I went to 5 different dress appointments and ended here. I was so sad by the time I got here because I didn’t like anything anywhere and I was losing hope. I found my dress here within half an hr! The strand is wonderful and super helpful and I bought my dress that day! Just last month my sister was looking for her dress and same thing! She was also having no luck until we came here and she also bought it on the spot! They have a ton of unique dresses and a lot of Haley Paige ! Amazing gowns, definitely worth trying if you’re looking for your own dress!

Not sure what these negative reviews are all about. This place has a HUGE selection and a ton of different styles. Kelly was an amazing helper and helped me find the perfect dress and encouraged me to try on other different styles. I had a ton of fun AND I found my dress! There’s a big dressing room with a curtain that you can throw back for a dramatic reveal to your squad. There’s a couch for your friends, plenty of space to see the gowns in all of their glory, including in the front of the store where the natural light comes in. I’m so happy with my experience!

If you are looking for a private, personal, relaxed experience, La Soie is it. Ill start this review by saying I had previously gone to another very well-known place in Sacramento to have the wedding dress experience prior to coming here and it totaly soured me to trying to find a wedding dress. (But with my wedding in May and needing to find a dress I had to get after it.)I randomly booked an appointment for just myself on a Tuesday, and was really not looking forward to another experience like the first one I had had so I was really nervous when I got there. Katie was my stylist and I instantly felt better just chatting with her before we even started looking at dresses she didnt make me feel rushed or like we were on any time schedule at all. The store was totally quiet and relaxed it was just her and I and I really felt like I had a private personal experience that was low stress and fun. We got to walk around the store and look at all the dresses and she didnt pressure me she asked what I was sort of looking for and would pull that but also pulled a variety of things she thought might look nice. I had no idea what I was looking for exactly in my dress and she helped me narrow it down. I love that she would pull a few dresses she thought would look really nice because the dress I had chosen was one I originally told her I didnt want to try on. She was amazing and knowledgeable. I told her the one I thought would be it which is the one she picked out, (big surprise!) And was able to bring my mom back 2 days later and she walk through the whole store with my mother, who is not easy to please as some moms can be, and pulled every dress my mom liked, and made it so relaxed and fun. We chatted and tried on each dress. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, thank you La Soie and Katie for making it a personal and exciting experience.

This shop and the staff are amazing! I walked in, without an appointment and was seen right away. Brittany helped me and she listened to everything I was looking for in a dream dress! I highly recommend La Soie to all brides! The shop is adorable, very chic and the dressing rooms are very roomy. Best experience of my life for my very special day!!

This is definitely the place to go for you dress shopping! Thank you so much to Olivia for helping me say “YES TO THE DRESS!!” She did such a great job communicating with me before the first appointment so everything was pulled, set up and my room was waiting with dresses! She did a wonderful job paying attention to detail, what I liked and didn’t like and getting me out of my comfort zone! She made the experience so fun and special! I could not be any happier with my dress shopping experience at La Soie. Katie, my wedding dress consultant was AMAZING. I can not say enough good things about her. She was so patient and kind- I felt like I had another friend there with me to cheer me along through this process. I could not have picked the dress with out her; she took my vague description of what I was looking for and picked out the most perfect dress for me. I went back three different times to re-try on my dress as well as other dresses to compare, and I never felt like I was a burden or that I was being too picky.La Soie has a great selection of beautiful gowns- they even carry Hayley Paige, which was a huge plus for me. In comparison with other bridal salons I have gone to in the area, I felt like their selection was the most up to date and fashion forward. I literally wanted to try on every dress they have.I am recommending La Soie, and Katie, to every bride I know looking for their dress!

While shopping for my daughters wedding dress, we shopped three bridal stores in town. La Soie gave us the best customer service, even having a dress shipped in that she wanted to try on. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else but La Soie and Olivia was superior when it came to customer service. We can’t wait for her beautiful dress to arrive!

I would not recommend this store. They do have beautiful dresses but poor to little selection. They are extremely over priced. Also, their customer service is lacking. As the bride I was letting the stylist know the styles I had been finding I like and she would pull a dress that was the complete opposite. She never listened to me as the customer and I left disappointed that I wasted my time at this salon.

Absolutely loved my experience at La Soie! The girls were so friendly and helpful and truly understood my vision! Found my dream dress!!! Kat was so sweet, patient and helpful so glad she was the one to help me!!

Best experience I had from all the big bridal stores in Sacramento! Olivia is amazing and knowledgeable, she gives her own professional opinion and also understands your own opinion and works around that. Shes not pushy and doesnt act like shes pressed for time if anything. She gives as much time and options as desired. The store is amazing and the prices where much lower than I thought they would be when just coming in. I found my dress here and I would say this should be the first stop when looking for a dress and most likely might be the last.

Let me just start with saying that I had already been to two different dress shops and was feeling EXTREMELY overwhelmed but decided to give La Soie Bridal a chance as my last stop for the day. I worked with Kat, and let me tell you...she’s absolutely AMAZING. She took the time to ask key questions: where my wedding was, when it was, dresses i had already tried on (wanted to see pictures for reference) asked what i liked/didn’t like about past dresses i had shown her, etc. She walked away for a couple minutes to gather some options for me and came back with an arm full of the most beautiful dresses. Her knowledge, not only what they had in their inventory but what she thought would look best on my body was incredible. I tried on about 5 dresses and loved every single dress she put me in which is an experience I hadn’t had at the other bridal shops. Lets face it, getting almost naked in front of a complete stranger can be uncomfortable she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in everything i tried on. So comfortable that i “said yes to the dress” today! I am so excited about my new dress and about my experience not only at La Soie Bridal but most importantly with Kat. Someone give this girl a Kudos cause these experts busting their behinds to find you the perfect dress can really make or break a business like this. I will recommend La Soie Bridal to every new bride i know!!!

I said Yes!! to the dress at La Soie Bridal and I couldnt be happier! I walked in without an appointment and Katie went out of her way to squeeze me in to her schedule. She is SO good at her job, she was super helpful and made the entire experience fun and stress-free. I described what I was picturing and she picked out exactly what I was looking for - I walked out with the very first wedding dress I tried on!! I went to two other bridal stores and neither compare to customer service and gorgeous dresses they provide here. Im so grateful for all the help from Olivia and Katie, and I absolutely recommend this boutique for brides looking for a magical experience finding their dream dress!!

I could not have asked for a more low pressure, fun, exciting experience. I worked with Katerina my first appointment and she was so knowledgeable and easy going . I highly recommend this salon above all others in Sacramento.

I love the concept of this store! You can swing by and try on dresses. It is first come first serve and if you dont buy dress day of you risk someone else buying it while you think about it.

My sister, Mom, and I went in to look for a wedding dress for my sisters wedding and the people were just so nice and genuine. My sister found a dress and her rep helped give her advice on alterations because my sister is in town from the east coast. She was so cheerful and even made it fun!

I bought my dress here because they convinced me that my favorite small shop in Roseville could not get it in... so I put my trust in their lies.... They measure you over your clothes on purpose so you can get a ton of alterations there. They ordered me a 10 when my normal size is a 4-6... they assured me their seamstress would make it fit. The cups are huge, and the way she took them in exposed my entire A-cup breast... even my friend told them she could see my nipples, and they said it was fine. The boning in the middle wasnt fixed right and makes me look wider at my waist than I am. I finally went back in tears to my favorite shop, The Bridal Box, and the girl who helped me only recognized the dress by the pattern... she had to do a double take because La Soie butchered my dream dress so badly. Not only did La Soie LIE to me about the other shop being able to get my dress, but they completely took advantage of me and my family, and just kept taking my money without actually giving me what I wanted. I went back to The Bridal Box where they ordered me a new dress in a size 6, not 10... the associate there is such a pro, she let me know that technically my hips measured an 8, but knew the dress I wanted (different than the one la soie butchered) had a lot of room in the hip, and clipped the dress down a size to show me what the 6 would for like. The Bridal Box completely saved the day, I shouldve just gone with my gut and SHOPPED THERE ONLY.

I purchased wedding gowns for each of my daughters at le soie. The experiences were wonderful! I am stunned by the negative reviews and have to wonder if these were posted by actual customers. The selection, customer service, and ambience are all 5 star. I recommend le soie without reservation.

Love the gowns but customer service in the store needs a major makeover. In most situations Brides have so much to do to plan their weddings so it is important for a vendor to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. This salon was nice and I loved the dresses but after the dress was ordered, everything went down hill. I was told my dress would arrive at one date only to be told something different after it was paid for. Then I asked my dress to be shipped, only to be charged a different fee than was originally discussed. Then, after all is paid for, it takes them DAYS to mail my dress! This was the last thing I wanted to stress over considering how I still needed to get it altered with only 5 weeks til my wedding and no dress in hand!If you decide to go with this salon, make sure to have every word written down and documented. Also make sure to get frequent updates on the dresses arrival so they do not take your situation lightly and with a smile. Again, the dresses and customer service were nice before the sale, but afterwards it made me wish I had gotten my dress elsewhere.

Good selection but clerk we worked with has greasy dirty hair & opened toe shoes with the red polish half worn off. If you are going to spend that much on a gown I think the staff needs to be dressed appropriately & clean.

Horrible experience! The gowns are not bad, but a bride is promised much more than the the store is capable of delivering. Seems like their motto is make the sale now and dont worry about what happens later. This place is costly too. The price is in no way justified by the quality of the service or the product. If price is not too much of a limitation I would suggest to choose a place such as Miosa Couture or even Alfred Angelo over this one anyday.

I really believe this store is great! The selection is awesome and more affordable than I expected since its so fancy looking that it can definetely be even a little intimidating. However, the most remarkable was the costumer service. Katerina Toulopoulos was so great! She made me to try many dresses and always with such a positive energy! She mentioned somehting very wise, I want you not to leave the store thinking you would have liked to try something else. Any bride appreciates that. I was so thankful to find a store with such a nice environment and a devoted assistance to find my dress. I got there without expecting I would find the one and La Soie Bridal surprised me! I wish brides to live the same wonderful experience.

I ordered a wedding dress through La Soie Bridal and upon arrival the dress had missing rinestoned towardsthe bak which was obvious. I advised the sales lady of the defect and what she did was cut out rinetones from another dress and placed it a blastic for me to add. I purchased this dress and paid well over 2000.00. She stated she did not control of the manufacture defects but she does have control over the customer experience and this is suppose to be a professional place that guarantee their products. She refused to have the alter lady fix the damage even though i paid full price and expected good quality for. My wedding dress came damaged. I felt cheated by the experience and would not recommend them.
