I was a little skeptical of this place because we had an appointment and the location was closed at the time of our appointment and the person was late to open the store. BUT let me tell you that was the ONLY issue and I forgave it real quick because it was one of the best services that we had! Great selections, prices and ATTENTION!We went to four locations and it always seemed like we were just another appointment that they were ready to be over with. Our budget was low so maybe they didnt want to deal with a small budget 🤷🏻‍♀️. Pho ( I hope Im spelling it right) seriously treated us like royalty!!! She and her ma gave there best advice and helped us find the perfect dress 😍😍 I would most definitely recommend this place!Pro- very attentive, great prices for dresses and alterations super friendly service! I loved working with Elegant bridal. My gown was custom made and beautiful designed. Tjere prices are amazing, but most of all I lived how they make the process so easy and stress less. They altered my gown 2 weeks before my wedding. It was amazing. They also altered my brides maid dresses and flower girl dresses. I will definitely be back in the future.

I purchased my wedding dress at Elegant Designs Bridal in June of this year. Thuy and Phuong were amazing to work with. They were genuinely nice, accommodating and helpful when detailing my dress. They also have a great selection of dresses at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The dresses here are absolutely beautiful and stunning! They have great prices and are beyond friendly! I came in to find a wedding dress 6days before my wedding and they helped me find my perfect dress, along with being kind enough to do the alterations within the same day since I’m from out of town. They made me feel welcomed, loved, and supported. Everything about them from dresses, prices, experience, and kindness exceeds expectations! I would highly recommend them.

Elegant Designs Bridal is THE best bridal shop. As an engineer, I looked at all my options when I was shopping for my gown. Every other place was so expensive, and the gown styles were just so-so. I am so happy I found this place. Not only are the people who work there wonderful to work with, but the quality and prices are beat by none. I was able to put together a sheet of ideas from my other failed bridal gown shopping ventures, and we sat down together to discuss. She sketched up my dream dress, and brought it to life. My gown is literally one-of-a-kind. It is special to me, and these people are special to me too. I have recommended this place to every bride Ive ran into since. You will not be disappointed.

The staff here are amazing and very helpful! They have beautiful dresses! I get my alterations done here as well and Im always satisfied as its always done perfectly the way I request it to be. The ladies here really listen to your wants and needs and try to work with you so you leave feeling satisfied! This is my go-to place. Great job ladies!

I had a great experience here. Elegant Designs Bridal is a hidden gem. Today I went in just by accident after going to Davids Bridal and finding nothing in my price range (Im a college student and had to look in the lower price range) that wowed me.Elegant Designs Bridal have a good selection of various styles and are willing to work with you.I got the sweetest girl Phuong who was tickled to help me. She graciously helped me stay in my budget and was simply so sweet. We all walked out in a good mood because of the awesome above and beyond treatment she gave us.I only got my wedding dress but they have beautiful dresses for flower girls and the bridesmaid party as well.Would definitely recommend. Very great and affordable experience.

I bought a prom dress here for my daughter, because of the pandemic her prom was canceled, we never got to pick the dress paid upfront, they didnt have size 2, so they ordered it, asked for a refund and get my money back, was told oh the dress was custom made, custom made are you serious, it was just the size down, custom made is when you ask for alterations, which we never did, they just refuse to honor it said you can pick the dress anytime you want yet everytime you go by they closed, I dont want the dress yet I cant get money back, not going back ever, wouldnt recommend it either, what a waste of money spend almost $200

Small boutique! Been all over sacramento looking for flower dresses, they either had left overs or the ones that had been returned. Found this place by a miracle! The place is adorable, different variety of dresses i highly recommend everyone to go there if they ever need a dress.

This review is for their tailoring on a two-piece silk/linen blend vest suit. The customer service is excellent, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and the tailor is reassuring and knowledgable. They quoted about a week for alterations and left an additional week for any last-minute changes before we leave for our wedding. Turnaround was exactly as quoted and the alterations were perfect. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for alterations.

The lady who owns the place is an absolute doll. She was super helpful and she obviously knew what she was doing. My senior ball is coming up and because Im a bigger, plus sized girl finding dresses that look good and fit me comes harder than usual. However, she made things a lot easier than it would have been if I were doing things on my own. She helped me figure out which dresses were my size and which would look better on my body type. She was so helpful and I was surprised with how quickly I was in and out. The dress I chose is 1 of the many her store offers and the dresses she has also comes in many different sizes and colors. I paid about $214 for the dress, which may seem a bit pricey but it was worth all of the money I spent if you consider the hospitality and helpfulness. The dress is set to come in in 3-5 days. Will definitely recommend the place to other people.

Got a suit from this place... the owner and staff are really helpful and they get the job done. they are definitely a hidden gem in Sacramento. would recommend this place to anyone getting married or looking for suits or tuxes

Phuong and her mom, Thuy, are excellent! I walked in (no appointment needed to browse and try on) at 2 pm on Wednesday, left at 4 pm and I had the whole shop to myself the entire time. We were allowed to browse and pick out what I wanted to try on. Phuong attention to detail is amazing and she has a lot of experience and wisdom when it comes to dresses. Her moms brilliant and gorgeous designs are truly one of a kind. She not only designs on her own, but she also alters and custom makes dresses. Very very talented. Highly recommend stopping to get a taste of fresh styles.

The ladies here are the sweetest! My wedding is in 3 weeks, and through a series of unfortunate events, my wedding dress I had bought ended up across the state and waaay too small (lets just say Im pregnant with a moose)... not only did I find a dress I loved that went with the veil a family member made to match the last dress, but they were able to put a corset back into it so I dont have to worry about how much bigger my belly will get before my wedding. Best part? Even with the alterations, tax, and everything, I came in under my $500 budget, and I love that. They really saved a stressful situation and made it a dream. Go to them, they are amazing!

I want to thank Ms. Thuy Huynh Tresner for going above and beyond for make my wedding dress happen. I live in New York but I am from Sacramento. I had bought a wedding dress at Davids Bridal that I wasnt so satisfied with. I was in Sacramento a week before my wedding visiting family. I came across Elegant Designs Bridal store and I decided to stop by and have a look. And my mom picked out the dress and I fell in love. I was leaving back to New York in 3 days and Ms. Thuy worked through the night and on her day off to make the alterations to make sure I would be able to take my dress with me. I am beyond grateful for her and the magic that she pulled to make it happen. She is such a wonderful, caring, and hard worker (owner). You cant go wrong with her. You are definitely in good hands.

Prices are wonderful, but do Not expect them to be open when they say they are open. 2 trips and both times was not open at 11:00.

Got my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses here. They are the best place to get any type of gown or any alterations they are affordable but yet there environment is friendly and they will help you get the bride look your wanting. I have been to alot of bridal ships that were rude did not want to help me because they were upset I had such a low budget and a child. I was able to bring my sin Everytime and they were so friendly to him and worked with my budget. Now I have the bridal gown I have always dreamed of.

Found bridesmaid dresses here. Paid full price to get them ordered new, specifically told the owner that i want 2 x-small ordered because the floor model was used up to much. They promised it would be here in 3 days and that they will call when it comes in. 2 weeks later they did not call, I walk in aftet work they say there ready. I look at them and they tried to give me the floor model. And then lied to me that it wasnt, i asked to see the floor model dress they said we dont know where it is. And i said if u ordered it they provide u with recipte of how may u ordered she refused to show me that recipte. The owner is an untrustworthy person, do not trust what she say because to me she was extremely nice and sweet but choose not to honor her word of ordering a new dress but tried to deceive me and then also lied about it.
