me that I measured closer to a size 10 instead of an 8. It is so big I can grab a whole handful of fabric in the back to make it tighter. So now I have more to alter and can expect a larger alteration bill.The end process felt very used car salesman to me where they offered to discount my dress if I didnt go to my next appointment. So they discounted it but included my deposit as part of their discount.They have a nice selection but I would try other places first or at least insist on trying your size in the specific designer. Even Davids bridal will try to put you in a dress your size to check fit.

Miosa and my stylist made my first dress shopping visit a huge success and far less stressful than I ever anticipated. My stylist Deja really listened as I tried on dresses until she narrowed it down to the one I truly loved.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at miosa. My consultant did not understand what I wanted at all even though I explained on a few different occasions, uploaded examples of what I wanted and I even showed her pictures incase she didn’t see my profile. When I asked for sleeves she gave me strapless, when I asked for plain she gave me sparkly. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend.

MIOSA saved my wedding day !I grew out of a wedding dress I purchased in March for my August wedding. I had minimal expectations but wanted to try a bridal salon experience one last time before giving up so I strolled into MIOSA on a Sunday with my wedding 8 days away.My appointment was at 12pm and my bridal experience was led by Daniel. He was so gracious and helpful and even though I was not sure I’d find a dress each dress that he pulled for me gave me more hope that I might get lucky! After an hour or so of trying dresses I found the one and when I decided to move forward - no more than 20 minutes later I was getting fitted for my first round of alterations by Sabrina, the warmest, eloquent and most efficient and skilled seamstress I’d ever worked with.Today is Wednesday and I’m picking up my dress and taking it home. The customer service all around has been top notch at MIOSA and I likely set this place on fire with the quick turnaround.If you are the type of bride who seeks support from all angles and supremely skilled artisans this is the place for you.Thank you for helping me pull off this short turnaround for my wedding. I love my dress and my experience with MIOSA!

Between that, and getting the most amazing bridal consultant, Tashay, it was just a spectacular day. Being able to tell her what i liked, she was able to pick the dress i said yes to, and it was the first one! I loved every second of my experience at Miosa Bride. My stylist was Aracely and she gave me the experience I was hoping I’d have as a bride to be. I’ve been to two other boutiques before and not once did I feel as special as she made me feel. She listened to what I liked, let me critique the dresses to figure out what I preferred, and never made me feel “too big” to try on a dress. Aracely literally helped me into a dress that was quite snug and she never once made me feel like I couldn’t try on the dress even when I questioned if it would fit. There were inserts to place in the back of the dress, when you can’t completely zip up the back. She let my niece (9 years old) help carry the dress as I walked throughout the store and made her feel special as well. Aracely gave me all the options to make sure I found the one. She pulled other dresses, asked me if I needed to go to my second bridal appointment at another shop, and offered to credit me the cancellation fee from the other boutique. Miosa is very spacious so you barely interact with other brides or feel like it’s too crowded like my previous experience. The staff is all friendly and commented how gorgeous I looked as I went to try on my dress with a veil. They have so many selections at affordable pricing. I would highly recommend visiting Miosa and Aracely!

I had an amazing time at Miosa! Neni was so great! She was so sweet and knew exactly what types of dresses to pull for me. I was not at all expecting to find my dress but when it was on I just knew. And Neni worked with me to add odd little touches that make it more me. I’m so excited to show this dress off on my big day! Thank you Neni and Miosa!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding gown at Miosa. After trying out many local Sacramento shops, Miosa was by far the best selection that fit my style and budget. I was shopping by myself with friends and family far away and the whole staff made me feel awesome and supported every step of the way.

Our second place for trying on wedding gowns. We came for a specific dress and it ended up being the one. Our associate Rebecca was really patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that you can pre pick your dresses online prior to coming in which makes its a streamlined appointment.

I am very upset and do not advise anyone to order a dress there! take care of your nerves! I ordered a dressing in May and a month later I ordered a veil, I asked when the dress and a veil would come to me, and they told me that on August 4-5, I asked them 3-4 times about what my wedding would be in Massachusetts, and I will need to go there earlier! They told me that everything will be fine and on time! my dress came a month later, and my veil will come a couple of days before the wedding! I wanted to return the veil as its too late! and they do not return the money, and you cannot return the veil to them. The dress came in a terrible condition, shabby, with a line sticking out of it! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻 ‍♀️ the dress came big for me 😰😰😰 when I ordered the dress they asked me if I wanted to be loose or to make it tighter on me, I chose a smaller size !!! but why did the dress come big on me ???? they asked me to sew it, and in order to do everything as it should be, I had to pay another 1000-1500 $ !!! 😳😳😳we solved all the problems with them a lot they don’t make any concessions! and they said that they never say the time when the dress should come, they made fools of us and did not even apologize and do not feel their veins! I took their dress and thats it, and I dont want to have anything to do with them anymore!

I had actually come from a horrible experience at David’s Bridal, when Neni swooped in like an Angel to help me find what I was looking for. Made my Mom, MOH and grandma feel like royalty along with of course myself while I tried plenty of options, (I didn’t know what I wanted besides sparkle and to stay at a specific budget). She let me know my budget was a little restrictive and she still managed to find A LOT of dresses, GORGEOUS, from elegant, to glam and all in between to try. I finally said yes to my dress and amazed me even more with the compassion she showed after sharing to her some personal things, she went out of her way to find some discounts including exempting shipping. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and the value definitely correlates the quality of service and dresses and accessories. I’m in love with my dress and am in love with everything I picked; veil, sash, and dress. Thank You Neni, for remembering me, and keeping the budget in mind and being compassionate on our own experience.

I absolutely loved my experiences here at Miosa Bridal! As a newly engaged woman, I was a little nervous about trying on dresses because there are many styles and theyre all so gorgeous! But you need to find one perfect dress for your one perfect day. However, I was lucky enough to have Rachael by my side! She was extremely helpful and patient while we narrowed down my broad likes. The bridal store is very neat and organized. Customer service is fantastic. They are very professional. Theres a reason why this Bridal salon is the most talked about Bridal salon in Sacramento.

I am updating and changing my original review to what my last experience was with Miosa Bridal in Folsom. After letting them know of my disappointment with my last appointment, I was contacted by Maddy Wells.Maddy was wonderful to work with and definitely made my whole experience special. She worked with the owner to make sure I was able to get the dress I felt beautiful in and added no pressure! This is what a woman’s experience should be like when dress shopping for their big day. She has worked hard to make sure my dress comes in time and that alterations will be able to be done. I can’t express enough how grateful I am and what a relief it is to not have this looming over my head. This is what true customer service is like and I am more than happy to write this review.I also want to give a thanks to the owner Michael Summerfield for allowing this to happen. I know these times are rough for businesses but he went out on the line and ultimately took care of his client. I in no way felt pressure to change this review. This was something I felt was right and wanted to change to reflect my most recent experience with the company. Thank you to the team at Miosa Bridal for making it right!!!

Let me start by saying Alison is amazing!!! I came in for my first appt 2 weeks ago. I had ZERO idea what I was looking for in a dress. Alison pulled several different styles and encouraged me to let her know what I liked about each dress to give her a better idea of what I wanted. She then pulled what I thought was the perfect dress. I was in love with it but still wanted to look around as Miosa was my first stop. She understood and we booked a follow up appt in 2 weeks to revisit the dress. I looked around and couldnt get the dress out of my mind. I went back today for my 2nd appt with my mind set on purchasing the dress from the 1st appt. Alison pulled a couple of more dresses based on the mental notes she took from our 1st consultation and showed me a different dress today that had EVERYTHING I wanted. My friends and I fell in LOVE with it. I appreciate her taking the effort to still pull other options even though I thought I had found my dress already. I said yes to the dress she pulled today!! Aracely was an absolute dream to work with. She took the time to look at what I had in my Miosa look book, and had dresses ready for me when I arrived. I found what ended up being my dress about an hour in to my appointment (she even had tissues ready for my mom and myself when the tears started to flow!), but Aracely was flexible and provided other options for me to try on while I was there just so I could be sure. Whenever I asked if I could try something on, Aracely made it clear that she was there and committed to help me and she would do whatever she could during our appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful - it is clear that Aracely has outstanding customer service and puts her brides feeling beautiful at the forefront of her mind. Beyond her customer service, she knows so much about each dress. When I tried on a dress that was sheer on the top, she had an immediate solution of how to line the dress. She was so knowledgable and gave me pros and cons of materials when I asked. Ultimately, I could do this process over and over with Aracely. Unbeknownst to me, one of my friends had Aracely for her appointment following me, and we both raved about our experiences. Aracely is an incredible asset to Miosa and is dedicated to providing an amazing experience!
