We were provided with excellent customer service navigating through the COVID 19 Pandemic. Our furniture was delivered as expected exceeding our expectations. You can expect quality furniture here. In my opinion prices were fairly priced for quality made pieces. Our sofa was MADE IN THE USA. The staff here is knowledgeable and experienced.

Best experience ever! During this specific time of a pandemic happening worldwide, life still continues but it is a lot more difficult. I give a huge thank you to these guys for even being open right now and tending to those in need. Very understandable and generous individuals, could not have had a better experience. Unfortunately our experience was not what we were hoping. They do not honor the 100 day warranty. After calling before the hundred days was up, he suggested we buy a topper, and would not exchange. Now we have had the mattress for about 8 months, and its broken down on one side and just of very low quality. They sent out two people who appeared to be mattress delivery men who surveyed the mattress twice, and he said it was because we did not purchase the box spring with the mattress all warranties were void. Had we known this, we likely would have purchased it but I feel like not telling us was a way to void the warranty the minute my husband walked out.When you spend a lot of money on something as important as a mattress, you hope that where you buy it from will stand by their product. There is no reason a mattress should be unusable less than a year after purchase. He did, however, welcome us to puchase another from him at cost! Seriously?!?!? Never again will they get another dime from us. So disappointing and very poor customer service. I see that there are many great reviews and it is upsetting to say that we did not have the same experience.

My husband and I had a great experience here...AGAIN! We got an excellent deal on an adjustable base and some excellent perks!!! If you want AMAZING service, then this is the place to be. Ron was so knowledgeable and doesnt do the Hard sale. Ron made us feel right at home. We visited every mattress store in Sacramento and Ron was they only person who talked and showed us every type of mattress, he even moved mattresses to different frames to find the perfect one. My wife is permanently disabled in his back and hasnt slept more than 2-3 hours at a time. Now 6 hours!!!!! And the quality is outstanding. We couldnt be happier.

We purchased a twin bed (mattress, box and frame) several weeks ago and are exceptionally pleased. We knew almost exactly what we wanted and the price area we desired. Ron did not attempt to oversell or market anything beyond our needs. He suggested two options and explained the positive/negative of both. We chose the better of the two with a minor cost difference. We are not fond of shopping nor BS tactics by any sales personnel. Ron absolutely met our needs with pleasant, professional and quality customer service. The next day delivery was great. Two young men came on time, set up the unit, cleaned up and were gone within 15 minutes. Perfectly executed! We will return to this Natomas Sleep Center, ask for Ron if ever in need of their inventory. Highly recommend. Stellar experience on all levels. Thank you Ron and staff!!

I drove by this store a few weeks ago and decided to visit and buy two mattresses for my younger brother and me.I didnt plan to buy anymore after Ive purchased the original two mattresses, but the people there was so nice and welcoming to me, later on I decided to return and buy a third one for my mother. I drove almost 3 hours to their store from Fresno and bought a Serta iComfort CF3000 for $1,300 with the matching box spring included. This retails for almost $3,000! The employees were very nice and loaded everything into my truck and tied it all down. They weren’t behaving like car salesman and trying to shove stuff down my throat like many other furniture stores do. I would highly recommend this place for all of your furniture needs. I will definitely be returning when I need more furniture!

I recently purchased a twin memory foam mattress. The cover had came with a small tear. So I called the store, and asked for replacement.Ron said no problem, and he will get a new Serta cover for me from the manufacturer.A week later a new cover arrives, and they even sent the delivery boys to put the new cover on the mattress. it should be known that these folks do take care of their customers.
